Paul has always been responsive to any calls made to him, willing to listen and very patient walking you through the insurance processes, guiding and assisting if you needed a particular physician. Paul is a consummate professional. I would trust no one else with our Insurance needs. Paul, always makes himself available for any and all of the questions my wife and I throw his way. He does an incredible job translating the insurance speak into plain English. I have had the privilege of working with Paul Achee for many years. We are a mid-size aerospace manufacturing company averaging 70-75 employees and I am a one person HR department. Not only is Paul extremely professional and pleasant to work with, but he is very patient and willing to educate HR, management, and employees to make certain they fully understand their coverage options. In an ever changing insurance market, this has been essential.Paul takes the time to understand what our needs and challenges are. Highly recommend. We brought Paul in to assist with our company health insurance needs. He offered several health plan options for our company, then made himself available to sit with individual staff members to review these health insurance options & discuss which plan would best fit their needs.
