We were waiting in the international flight for more than 1 hour for pick up. We called multiple times for a shuttle and the man on the phone constantly said they are coming and lied to our face. No one has come. Would never recommend this to anyone for reliable means of transportation from international flights.

SFO was sold out and at the last minute booked parking here - incredible deal, easy entry, easy shuttle, super friendly staff. Late night return, downloaded the app and clicked a button and a shuttle was there in literally 2 minutes. Incredible. We will park here every time.

My family and I recently used Park and Fly at SFO for our trip. Their shuttle service is efficient and the staff is professional and helpful. They provide clear instructions where to drop off your car and upon your return to SFO they will pick you up at the airport. I will definitely be using their services again.

This place was great before “Parking Spot” acquired it. Now, no valet and a ridiculous system of shuttle pick-up that has you circling the lot rather than catching your flight. I used to budget 15 minutes to park and shuttle to the terminal….NOT happening anymore. They changed everything about the process to the detriment of the customer…and haven’t bothered to update the signage for an extra bit of confusion as icing on the cake. I’ll be looking for a new place to park unfortunately.

I drove up to valet the attendant comes to me to help with luggage and I literally walked across to the curb & the shuttle arrived in less than 2 minutes. They are friendly, it’s well lit & safe! I ALWAYS use park ‘n fly. Staff here is super friendly & fast

Excellent experience. The staff at Park N Fly were really friendly. Upon my arrival at the parking location the shuttle picked me up, the driver helped me with my bags and dropped me at the SFO airport. (less than a 5 min. ride to the airport from the parking lot.) Upon my return to the SFO airport I waited like 3 minutes before I was picked up by the shuttle. Again, the driver and staff was very friendly

I go online to make my reservation and my card is charged then. The last two times (Sept/December 2023) I used the facility, the self reservation is broken and a person has to come out to scan me through the valet line. Secondly, both times upon my departure, I had to stop by the office before heading to my car for them to confirm I paid. I received a zero balance receipt which was an extra 10 mins to process. My card was charged when I paid online, why do I need the extra stop. It’s very annoying and inconvenient against my time.Overall, everything else works fine. No issues.

I forgot my phone in the car and did not realize until the shuttle was at the airport. The driver cheerfully took me back to the parking lot to get the phone and then back to the airport without any problem. They helped to easily solve a potentially stressful situation.

The experience flying from/to SFO was great. The shuttle was very convenient. One tip at SFO: try to text instead of to use the App via LTE/5G. The text message was way more stable since the internet was not consistent (T-Mobile)

First time using Park N Fly and Im just amazed by how easy, and user friendly the process is.You book online screenahot the barcode, get there, show the barcode, park your car get the ticket for your return and catch the shuttle to the airport (less than 5 mins away). The day before your return they send you a text message with return info. When you arrive, just text them and they send the shuddle to pick you up and get your car ready. You Get back to your car and head home.I gave a strong 5 star because I forgot my passport in my car, they came pick me up, brought my car front, I got my passport and made it on time. No judgement from anyone! Just pure awesomeness.

Was quite easy we used the valet service we dropped off my vehicle the people working there helped us unload our luggage and place it into the van and off we went very efficient. We came back use the text method that they sent us they picked us up within 10 minutes. When we arrived back to the parking right location of vehicles waiting for us. The most important thing there was no scratches and next are anything on my vehicle. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicle was very hesitant to leave and anywhere but very fantastic experience.

They didnt make me wait too long and were quick to pick me up at SFO despite my flight being delayed for 3.5 hours. Ease and convenience of the entire end to end experience: booking, parking, and shuttle service to and from the airport. On my last trip, my wait for the shuttle was less than 1 minute going to the airport and 0 minutes coming back. I have never had to wait for my vehicle to be brought around, and it is always ready when I disembark from the shuttle. Lastly, kudos to the shuttle drivers who are always expedient, friendly, and hands-on with loading and unloading the luggage. Overall, there is just a very Impressive continuity and consistency of service. I am a grateful and loyal customer! You make airport parking something I can rely upon every time and I know I will start and end my trip well.

