MD, Tech, staff are all great! Glen should be commended for the time he spent with me on the phone explaining process, and in helping with the choosing of glasses. He is exceptional in every way! He is polite, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and great at his job! His friendly demeanor made choosing glasses a much more pleasant experience! Ten+ stars for GLEN. Awesome in every single way!

The eye exam and customer service were both excellent!! Staff is always so friendly, patient and accommodating. Destiny graciously stayed beyond her shift to assist me with picking out new frames, which can be very time consuming. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses soon!

This placed is so busy. But the appointment wasnt that long. The people that work there are the stars. They are so thoughtful and patient with my son. My son is on the Autism spectrum and can be difficult at times. But the staff there were so accommodating to his needs. I am so greatful for the nurse that took his exam. And the person that helped my son pick out his frames was so patient with him when he had no intrest in being there.

Dr Chhim is a wonderful eye doctor. Destiny the optician was very friendly and patient with my child who struggles to hold his eyes open due to eye allergies. My only issue was not being able to complete both mine and his intake paperwork prior to the visit. Other than that, it was a smooth visit.

I had a disappointing experience at Patel Vision. Our scheduled eye exam was delayed by 23 minutes due to their overbooking, resulting in an inconvenient wait. Time management and honoring appointments should be prioritized for a good customer experience. I wont be returning.

Amazing! The doc was fun and personable and made it feel like less of a dreadful appointment amongst a bush errand day. Staff was ready to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot) and worked me through all of my options with my insurance. I was given great advice from Bruce about my premium lens purchase and was able to go back to get my glasses after an hour. Speedy, reasonable, helpful, and kind. Thank you!

The staff had to deal with new software. It seemed like they were completely unprepared for this change. It took 2 hours to complete a standard eye exam for glasses. Also no one wiped down any of the machines and there was glare from lights in the room that impacted the process. This is my third eye exam with Patel and it was such a negative experience I will not be returning next year.

Technician was a 10! Unfortunately the Doctor was not. She seemed rushed, moving and talking so quickly I had to request she slow it down & repeat things, not patient “bedside manner”. I’m not even sure she reviewed all of the tests performed by the tech pre-exam. I just hope my prescription is correct since my new lenses are $$.

Having dealt with glasses for over 30 years, Ive been to alot of optometrists and eyeglass stores and this was, hands down, the best experience ever (I was actually very surprised). Im horrible at names and want to apologise as I really wanted to give personal thanks to each one. The optometrist was very friendly and took the time to explain things and made it actually interesting. The optician that did my initial exam, even after I was really late, was friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady that i spent the most time was with helping me with my glasses and she really went above and beyond. This store has the best choices in glasses and i had a hard time choosing but she knew what she was doing and found me the cutest pair (Im so excited about them!).My husbands appointment was later that day and when he came home, he was also very impressed with the staff and actually also enjoyed his visit (who would of thought that Id gush this much over a routine eye appointment !!).

When I entered, I was helped when they were finished with the current customer. I filled out the forms and then waited 25 minutes until I asked why “is there a delay for my appt?” Basically, no answer.Dr Lam was Great!! She was personable, explained things when I asked, made recommendations, and was patient. Wonderful interpersonal skills. She remembered and made it a point to share with Charles a problem I had previously fitting glasses With another physician.I have not received my glasses yet. Charles did a good job sizing and measuring and again delightful interpersonal skills as he explained what he needed. A good experience so far.

The receptionist was amazing and super cute! Which I loved! Worst experience ever! I will NEVER come back to lense crafters again after my horrible experience. This place is extremely overpriced and the customer service is terrible! The office closes a couple hours early frequently without notice. I was sold defective lenses which unfortunately made me question the accuracy of my original eye exam RX, so I had to pay again to retest. Even after it was confirmed the lenses were actually defective by lab staff. Shame on you Lenses crafters management for your lack of customer service even after spending over $1,200.00 on frames and lenses alone!

All my contacts with LensCrafters on Sunrise was fantastic! Staff was pleasant and professional when I called, and the same when I was there in person. The person who took me back for the initial testing was very efficient, knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions I had. After that I only waited a couple minutes before the doctor took me for the final testing. The doctor was wonderful, too, and quickly was able to complete her exam, and determine my exact prescription! She was thorough and obviously an expert in her profession! I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. I got my glasses the same day, and they are perfect! I look forward to the next time I need glasses, because I’ll be going back to LensCrafters on Sunrise!

Overall a good experience. Lots of frames to choose from if you want to pay out of pocket. Most people using insurance only had a lot of limited selection.The people in the store are nice, just didnt think it should have taken almost 3 hours to get an eye exam and figure out what glasses and lenses I wanted.There is also no clarity about who can get glasses in the one hour lab and who needs to wait. I should get my glasses and sunglasses in a week or so.

This was my first visit and was so impressed with the thouroughness of the exam. I couldnt believe how well I could see with the correction to my previous prescription! They took great care to ensure they utilized the best options for your insurance coverage. They also dont always recommend lenses made onsite if that isnt the best option. Those will take longer to get but well worth the wait.

