The dentist is very caring and friendly. She explains everything to you so that you can understand what needs to be done to make your teeth and gums as healthy as possible. The assistant is also very professional and she does a really good job with X-rays! I have a strong gag reflex and I didn’t need to be concerned at all.

So far, so good! I just started treatment for some crumbling teeth (nightmares, anyone?), and the doctor has kept me well-informed all the way. Plus (and its a big plus), they were exceptional at working with me on a payment plan that wouldnt leave us homeless! Definitely looking forward to getting this situation finalized.

Im very happy that I chose this office. Everybody I dealt with was so nice and professional. It really helped my anxiety. The financial plan worked out really well and the dentist and their assistance made sure I felt zero pain.

The staff are friendly, smiling and greet you when you come in to start process of did you sign in our website so we can check you in timely manner… if not they will assist you in doing the correct way..I had cleaning done excellent service! Caring and understanding and gentle when cleaning.

RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DENTSIT OFFICELet me start by saying I had been going to this dentist office for almost 7 years, but in the last few years noticed a VERY negative change to the staff and operations of this dental office. I’m not sure what happened, BUT after my last visit I didn’t even make it past the guard at the front desk (Lupe I believe), before I vowed never to step one foot back in this horrible place. As soon as I walked in and Lupe looked up at me with a frown on her face, I instantly remembered why I didn’t like coming here anymore. She is the WORST person to have at that front desk. This is the most horrible noncustomer focused business I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was soooo RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and COMPLETELY uncaring! She’s been there for a while too, so it speaks volumes to me that the management would retain someone who is so unprofessional. She is supposed to be the company’s face, the first person you interact with, and they haven’t replaced her or retrained her. Fair warning – Run away!!!!!UPDATE: The owner replied to my review - Call us so we can discuss. So I did. No one answered the phone (which is typical) and was on hold for 10 minutes. No one ever picked up my call (typical), and I won’t bother leaving a message that wont be returned (typical). So sad! I loved this office before, BUT not anymore.

I had an appointment at Park Place dental office today for a chipped tooth. I have been going to this office for the past eight years. I’ve already seen 3 different dentists here but today I met dr Acosta for the first time. I have severe dental anxiety and I discussed that with him. I felt heard and understood. My procedure was done with so much care, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I couldn’t be happier that the procedure ran so smoothly and I felt supported and cared for.Also the whole dental team and the front desk were super friendly and professional I had an excellent visit considering how fearful I was in the beginning. Everyone was amazing and I am appreciative of that.

Dental hygeniest was VERY CONCERNED to make sure I was ALWAYS COMFORTABLE and in NO DISCOMFORT!!! This REALLY IMPRESSED ME!!!! My old hygeniest got you in, scraped your teeth clean with NO real concern for discomfort, and got you out so she could go on to her next patient!! Also, I NEVER HAD A LAZER DEEP CLEANING like that before!! EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH PROCEDURE even though it was VERY EXPENSIVE to me!!!!

Had an emergency broken molar and they were able to accommodate me same day, within a couple of hours. Dr. Dhillon was great! Very gentle and talked me through any questions I had. I will definitely be going back as I have other work needed still, but they already completed extensive imaging and mapped out my teeth so as to plan for future visits. Great medical and office staff too! They were easy to talk with and we even shared a few laughs. Good experience overall, I would highly recommend if you are in need of dental services!

Be careful. Very suspicious, fraudulent and shady billing practices. I have a PPO dental insurance and was never informed that the new dentist who took over was not within network. Was later told by the office they were just honoring in network prices in the meantime until the new dentist was in network.This was handled so unprofessionally and sloppily. Long story short, I was having to be a middle man of delivering checks from delta dental to the office all because this new dentist wasn’t within network. However, was told countless times “we are honoring in network prices”I Kept on receiving bills from the office stating I owe money after all of this. And now a statement from the collection agency.Every time I called, I either was told I would receive a call back or I got the run around and then not knowing why I was receiving a bill. This has been going on for months.When it was Dr. Hoyle years ago I never had this issue. Shame on you guys for not informing your patients this new dentist was not within network and leaving me to clean up your messy billing.I filed a grievance with my insurance company, made a complaint to the BBB and wrote a report to smile generation, their accreditation agency.I will never come back here.