First off on the drive to the facility, there was a park and fly bus behind us at the intersection light. There were several cars in front of me. When it came time for me to go, it took a moment for me to engage my manual transmission. The bus behind me honked. I was unable to go through the light in time. So the bus behind me swerved very close to my car and then raced through the intersection on a full red light! I was so shocked and nervous when we got to the facility that I couldn’t say anything, plus we were anxious to catch our flight. Luckily, we did not get that driver to take us. Everyone at that time, plus on our return home, was very efficient and extremely courteous. I have sent a review to them to let them know. However, I would highly recommend using the park and fly valet service! It’s half as expensive and 1/3 of the time than taking the airporter for us! Plus so much more convenient driving your own car!

I parked here for the first time and was SO DELIGHTED! I made a reservation in advance. When I arrived at the lot, I showed my QR code, and the valet scanned it and had my luggage on the waiting shuttle in less than a minute! The return process was just as quick and easy. Have to update, with a bit of a downgrade.This place was just taken over by ParkingSpot. The old app doesnt work, you need a new one, banked credit seems to have ported over.There has been a bit of a downgrade in service offerings and a slight increase in fee.There is no more valet, which was a key differentiating characteristic of SkyPark and the ParkNFly when they took over. Only park it yourself and take a scenic tour around the lot both ways now. You can get that at other places too. Payment now requires going to the office before you leave, an additional hassle that wasnt there before.Finally, you get a receipt that says $0.00; this is completely useless for expense recordkeeping or reimbursement purposes. Which genius thought that would be useful? This should be easy to fix, but it seems to require at least one email to the head office, every, single, time. The cashier seems to be unable to do this, which is probably borderline illegal for a point of sale transaction.I have a feeling that recent changes are going to cost them customers.‐-----original review follows-----This place is utilitarian. I used to go to SkyPark, for maybe 15 or more years and this place took over their customers when they folded...really miss that place, just not the same. Its kind of inconvenient to get to with a lot of crazy turns to reach the lot. If you dont know where you are headed, you might just miss it and end up on the 101. Check your navigation app and make sure you get in the proper lane. Heading Northbound on the 101, or from the 380 merge, you are gonna go NORTH on South Airport Boulevard (about as confusing as it sounds) to Mitchell (which is South Airport in that direction, confused yet?) and go left and then go left again on Produce Ave and go South, but look for the Park N Fly entrance because if you miss it, youre heading to SFO and turning around for another go. Its a lot more straightforward from the San Fran direction.One major gripe is that every time Ive dropped off my car there, the wait to get to the airport is really long, half hour or more, so dont cut it close on your flight. A couple of times we got a couple of scenic trips around the lot before they finally went to the airport, while they cruised around looking for self-parkers. Also, sometimes they hit International first and other times they hit domestic...its been unpredictable and that can add many minutes more.On pickup, the wait can take forever. Last trip, it was a good half hour before the shuttle came, after calling it in.So, lesson learned...give yourself more time. They dont seem to have a lot of shuttles running.It still beats some of the others like Anza, though.

Had a great drop off and pickup this trip. Basically had the shuttle to myself in both directions. Driver arrived shortly after I arrived curbside which was a great improvement over my last experience of a 15 minute wait. Driver also put my bag in the trunk for me which was above and beyond and GREATLY appreciated at 2AM. Only suggestion is for SFO to improve the lighting at the Harvey Milk terminal. Extremely dark and does not feel safe.

