I recently had an outstanding experience with Paso Robles Glass. From the moment Steve arrived to take initial measurements, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He provided incredibly helpful advice and patiently answered all my questions leading up to the installation day. Steves meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction set the tone for a seamless process.The installation itself was equally impressive. Sal, Damian, and Shilah arrived on time and were nothing short of professional throughout the entire installation. They were efficient, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard. So worth the investment, seems like a new house. Bought Simonton Retrofit windows. Steve was excellent with his customer service. His recommendations and detailed estimate and follow up were super. This was not an easy job and I appreciated that they showed up on time, were well organized with a good work ethic and were able to finish within the time frame.Thanks to Joe, Marty, Saul, Damien and Dylan for your hard work!

Wonderful experience. Two very professional and friendly installers did an amazing job putting the windows in and cleaning up everything. They showed me how everything worked after they finished the installation and were totally great with my 9 week old puppy who tried to play with them several times.

Paso Robles Glass was recommended by our contractor who was expanding and remodeling our bathroom shower. They provided a shower pane that was the final touch to a beautiful tiled shower. The 10 low iron tempered glass pane was an excellent recommendation from staff at their shop.The installers Oliver and Sal, arrived at our home at the scheduled time, introduced themselves, and proceeded to install the pane in a short period of time. They were courteous and very knowledgeable about the product they were installing. They gave us tips on cleaning it among other things. Its always nice to have employees who care about their work.

We chose Paso Robles Glass because we wanted to shop locally and we were not disappointed. Steve and Shiloh arrived promptly, starting quickly and found out that one window had been measured wrong when ordered, then reported it to the office to start the reorder. Just want to give a shout out for Paso Robles Glass for the excellent job and service that was provided to us after a most awful experience of having our house vandalized by some random person throwing a large rock through our front window. From Steve Ecklund, the replacement specialist making a special trip down to us in Grover Beach, to the installers, Shilo and Joe that showed up on time and kept a neat and clean work area and the girls on scheduling and billing. Ive attempted to post a very complimentary review of Paso Robles Glass (and their great crew) THREE TIMES, but the software that Google uses keeps taking the comments page away (in mid-review), and replacing it with the Google main page for Paso Robles Glass, permanently erasing my comments...so I had to start over from scratch...three times.Until Google can get their sh*t together ands provide a stable system, I wont waste my time trying to help businesses succeed, or assist my fellow consumers through recommendations of great products and services.

We just finished another great home improvement project with Paso Robles Glass. Danny Bruce helped us set up the appointment and was super helpful. The team doing the install was professional, very clean, and very respectful and careful in this time of Covid. We had 7 front windows replaced and they look wonderful! Working with Paso Robles Glass was very easy from start to finish. Its been a few months since windows/sliding glass door install and theyve been very responsive to questions and small correctios needed. The sales rep, Melissa, was wonderful from the start. We received an estimate from another window company which she knew, and she came in with a completely different approach then the other rep. It was obvious she had tons of experience with the products and provided creative ideas on ways we could improve the esthetic and function of our current setup. We changed several of the window types and went with the Trinsic line. Having lived with these windows now a few months, I can say Melissas design changes are probably our favorite part of the new windows, and we very much appreciate her creativity in pitching the products. We also received a fabulous warranty which we appreciate. Our installers were professional and on-time. They were very friendly and answered any questions throughout the day. We called Paso Robles glass for an estimate on getting all of our home windows replaced. The original windows that came with the house over 20+ years ago were tired and broken and some would no longer close completely thus we had to run the heater and air conditioner more than we wanted throughout the year. We have lots of windows in our two story home including two very large octagon windows so we wanted to make sure we could get the very best value for our money, yet getting top of the line windows at the same time.Jared from Paso Robles glass came out to our home the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Jared also took the time to explain his thoughts and gave us his professional ideas for the type of windows that would work best for our climate here in Paso Robles CA. The Southern side of our home takes such a beating in the summer heat and winter rain. Paso Robles Glass gave us such a great bid and scheduled us for a 2 day installation (15 windows of various sizes including two very large octagon windows).The crew that came out on the day of the install was professional, and very courteous. Before beginning the installation they answered all my questions and informed me of how they would be working to install all the windows so as to not interrupt our day. They took care in not destroying any of my plants outside with their ladders and were very cautious while up on my cement tile roof. On the second day, they had two crew members dedicated to cleaning the new windows inside and out and what a great job they did, the windows looked fabulous when they left!To me, price is important but not as important as trust because this was a lot of money and I needed to trust the product, installation crew and the workmanship. The outside noise reduction is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Paso Robles Glass to anyone needing windows or doors based on how satisfied we were with the price, the installation and the end results. The difference not only in the temperature in the house but the noise reduction from outside was the best surprise for us. Jared was right when he first came out and gave us his professional opinion. A CLASS ACT! Paso Glass replaced a specialty glass window in our master bathroom for a newly built walk in shower. The glass was ordered and received on time. The installers 2 men who were very polite and seemed happy to do this install. They quickly installed the window as the professionals they were. The window is beautiful. Paso Glass gets 5 stars for a perfect experience.

