2020-02-09 20:13:13Big thanks to the Partner Agency Insurance Services and Janice Martin, Personal Insurance Services Manager. Great job! We live in Lake Arrowhead and our homeowners policy was suddenly cancelled. Ms. Martin stepped up and found new coverage combining CA state coverage with Safeco. We now enjoy a substantially improved policy coverage at an approximately 30% discount. Thank you, Partner Agency Insurance Services and Janice Martin, for an extremely professional and enjoyable experience during a stressful time for my family.

She help me transferred all my insurances from a Mercury agent to Partners through her kindness and knowledge. I’ve been a member of Lions Club’s International for more than 18 yrs and “we care & serve our communities for free. Janice has a heart of a Lions too, loving people with a smile. We’re very fortunate to know about her.

2017-05-04 19:44:51I had a very positive Experience today. I needed to remove a vehicle and add a new one. Zuleika was a true professional and made this change a breeze. I was only on the phone for about 5 minutes and she took care of everything. Within 30 minutes I had my new Insurance ID card emailed to me as well!
