Dont go here. I dropped off my package thinking it would be fine it has been a week and my trade in phone has not been scanned in for its tracking status. tried calling and the guy said it was not his fault and blames fedex for being lazy and slow.

I refer to this place as the double Cs. Convenience and Customer Service is why I come here. Its small but dont the size fool you! They do everything from notary, shipping, copies and P.O. Boxes. They do sell light weight shipping bags. I rarely see them available in stores. Just ask for them.You do pay a few dollars more in than you would at the USPS. If its worth your sanity, if dont want to wait in a long line. I also like the fact that I dont have to fill out a form and then get back in line. Yes, Im one of those! I tell them the address and they do everything over the computer.The men that work there are great. They move fast and go the extra mile for the lady that cant use the computer or has a hard time speaking English. I value that!They also have the best candy ever! While waiting I eat at least 6 chewy fruity Mexican candies. Lets face it, its all about the candy! Just kidding!!Check out CC when your in the Yoch (thats short for Antioch). Gangster rap lingo.

Jay, the owner, has always been courteous and reliable in working with me and takes the tome to assure he gets out what you want. He has always made an extra effort that you get what you want in your printing needs. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my associates. family and friends. Great work Jay..

I had to send a shipment to a PO box and sent it UPS. Ive been checking the shipping status and it says its going to be delivered on Friday(yesterday). I check to see if it was delivered and it tells me that the package will be returned because UPS doesnt ship to PO boxes. WTH! If this is the case why did this shipping company allow me to ship this package via UPS? Wouldnt you assume since this is a shipping company they would know something like this? Isnt that their specialty? I dont suggest you use them if youre shipping stuff, theres a chance it wont be shipped correctly and youll be stuck in my position.

Parcel Plus is indeed a plus for the community! Helpful, friendly and convenient, its a great place to get all your mailing services complete. The store also offers notary services, copying, printing and more. I love shopping small businesses, and this family-run Parcel Plus is a winner.

Dont go there for flat rate mailing. Called ahead to ask if their charge was !the same as the PO for flat rate Mailing and told it was the same. Charged $25.75 for a medium flat rate box. PO charge was $14,40. Some convenience fee of $11.35!

The guy with long hair and glasses at the front desk was really disrespectful and unbelievably rude! I ask to speak to the owner and he started to shout out profanities... I was in line and when it was my turn he skipped me and went to the next person. Then after he was finished with that customer he I told him I need it 3 copies so then on the way to the printer he starts talking to another customer and taking his time...This was so unprofessional and so disrespectful I will take my business alse where..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!I have the video off the hole thing and I will post it...

This store has the best customer service in town. They go above and beyond. My packages have always arrived on time to there destination s. Will use every time!

I ABSOLUTLY ENJOY DOING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Its a great place to use for your shipping and postal needs.
