Patrick Lam is a broker himself rather than simply being an agent for one and has an excellent reputation as a top real estate producer in San Francisco. He is very knowledgeable on San Francisco real estate and the current market. He makes excellent recommendations on repairs and small improvements that make an impact on marketability. He is very honest and is an excellent communicator. On top of that, he charges the most reasonable listing agent fee.

Patrick has done tremendous job for selling our house. He gave timely advice, helping on presenting the house, landed personal hands on clean the house, etc…. With his engineering background, he provided extra information on repairing work. He is a very very nice person to work with. Highly recommend for his professional work.

Our family has worked with Pat a handful of times over the span of a decade plus on both sides of the real estate transactions (buys and sell). More recently he helped us closed a purchase of a SFH where we didnt come in has the highest bidder. Pat is patient, responsive, and super knowledgeable and we wouldnt consider using another agent. Pat is really the best!

This was evident during our collaborative effort over approximately three months to sell our San Francisco condo in a challenging market with elevated interest rates.Pat displayed responsiveness, friendliness, genuine care, respect, and an attentive ear throughout our interactions. Notably, he refrained from pressuring us into accepting any offers and respected our specified minimum threshold without hesitation.In a critical juncture during the 90-day listing period, with staging fees looming and limited prospects, Pat suggested temporarily withdrawing the listing to explore renting options. As we looked to find the right agent to work with in selling our home we began by checking online reviews of local agents and of course asking people we knew. A few times Patrick Lams name was mentioned by people we knew throughout several counties in our region. Further online research found that Patrick was a very successful agent for both sellers and buyers. We wanted someone who could pretty walk us through the selling process, describe the selling environment in our region, suggest best practices, take on project management for any updates needed to influence a sale. Patricks customer service was excellent as he listened to us and how we would like things done. He guided us on current styles and things that new buyers are looking for. Many of the styles we did not like however Patrick took the time to explain to us why we should consider paint colors and making several simple and reasonable changes explaining the potential benefits of making such changes, needless to say we went with his suggestions and we are happy we did.Patrick completely managed all of the contractors and the projects which made the updates on the home easy on us.Patrick also made himself available at all times to walk us through the myriad of paper work, escrow and filing documentation which took a lot of stress off of us as we went through the sale process. All in all, I am very happy with the customer service by Patrick, I recommend you interview Patrick for your next sale or purchase as a potential agent for your needs, if ever we sell or buy again, we will be definitely be calling on Patrick.

Patrick is an incredible real estate agent and I could not recommend him enough. He is so prompt, answers calls/texts at all hours of the day, is very experienced and knows the area very well, has a ton of connections to properties on the market and off the market, is so patient and helpful, knows the exact price that needs to be offered to get the house youd like, and goes above and beyond in every way. We are so thankful that we found Patrick and to have him as our real estate agent.

Patrick helped me to get my rental house sold this month, and I am super happy that I chose him to be my listing agent. He is very experienced and very professional.It took him only a couple days from the first time I met him to getting the house on the market. And during these couple of days, he arranged house painting, repairing, yard cleaning, house staging etc. all the works, which make the house much more presentable. I am very impressed about how efficient he is. Pat knows the local market very well, he recommended the listing price and the target selling price, which are all good decisions for the timing and the location. Pat is also very responsive, he always reply emails or texts within 1 or 2 hours, even in the late evenings. I really appreciate his hard working.I think Pat is one of the best agents in the Daly City, San Francisco area. I would definitely recommend him to my friends if they need a real estate agent.