Was very nervous to use this service as it was my first time, and I needed to find a last minute place to park my car for the week while visiting family. I made a reservation the night prior to my flight and it was very quick and easy. I chose the valet service as the self-park option was not available but the pricing was reasonable.We drove up and scanned the QR code available after making the reservation and hopped on the shuttle to SFO. The shuttles seem to circulate every few minutes so it was quite easy to get to the airport quickly. The day before our flight back we received a text to let them know when we need a shuttle back. The process was smooth and our car was ready upon return!!Pro tip; bring a spare key if you chose valet service as they hold onto your key for you. they had no issues finding the key as they seem very organized but it made me anxious LOL

I am an VIP member at PNF and I don’t park anywhere else when I fly out of SFO or Oakland. Easy to book online. Fast, efficient service when I arrive. Competitive prices. I especially love the option to text them when I have my bags and they dispatch a shuttle. Sometimes there is a wait for pick up on late night arrivals after 10pm, but overall I have been taken care of every time I park here, which is a couple times a month. I highly recommend PNF.

Hello Park N’ Fly Staff!I just wanted to write a review and let you all know what I had a GREAT experience using your services this past week. Departing flight was 6/20 and we returned on 6/27/2023 from SFO. Not only was it seamless and so convenient but your staff went ABOVE & BEYOND! We were traveling with a party of seven and one or the passengers lost her cell phone and didn’t realize it until we were already at the gate awaiting boarding to begin. We went to the security area and they didn’t have it and before we could go check the kiosk area, PNF staff called me to let me know they found a phone in the shuttle! It was the phone we were looking for! They said it was on the next shuttle to just return where we had been dropped off and they returned it to me FAST in time to make the flight with no problem! That was a LIFE SAVER for us and so appreciated the fact that they took the extra effort to get it to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH for going out of your way to help us that way. Ive been parking here a few times a month since Jul 2022 and its gone off a cliff since this past summer. Now its a complete disaster if youre self park. Firstly, the entry lane for self park is always coned off and now you have to enter through the valet lines (thats your first welcome--there is never anyone monitoring that far out to even direct you on where to go). In the past, an employee would take my phone and scan it at the self park entry kiosk, but last week I was told to go scan it myself while they took care of the valet customers who arrived after me. And they always sound confused that Im self park in the wrong lane (even though this is the only way to get in).But now the self park EXIT gates are broken too so you have to drive around the lot and find the correct aisle that leads to an exit. Then scanning your barcode wont even open the gate, because a worker has to come verify that your reservation was paid. Last night around 10:45pm, after a long day working and then flying back from New Jersey, I showed the worker my printed receipt (which had my original reservation times on it, matching what was in the app/email), but the guy insisted on seeing the reservation I had on my phone, which he couldnt even read correctly despite the fact that he has worked at PNF for 2 years! (He mentioned this so I could sympathize with how frustrated he also felt at the lack of timely maintenance on the exit system.)I basically had to point at the reservation end date and tell him that I was even leaving a day earlier than I paid for. (Note there are no refunds for unused time.) That finally got him to radio to the office to open the gate, but this delay is completely unnecessary.All this to say go ahead and park here knowing that youre adding an extra 10-20 minutes at the beginning and end of your trip to accommodate PNFs disorganization. Maybe this is cool if youre flying once or twice a year, but its complete SUCK if you have to put up with this 2-3 times a month.The drivers are nice and efficient. Shuttle frequency can be hit or miss from SFO, but generally on par with Park SFO. Factor in time on both ends of your trip for valet pickup and dropoff (and then going round and dropping off every customer at their car in self park), or just get off and walk to your own car when valet customers are let out by the office. The driver may not want you to do this in the summertime because they might have your car boxed in with their unused shuttles or valet cars and they want to see if they have to radio the office for you.The loyalty program for discounts and free days is really good, but with all the added BS to put up with here nowadays, Im reconsidering my options.

Do not use this place! We did the valet, got in at 11:30pm after a long flight from the east coast and got to our car around midnight only to find that they LOST our keys!!! It didn’t make sense, since someone moved our car to the valet section and had it unlocked, but they lost the keys! It took 45 minutes waiting around for them to figure out where they put the key (which ended up being someone else’s car, luckily they didn’t drive off with it!) Do not use this company! Pay the long term Sfo parking rates instead, it would have only been $5 more a day and no headache! It wasn’t worth the hassle! Especially if you are traveling from different time zones with children! Worse experience! Do not recommend!

