I started working with Steve and Brian at Parallel Interactive in 2018, when we were looking for a new digital agency to take over technical management of several websites and digital projects coming out of our group at UC San Diego and our collaborating partner, the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists. From strategy development and implementation to branding to website development and maintenance, Steve and Brian have been amazing to work with and their technical and creative expertise has helped us take our digital projects to the next level. Their frequent and clear communication with us is so appreciated, as is the time they often take to help us better understand technical digital concepts. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

He listened to what messages our company wanted to send our clients and suggested ways to accomplish that. Parallel Interactive worked with us this past fall to help us build a new WordPress site for our nonprofit, overhaul our social media and blog content strategy so that we could reach our intended audiences more effectively, and helped us with graphic design, layouts for our infographics, and search engine optimization. The team at Parallel was knowledgeable, prompt, and went far above and beyond what was expected to make sure we had our digital platforms operating the way we wanted. Having worked with many Digital and Experiential marketing agencies over the years, I’ve learned a lot about what to look for in these agencies. Finding humans who actually create and implement marketing strategies based on your business model and vertical is key.
