My husband made an appointment online to get Real ID. The website had him complete an application and stated which documents are necessary to bring with him.When we arrived we waited about 3 minutes. The clerk was very professional. We were out of DMV within 16 minutes!! That’s customer service!

Well this is more for the front desk reception area than anything else.I pay taxes, then I have to pay california taxes, then we have to pay dmv fees to just get around.I dont pay to get chastised by the dmv reception lady. If you ever stood in line at this office you will see exactly what Im talking about, it doesnt take long specially when things get busy.You should have done this, why didnt you do that, Its like some sort of superiority complex. But once you get past that obstacle things do tend to get better. Hit or miss but usually you can get someone who knows how to help. I suggest going online first.

One lady sit on window 2 shes totally unprofessional, I was on appointment shes speak rudely and said Im late, there everyone said Im on time, I dont know why she said Im late, she should help us, but she didnt,

Out of the clerks own mouth when asked if there was a paper form available. Yes but go online because no one here wants to fill it out or type it out. Great state employees, but thats what is expected in the new California.

I didnt get a number for employee but she was rude and my registration fees were 2373 yes thats right. I had to inform them that my truck was not able to tow 80000 pounds. I had to sign a Declaration saying that my truck wouldnt be over 10000 with any combo of trailer. I have no idea where 80000lbs came from i have a f350 thats only capable of towing 26000lbs. California is out of control, the fact is they dont wanted any diesel trucks in the state. It ended up costing 600. She told me I should be happy about that. I just dont understand the cost. We need to vote these people out of office. Be safe and God bless America

WAIT TIME HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE FOR ME. NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 20 MINS TO GET TO THE COUNTER. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE & HELPFUL.

Thank goodness for employees like Desiree. She was so helpful and kind. I went in to renew my CDL, there was an older lady that seemed very rushed, and annoyed she didnt want for me to complete my renewal before 5pm.Wanted me to make an appt for the next day. Desiree was kind enough to say she could do my renewal in a matter of minutes. She did and Iwas out of the DMV at 5:01pm. Great job Desiree 👏 👍