Best deal for SFO parking. Fast service using valet. Shuttles come regularly. The go-to parking since SkyPark closed. 5 Star.Update April 2024 to 3 stars. This has since been taken over by The Parking Spot. Prices are up a minimum of $4/day with no Valet. Last time shuttle took 15+ minutes after texting for a pickup. Couldnt track shuttle location. Used to be competitive. Diliuted rewards program. Latest quote for 4 days came out to $28/day inclusive of taxes and fees (and thats being Platinum). Not sure how much longer Ill stick with them if valet is not an option.

Terrible service. I wish zero stars was an option. The service lies about self parking and forces you to valet park. We parked our car for 3 days and when we came back we heard it did not start anymore, staff refused to answer how the car broke down mysteriously. Very bad customer service. The staff is very rude and tried to ruin our car further in the guise of helping us. This ruined our entire trip, I will never use this service (even if they offer it for free). Please avoid this service to keep your car and trip safe.

The Park-N-Fly valet service was fairly priced and easy to use. Our house-sitter was able easily to drop off the car early in the morning (at 4:30am) and my husband was able to pick it up again when he arrived in town a few days later. The shuttle service to the airport was timely, the employees very professional, and the entire process felt safe and secure. We will absolutely use this service again in the future if needed.

My brand new car was scratched on the rear bumper using the valet service. I’ve been a long time customer and this was the first time this happened and they apparently have a sign somewhere that says they aren’t responsible for anything that happens to your car so I have no course of action or reimbursement even though it was their driver that caused the damage since it was valet service. Very poor customer service after the incident with zero follow up from them and my phone calls were not returned. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be taking my recurring business elsewhere.

The entire process was streamlined and the service was excellent.Booking the reservation was very straightforward. We received the confirmation through email and I don’t remember it being mentioned but please keep that email because it is needed to exit the facility.We got to the parking lot a few minutes early and they were still able to accommodate us. The driver dropped us off at our airline and it was a very short ride. The pickup was excellent as well. Experiencing Park N Fly at the San Francisco airport was nothing short of a delightful revelation. Ive used several parking options in the past, and Park N Fly met, and probably surpassed, my expectations. As a family man, the safety and comfort of my pregnant wife and 3-year-old are my highest priority, especially when they are traveling alone.My wife reported no difficulties finding the pickup spot, requesting a pickup and retrieving her vehicle upon their return to SFO without me. Navigating their system was a bit difficult because I received all the notifications and, for some reason, the QR code was not working, but the staff was so helpful that it did not leave a negative taste in Wifeys mouth - a testament to Park N Flys dedication to providing excellent service to all passengers, including those who may require a little more care, like expectant mothers and young children :).I think it is also worth noting that their drivers are standup folks. Each one we encountered displayed a friendliness and helpfulness that immediately put us at ease. I traveled with the fam on the trip out and it is not every day that you find a team that embodies such genuine kindness and goes above and beyond their call of dutyAnyways...All that to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Park N Fly at the San Francisco airport to any traveler in search of peace, convenience, and a truly memorable experience. Great place for long term parking. Staff is very helpful and always offering to assist. Busses are clean I like the simplicity of the parking process with reservations. That’s one thing to keep in mind no reservations more than likely you won’t b able to park. The only gripe would be the buses are much slower than the competition. I am typically waiting longer for my ride back when I return when 2-3 buses of the competitors have already been by. I stay loyal because the program and the helpful staff. Pricing is on par with other companies too.

