My companys IT needs are no longer a burden because of Parachute, and instead our technology is now one of our best assets. I was referred to them by a client of mine who has been working with Parachute for over 6 years. However, I still did a great deal of due diligence before hiring them because we had a not-so-great experience with another IT firm. We were really tired of the empty promises about being proactive and optimizing our network. Response times were poor and sometimes the engineers were impatient with my team. We knew we needed a new vendor, but wanted to make sure we were making the best choice so we would havent to go through the same thing again.After interviewing five very reputable firms we felt very confident in our decision to go with Parachute. I appreciated the way in which they illustrated to us exactly how they would be proactive and the exact steps they would take to optimize our infrastructure. Fast forward from 2013 to now...we receive a very high-level of service and absolutely rely on their IT consultation for not only our network, but also in some of the business strategies we develop with our clients. They have an amazing ability to tackle tough projects and we have never been surprised by an invoice. We receive clear communication that is strategic, friendly, and consistent.I really dont know where we would be without some of the expertise they have provided. If ever were in a meeting with a potential client, and they say were also talking to Parachute, I tell them thats good news, because with Parachute theyll be in good hands. As you know, most of the IT firms in SF are short term... put together quickly, a couple of guys who just got fired and are now claiming to be an IT Services Firm, except that they dont have the tools, processes, inventory management, core certifications or expertise, licenses, vendor relationships or systems a real IT Services firm uses to provide excellent service to our clients. Then was polite and patient as the updates downloaded and checked in frequently as we waited for the repairs to be completed with the updates. I am pleased that he checked our notes files prior to jumping in and trying different fixes as its important to confirm company settings before proceeding. There isnt an issues this company cant solve in a quick highly efficient professional yet personable manner. My favorite part is that people answer the phones. There are so many awesome people and things about Parachute Technology I could keep write forever. A rare find for honest caring service for sure. I just love this place!