The in store service was exceptional 🤩. The gentlemen whose name I think is Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful! He took out the lens so I could see what the frames looked like without the glare. I was sending pictures to my Mom to see what looked better. I had the last appointment of the day but I could not settle between 2 final frames. My daughter was with me to help. So I decided to sleep on it. I said I would come back. Ben said let me take the measurements of these 2 frames so I would only have to call 📱. I said ok. It was more involved than I thought and now they are closed. I offered several times to come back. He said no it won’t take that long. Incredible ❤️ They lost a star ⭐️ for me because the phone service is terrible!!!! I called 6 minutes after opening. We were having some connection issues which could have been both of us. She said they were having phone issues and I was in a bad cell spot. I got to a better spot and she could hear me. I started explaining what glasses I wanted and would check if she could hear me and she said Yes. I continue talking just to be told when I am done that she will have to look up my order and call me back. An hour later no phone call. I get ready to drive over there and was there 2 hours after opening with still no call back. I walk in and again incredible service in store. Apologize for not calling! They have been busy. I get my order in and I am told it will be a couple of hours. They will text me when they are ready. Super excited 😍 This was just after 1 pm. Several people working. Around 4:10 I start getting anxious. They close at 5. I call at 4:15 no answer. I call again and I am put on hold. 13 minutes into my on hold call I tell my husband I am driving over there. I leave and 17 minutes into being on hold my call drops. I get there and my glasses are in a basket with several others ready to be picked up. I got no call saying they are ready. Very apologetic and very helpful! They had been busy and now I only see 2 people working up front. Ball dropped several times on phone but incredible in store service. I take my husband in this weekend. We shall see 🤓

They were not so busy and everything went very well. The new glasses are great. I went to this this Lens Crafter and saw Dr. Allan Cooperman. Dr Copperman was very friendly and very informative in helping me to select the best contact for my personal use but was also kind enough to suggest a eye drop to help with redness and dryness in the eyes. This is an issue I have suffered from for a long time. After 5 consecutive days of trying out the new contact lenses and eye drops I can see better than ever before and have seen a huge change in my red eyes and dryness. I would highly recommend this location and Dr. Cooperman.

The eye exam itself was great and so was the doctor! My 2 star review comes to the process of even purchasing glasses. Everything in the office was very overpriced and didn’t give me many options to spend less than $250 for my prescription and a pair of glasses. When asking about the price I wasn’t given an adequate breakdown of why my glasses were so expensive. The person helping me kept adding the most expensive blue light options but wouldn’t tell me there were less expensive options that I could add instead. The same thing can be said for asking for no insurance and it kept getting added on and I was dismissed when I asked to take it off. I felt bullied into making a decision on glasses that I wasn’t prepared to spend over $250+ on. I ended up leaving and buying glasses online for a fraction of the price with frames and my prescription. I’m very disappointed with how I was treated and will be going elsewhere for my exams yearly.

I had an exam with a cranky, rude, and patronizing doctor, an older white man. I told him my prescription was off and I saw blurry and he argued that it was accurate, and would not let me look at the slide again. He also kept his nose out of his mask the whole time. He also kept me waiting a long time and said he hadnt noticed me go into the room. It was bad from start to finish, but extremely frustrating when I told him I felt my prescription was not accurate and he told me he knew better and it was, as he had done a good job. I told him this may lead to my glasses (over $1,000) being inaccurate and needing to be remade. I told him I am very covid careful and wanted to get it right the first time. I was polite and he was rude and patronizing. I would not use this service again, though I have been using it for years. This man was very rude, self-centered, superior and did not listen to my own opinion about my own vision - ridiculous.

I arrived at 10:50 for an 11:20 eye exam. Since I was early, I picked out some glasses I liked. At 11:15 I sat down to wait for the optometrist. Two people went in before me. I questioned how long a wait it would be and was told that there were two more people ahead of me. I asked how that could be since it was now 11:40 and my appointment was at 11:20. The woman said it was because I arrived early! Huh? She stated that 3 times, as if I was being punished for arriving early. At that point I walked out. Customer service was non existent.

Counter Should Put a Smile on their faces. I know they have a mask on but you can tell who frowning and who smiling :) when just talking to them... It will make a difference in customer satisfaction. Overall, The visit was amazing and fun, and interesting enough.I love that sanitizer and cleaning were going on during visits... I love my store on Sunrise and Madison. It has lots of choices on frames. My assistant was Glenn he rocks! He gave me options and prices and made my visit enjoyable. I went early before my doctor appt by two hours to pick the perfect frames. They are so nice. I will always go to lens crafters the rest of my life. The optometrist at Fair Oaks was great. My disappointment is that I had an eye exam at the Roseville Lenscrafters last year and had sunglasses made. I felt something wasnt right when I tried to wear them. I took them back after a couple of weeks and was told they were made to the prescription keep wearing them to get used to them. I never did get used to them. Headaches and blurred vision continued. A year later my prescription is almost identical to 2 years ago. Last years prescription is different. Lenscrafters wont replace the lenses to the glasses I purchased last year at their expense due to the incorrect prescription. Frustrating that my insurance allowance was used and I paid $102 for sunglasses I have not been able to wear. I will purchase my new glasses elsewhere.