Everything went very smoothly and expeditiously. When we arrived early in the morning, we were met immediately, and our car was parked while we boarded the shuttle. On return, the shuttle picked us up almost immediately, which was pleasantly surprising since I am used to waiting for up to 30 minutes to get picked up. I liked the self-park and how easy it was to scan the QR code at the gate. They pointed me to the area to park in, and there was a shuttle waiting for me right next to my parking spot; I never had to wait. The service was great! The processes was very simple. We drove up and they told us which zone to park in. Once parked, we got our bags out and the shuttle came to our spot and picked us up. Absolutely great from start to finish. Used them to Park for two weeks while we went to Poland. Signing up was easy, getting there was easy. Right when we got there people were immediately taking our bags and putting them all the way on to the bus which was right there and ready to go. No waiting and everyone was very nice. When we got back just waited at the Off Airport parking bus spot and in 5 minutes the bus was there. Again they put all bags on the bus for us, they called ahead to ensure are car was ready when we got to the lot (which it was). I loved the close proximity to SFO and the designated ground transportation. We unloaded our luggage from the car and a van was waiting to transport us to the terminal. Initially, I was concerned regarding the uncovered parking but the facility was clean, well lit, and gated. That eased my anxiety. There was no hesitation leaving our luxury vehicle. Finally, he said that there are two different prices: A reasonable price IF AND ONLY IF SOMEONE MAKES AN ONLINE RESERVATION BEFORE PARKING THERE, and the other, really expensive price was for those who just drove in without a prior reservation.The man we talked to first on the phone never said anything about us needing a reservation, and he quoted us the lower price. The cashier tonight didnt apologize for the misinformation, wanted us to identify the man who wed talked to 4 days prior, didnt believe what we were trying to explain to him, and just kept quoting the high price. I finally asked if he could extend to us a coupon discount, and he asked if we had Triple A, which we do. He took off a massive 7 dollars.WE WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

I left my car for 10 days with valet parking. Upon return, the moon roof was open (not when I left it) - and damaged so that it would not close. I filed a damage claim and was told Id be called later in the day. Ive used Park n Fly at SFO for over a decade. The rates are reasonable, the shuttles are frequent (rarely more than a 10 min. wait curbside), and the drivers are helpful and courteous. I even came back to a car with a dead battery once and they gave me a jump so I could be on my way. You do need to make reservations during peak travel times, but the online reservation system is easy.

This visit I had an excellent driver. I forget his name, but I think it was the same driver for my ride to the airport and back. Also the valet person and the people I settled the bill will were very friendly. The woman in the office offered me a water bottle on a very hot day. Last visit, I had a bad driver and let you know, and you responded to my complaint. I wanted to let you know that this time, all of the staff were great, especially the driver. ParknFly has been my go to parking spot at SFO for over a decade. During Covid, initially I was understanding about running fewer shuttles and having to wait longer at the airport. Since coming out of the Covid shut down things did not improve and wait times were very long sometimes exceeding a half an hour. In my most recent trips I have to say this is changed and the shuttle frequency has improved. I hope this is permanent. Additionally I have started using the app on my iPhone for ParkNFly and using the shuttle tracker. It’s actually quite liberating to know and see the progress of the shuttle coming to get you. I’d recommend any ParkNFly users try this.

Pro: Very easy process. You can pull in and self-park for $17 or valet for $19. Wait time for shuttle pick up/drop off is less than 10 minutes. Easy right?!Con: Rate isnt exactly as advertised. When your in a hurry or frazzled by flying you need specifics. I called several times to verify cost for 1-day overnight park. I was told repeatedly $19.99. I arrived the next day and my total came up to $24.95. (not bad) What they dont mention and I strongly encourage this for future customers is to (clarify daily rate + tax). Also inquire on overcharges if your deemed late picking up your car. I was charged an additional $5 on top of $24.95 because I arrived to get my car 30 minutes late?! Im not sure how I was late because I landed, walked right out, called the shuttle and they arrived within 10 minutes. And it took the shuttle 20 minutes just to get back to park n fly because traffic was bad.Lesson learned....its about $22 a day after tax for self park and $24 a day for valet!

Our experience at PNF was AMAZING! We couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was to drop off our car. From the attendant who took our car to the shuttle driver who took us to the airport were very patient, courteous, and professional. I regret not getting their names. They certainly deserve some recognition as they set the tone for our travel day. And on our return, the car was ready and wait for us. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. We will definitely use PNF for our upcoming trip in April and will refer our family and friends as well.

