I am at Parlay Cafe every week and really enjoy the staff and the quiet. The ice tea and a fruit cup are my weekly staple from the coffee shop area, although I do like their traditional macchiato too. Recently, I had an opportunity to recommend them to our franchise conference being held here in May. The booking went smoothly, and they were happy to have a nice quiet area with updated AV for their presentations. If youre looking for a place that has a friendly hometown welcome when you arrive, and the peace and quiet that Starbucks lost years ago, this is your new favorite place. PS. I brought my pup with me to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee on the go and they gave me a pup cup for him too. So sweet.

I love this place!Ive been looking for a local co-working spot since moving to the area and have finally found it—and then some!Not only is a gorgeous, with tons of space and great amenities, but having a full cafe attached with great coffee and food is unique and amazing.Phillip and the team there are obsessed with customer service—what a joy.Best work spot Ive experienced by far.

Ive been a regular visitor to Parlay Cafe since it opened. Its where I do my deep work and where I often meet with members of the business community, clients, and potential clients. Everyone loves meeting me there. The food and beverages are top quality, and the staff are always cheerful and helpful.

Customer service was nice. Caramel Macchiato tastes like steam milk. No flavor nor coffee taste. Chocolate muffin doesnt taste like chocolate at all. Lemon loaf is good. Personally, I wouldnt return. It was my 1st time trying.

Parlay Cafe is the epitome of the perfect coffee shop that allows you to get work done in a quiet place. From the coffee and tea being exceptional, to the friendliness of the staff, this place does it right. The best part of all is the member lounge, I’ve attended numerous meetings here utilizing the lounge and it never fails to get the job done. I’ll always be a fan of Parlay!

Got a vanilla latte with half and half. Had a good taste to it and fresh coffee beans but seems really expensive at $7.25 for 16oz. Baristas are nice enough. Not sure if the lounge experience ($10 daily) is really worth it since it’s just couches and loungers in a secluded part of the cafe.

Very cute spot. There are a good amount of chairs in the “free” space. The latte was delish. I don’t know if it’s super new that the system is hard to navigate but both baristas were having trouble with the register. I felt like I was left guessing as to what to expect. The voucher I had said receive free drink and a tour. Being my first time, I didn’t know where to go for the free hour behind the pay area. The ladies were nice but I had to ask for the tour when it was supposed to be given as it’s my first time. Then, I asked for the Wi-Fi and spent about 10 min trying to figure that out and get up 3 times to re-check. Finally, another girl gave me the right password.The music was pretty loud in the back and most of the desk areas were not well lit, for me.They do have some lockers for your items and you can order food with a QR code. Overall the idea is great but I dont think I’d want to pay $10/hour or $40/ daily to study/work back there. If you’re a student, it’s $20 a day. Everyone should give it a try and see if it fits your needs.

Cozy work / study atmosphere cafe, its a small Cafe but has indoor and outdoor sitting.Not very crowded and has a corner for work and study which makes it convenient. I wish they had more of the stuff of cafes in Los Angeles.The drink was okay, they have good options of non-dairy and caffeine intensity varies with the drinks and the sizes in addition to that they have a small collection of pastries.

We love this place. The food and beverages are good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and nice. We’ve always seen plenty of seating—no overcrowding. It’s a nice place to grab a snack and do some work.

One of my favorite spots in town! If youre looking for actual quality and a relaxing atmosphere, Parlay is one of the best options. In a town with a lot of coffee to choose from, I keep finding myself gravitating back to Parlay as the taste of the brew is soo good!The employees are always kind and even remembered my drink after only a few visits. It really felt like they put in the effort to remember me.

It’s great for people who work from home because it’s a quiet semi-private office space with a coffee shop in the front. Only the people who pay the daily fee can use the facility so you have some privacy and it’s not as loud and busy as going to Starbucks. It’s also very affordable for students and the staff is nice

New place at the mall where you can get great coffee and its not starbucks! I like how they have not just coffee but tea, kambucha, 4 different alternative milks, and more! Definitely will stop by more often. As well, looks like a great place for business to be done.

Stopped by thinking this was simply a café where I could grab a quick coffee, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only was their staff friendly and helpful, their café and beverages top shelf. I was given a tour of the elaborate and inviting workspaces and board rooms that are for rent by hour, day, week, month or yearly subscriptions. The amenities are admirable and immaculately clean. This place is incredible and has offered options yet to be matched. This business will definitely be the standard at which we move our way into the future of how businesses can run efficiently by offering a cost effective option with minimal space needed and utilized. Perfect place to get work done. Quiet spaces with contemporary and comfortable seating. Coffee bar for drinks and because it is located at the outdoor mall near all of the restaurants, theres plenty to choose from for a bite to eat. You can even bring it back to eat as you continue working.They also have great meeting spaces for small to large groups with projectors, white boards, etc. needed to run a successful meeting.Highly recommended!

I thought I would give this place a go..I am big on customer service..I went in today placed an order...another customer came behind me placed an order.Appareny he was served first and I had to wait 15 minutes...I left feeling this place lacked customer service. So I decided not to go back again.U have to serve in the order of who placed an order first. It was only me and this other customer.....the person serving needs to be aware of that....thats not appropriate. Maybe the server lacks customer skills I dont know they are pretty young...For a situation like this starbucks gives voucher and doesnt charge cause they want to satisfy their customers..so I will continue to go to starbucks

Parlay Cafe is the perfect place to have a satellite meeting. Beautiful in style, thoughtful in design, efficient and comprehensive in technology. Parlay Cafe provides a great environment to meet with clients either 1 to 1 or as a group. Very professional meeting spaces without the distraction and noise of a typical coffee shop. Parking is also not an issue with a 3 level covered parking structure right next door. The coffee bar has a great selection of hot and cold drinks without the long lines. Would highly recommend having your next client meeting at Parlay Cafe.

The conference rooms are tiny and expensive. Nice idea, just needs to be scaled up. The Promenade is a great location and its like a mini downtown, it just lacks office space for visiting colleagues. I could imagine renting full size conference rooms, and having the concierge service handle the catering.

I like this place, BUT if you need to study or work in the non members area, there is no outlets available for you, basically you have to pay extra to use outlets in the members lounge. It’s ridiculous!