Very friendly staff, felt like I was talking with good friends or family, Melissa came out and measured then sent a quote with in the week. Dyllon and Steven came out and replaced a broken window in the 100 degrees with Good attitudes, very responsible and considerate to close gates and lock up. I got home just as they were leaving, I wish I had tip money but all I could offer was a cold bottle of water. They reminded me of my sons. Thank you Katelyn for the friendly conversation.

Saw this companys commercial after the superbowl. Called about some glass replacement I needed in a number of doors and windows. Confirmed they did work in AG and then an estimator came down to measure and provide an estimate. Two days later they tell me they dont do my kind of work in AG. They will only go down to SLO for my kind of work. What a joke. I would have respected an answer like your job is too small but to say they only go to SLO and just cant drive that extra 12 minutes is poor business.

We hire Paso Robles Glass to install our two bathroom shower enclosures and dividing walls, in addition to our kitchen backsplashes. Our experience from start to finish was nothing but stellar. The owner, Jarred Damigos, listened to our ideas, had fantastic suggestions, worked with us on the design and material selection, and delivered beautifully. It is worth mentioning that our project is not a run-off-the-mill project: the house is very modern with a lot of clean details, which means theres very little room for error. The massive pieces of glass that lined the shower walls had to be precise to a fraction of a millimeter or else they would not fit together. Jarred did not shy away from a difficult project, he did not attempt to convince us to take the easy path, and he himself, did not cut corners. Our expectations were met completely and we will use PRGlass for our future projects.

Purchased Milgard windows from Paso Robles Glass (PRG) a few years ago. A few months later when it rained the window leaked. PRG promptly came out & reinstalled the window. The next time it rained the window leaked again. It took several attempts to identify & resolve the problem, but each time I contacted PRG they were very responsive. PRG pressure tested the window and identified the problem. PRG had Milgard come out and repair the leak. PRG also arranged for a carpenter to come out and repair my water damaged window sill. There is now no evidence of a leak. PRG made every effort to ensure my complete satisfaction.

Second call to the correct person says she wasnt available and to please leave her a message. Now waiting for a call back. Not going to hold my breath.

This place is AWESOME. Small town atmosphere with professional staff. I havent had this kind of experience in a long time. They were expedient, very reasonable and friendly. I had a very large Mirror with beveling that need to be replaced and they could not have done a better job. I would almost order another just to remember what good service felt like. LOL Keep up the good work 👍.

Never receive a quote/bid. Met with sales staff... and contacted Danny in management several times to express my concern for not receiving a quote and for their time spent and advertisement costs as they continue to send me advertisements. This is satire since a quote has not been provided. I have received nonsensical excuses, as to the why, I have not received a bid, and it seems that even the US Postal Service is unable to deliver their quote/bid. Waste of my time and very disappointing.

We installed Milgard retrofit window in our house in 1998. We are in the process of upgrading many of panes to LowE glass. Yesterday their expert installer Oliver completed change out of the windows in the kitchen and family room. We had him measure up three more windows for replacement while he was here. What a difference LowE is compared to clear glass. Being able use the existing frame installed 26 years ago proved the value and quality of the Milgard brand. Love it! And just in time for the hot weather. it is 88 today and getting hotter all week. Paso Glass is the best.
