Staci Pappazi and her staff are friendly, efficient and responsive. Staci saved me during a recent insurance claim for water damage, successfully getting a decline turned around to an acceptance. To me, she is a hero!

I was a little overwhelmed when I was told that our homeowners insurance was dropping us, and we had less than a month to get new insurance. I saw Pappazi Insurance was not far from where we live, and I like the idea of knowing my agent. I called Staci and she was very helpful. She did some research and provided me with some options and walked me through everything we needed to provide. She took care of everything with my bank, and we are good to go with days to spare.I would definately recommend Pappazi Insurance.

My condo was dropped by State Farm insurance for filing two claims in one year for flooding ( not our fault). I called around and could not find anyone who was willing to insure us. Of course being in California …I reached out to Staci to help me find insurance and she was on it! She found someone to insure the condo. She was fast, efficient and got back to me right away. Communication was clear and we are all set . I would highly recommend her and will be sharing her name with my colleges and friends .

Pappazi Insurance Agency has been so helpful when our home insurance carrier decided to drop all policies in the state. They immediately alerted me and sent me side by side quotes explaining my new options moving forward. They really did all the hard work for me so all I had to do was select which one I wanted. They even billed my mortgage company directly so I didnt have to mess with that. Love them!

I cannot say enough good things about the people that work at the agency. Everyone is extremely helpful. I needed new auto and homeowners policies and Ashley explained everything in plain English and provided me with needed additional coverage thats not available with most insurance companies. Dealing with a local agent is far better than dealing directly with insurance company over the phone. Because, they have access to different providers, who specialize in different areas and types of coverage. I couldnt be happier with the policies I purchased through them. Plus, they are there to answer any questions I may have.

Pappazi Insurance Agency goes above & beyond to ensure their customers receive the best possible service for their insurance needs.I have experienced this firsthand when my liability ins. carrier decided to be unavailable to most agents including Pappazi. When it came time to renew my policy & with such short notice from the carrier, Pappazi put my needs first by enrolling my insurance policy to another agency to keep the original policy and the premium costs from increasing . Spending a lot of time researching and hunting, Pappazi was able to find the best & lowest priced policy! I know this was not easy for them. If you arent working with an insurance agency for your car, boat and/or homeowner insurance needs, you should be. Ive been so thankful for the Pappazi agency! Every year they calculate the best deals for all our renewals. We have both our cars and our house and property insured via their services. Letting them do the checking for the best insurance rates when they come up for renewal is having one less thing on my already too busy to do list. Our family is very grateful for them!

I was a new business owner and I was struggling to figure out everything I knew that I didnt know. I was over my head and trying to handle it all. Pappazi insurance came to the rescue, took my Liability insurance off my plate, then offered to take my workers comp and company vehicle insurance as well. I tried to compare rates, and though some might have been a little lower, the customer service was untouched. It was worth every penny I spent, then come to find out, my rate actually went down before we finalized everything.So, I had the best rate around, and outstanding customer service to top it all off. I couldnt be happier and I owe a lot of my stress free moments to Staci and her team. They are super heroes in my eyes.