Ive used Park N Fly in several locations. I think this one is the best. I have a very short wait to be picked up. My car is ready with the valet service when we get to the lot. Customer service both at the center and at the main headquarters in Georgia are excellent. I am very happy with the rewards program. Prices are fair and comparable to other areas in Northern California (although painful compared to some of the other places I used to live!!)

Great service!!! They pick you up at your car, drop you at the terminal, and when you are coming home you just text them for pickup. They arrive timely and the driver even waits until your car starts to leave just Incase something goes wrong. Such great service.Easy location from the freeway too except, when you turn down their street it’s on the far left, we missed it the first time lol And had to turn around.

This place has the best price and frequent shuttles, but during covid-19 it feels especially dangerous. Our shuttle was packed with every seat taken. The person to my left wasnt wearing any mask, and the person to my right was wearing one incorrectly and shouting at the driver.Social distancing should not be hard to implement here and would make the shuttles feel so much safer.

Everything was great at this lot. The shuttle picked me up at my car and dropped me off there when I returned. The lot was also close to the airport. The one thing that would have made this a five-star lot is if the rows were wider, so it would be easier to pull into the slots.It was very difficult to pull my Ford Explorer into my spot.

All good except for DECEPTIVE PRICING. Park’n Fly tacks on 25% for taxes and “fees”. Fees include mysterious “Recovery fee” and “Living Wage fee”. I have no argument with paying a living wage and any other legit and unavoidable costs of doing business and passing those costs on to the customer. However it is simply deceptive bait-and-switch to advertise one price then, at the end of the transaction, to add 10% more (not taxes) for standard, predictable costs of doing business.

First time using it- not cheap but about equal to one way Uber from East Bay or RT Uber to Bart for 2. The lot was clean, upon entry I was quickly greeted and guided to an available spot. Shuttle met me before I even got my luggage out of the car. Pickup from terminal was ok- waited < 10 minutes and then got quickly to my car. Would definitely use again.

Used to be a good option to park around SFO. But its shuttle service became horrible. Too infrequent especially during peak hours. Should prepare waiting more than 20 min. One time it was too slow I gave up and took an Uber to go to their parking lot. They blame traffic but its their system broken. The automatic text system asks valley ticket number but even if I provide the ticket number the system does nothing. And the poor driver has to manaully tell the operator each parking ticket numbers, and doing so takes as much time as actual driving. No wonder why its so slow. And their direction to pick up location doesnt have any details so very easy to get confused.

So far (3 parks) its been pretty good - quick pickup, polite people, good location, good (corp) rates etc. I love that they pick you up from your car and drop you of by the car and not at some silly bus stop as larger lots.Keep in mind that this place is essentially reservation-only (they probably wont have availability if you just show up).Update: I also signed up for their freq parker program, will see how this works.Update2: it worked well and I earned a few days of free parking but now they cancelled it....

I waited 35 minutes outside to be picked up after my flight even though I had texted my pickup information right away. One driver came and left without me as I was walking up to the bus. I saw about 8 Park SFO buses come by in the time I was standing there so that will be the company I use in the future.

The Valet service was great! I generally use the Park N Fly, Oakland. SFO was a great service as well! I would recommend adding a few more shuttles to accommodate passengers but other than that, Iove the convenience, affordability, and peace of mind 24 hour service they provide - curb to curb! I first of all I would like to thank David who showed incredible customer service skills. He was very caring and attentive to my needs. I was beyond touched my the generosity of this man. I had my purse stolen with all my cards in it, while I was on my trip. When I got back I had nothing, and had to wait hours for a relative to bring back a spare key and money to get me out of the parking lot. David was very understanding and had me stay with him to make sure I was safe. We did about 5 rounds around the airport together and insisted on giving me his OWN lunch. I was so touched and grateful for him. He made it a great experiance and without a doubt, I plan to come back and refer as many people as I can. Because of people like him.
