Love how they locally offer so many products for our needs as a small scale wellness product manufacturer Bailey’s CBD for pets in Costa Mesa from packaging supplies to metal tins, etc. Excellent customer service and good family values is what I get from the folks at Paper Mart. Amazon can’t even compete with what they offer, thanks Paper Mart for being so awesome. Their will call pick up is super easy too! Highly recommend.

Ordered some beautiful new cosmetics jars they had in stock. They arrived damaged because they didnt use bubble wrap or cardboard to protect the jars from themselves. The customer service rep didnt seem like she understood completely, but sent me some replacements anyway, and noted that they needed more packing. She was very nice by the way. I received the replacements today and not only did I not receive the correct amount, of the 39 I did receive, all but 7 were damaged. They packed the box well. A box in a box, wrapped with tons of bubble wrap. However, they did not address the issue: the jars were not protected from themselves. So, in transit, they were bumping into themselves. That is whats causing the damage. I really liked these jars, so I will be trying to find them somewhere else. She processed my return and refund very quickly.

I mostly buy ribbon from them so I cant speak to their other products. The ribbon pricing is decent and shipping is fast. I appreciate that shipping is calculated by weight though I do wish they would offer a break on the shipping if you are ordering over a certain amount similar to other sites. The selection is decent but I wish they would offer a larger variety of sports themed ribbon and in different sizes. If you do will call pick up the staff is friendly and efficient.

Beware of the deceptive rewards program for medium to large customers. They limit the maximum value of a rewards coupon and only allow one coupon per order. This creates a problem where you earn more points with a single order than are possible to use on a single order. After spending too much time trying to explain this problem to customer service, they had a hard time comprehending the issue and would do nothing to help us use our large points balance. This has us rethinking our use of PaperMart as a supplier and we will be looking elsewhere.

I dont often post reviews but really want to say how disappointing Paper Marts will call policy is. Ive been a customer of Paper Mart for over 9 years. I remember visiting the LA location for pick up so Ive been going to Paper Mart for a long time. Since then, they have moved to Orange. I used to be able to place an order and pick up SAME DAY without a charge. Now to pick up next day, it is a $20 charge!! The will call pick up time is 2-days which is fine if 1) you live nearby or 2) you are able to plan ahead of time. I just had a baby so any new first time moms will understand -- our brains are not how they used to be! I live over an hour away and my mom is in town and was going to pick up my order for me. I mean, its not like I can just drive to Paper Mart with my 2 month old for over an hour and pick up my order. I placed an order for pick up on Friday but forgot a few items. So I placed another order on Thursday afternoon but with their 2-day pick up policy, I cant pick up until Monday. I called and asked for a one-time exception to be made but NOPE. Guess even for long time loyal customers, no perks or decent customer service.

First time Ive ordered. I didnt read the delivery times when I ordered and realized it had been a couple of days and I hadnt received the shipped email. So I opted to chat with customer service. Darlene Vargas helped me. She was awesome. She took time to really find out what was going on and explained it to me. Also she noted my purchase with delivery instructions. Moving, wedding, birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, church, school, office, baking, crafting, gift wrapping, resale, shipping, etc...Supplies!It is all warehouse, No showroom but some items in a case. And sometime a little clearance shelf of older or odd items. I found this place years ago for bubblewrap for moving. Used to have a great same day Will call but they charge $20.00 now. But you can order everything online, and pick it up the next day..so just keep track of stock and order according to avoid same day charge. Colors galore, shapes galore, sizes galore, textures galore. It is not just boxes and paper. Its tulle, ribbons, decorative, plastic beads, candy holders...Too many items to list!!! So do not let the title Paper Mart Fool you...check it out!I personally have had no issues with all the products I have bought but I also pick up and never had to deal with shipments.I have told people along the way about this place and they bought everything they needed in assortments of colors they needed for their functions.

Last year Paper Mart would get 5 stars as I love there products, prices and there shipping time was exceptional. But, the last few times Ive ordered its been horrible. It seems they now have a new system that sends orders right to their shipping dept./factory (or something like that was explained to me) it has a lot of issues to workout. It suppose to be more efficient? Hence I receive one package that says 1 of 1 although its really 2 or 3. You only can see one tracking on the website and Have to call. They ship days apart even though nothing is back-ordered. I do feel sorry for those customer service folks, because this has to be a nightmare for them talking with confused or angry customers thinking product is lost or missing from every order. This needs to be fixed asap!Speaking about customer service: It just depends on who you get on the phone. Ive had great service and I mean exceptional service and Ive had service were you feel like you are bothering her ...and if it was recorded, shed be fired!

I got my product so quickly! In great condition, very nice quality, great price! I thought part of my shipment was missing and called customer service. I got immediate help from a real person who even spoke English...and she was so nice. As soon as I hung up I realized I had received it already, just tucked it out of the way. When I called back (she had given me her extension if I had further questions or concerns... wow) and told her she just laughed and thanked me. Very personable and nice, willing to do what she could to make sure my experience with this company was a good one. I am very happy with Paper Mart. This Company is Top ! Much better and much easier to deal with than most of their competitors. Their website is simple to handle, and and I found very easy to reorder from previous commands.I checked their prices, especially cardboard boxes which I use a lot, and with the free delivery after $300, they were much more competitive than U-line.For a few items that I am getting in large volumes, I am getting help from Lisa Henry and she is always resourceful, professional and find me great deals on these bulk orders.Finally, their drivers have always been very polite, friendly and professional. They double-check to make sure my deliveries are accurate, they help me loading heavy items on my racks, etc. They are very proud of their company and you can feel it.I would definitely recommend Papermart at any time.

I use Paper Mart for a lot of business supplies as I have a small business designing stationary, invitations, & party decor. They have great quality products and their prices beat everyone else. They also have really nice customer service-- Ive ordered something that went out of stock before and was called within 24 hours and offered a replacement for it with no extra shipping charge. I also have to order things quickly at times for custom orders, and their turn around time is really quick. Great resource for business or personal use.

Secondly, the colors were exactly the way they looked online. I bought this for my wedding decorations and I am so happy with this purchase. Papermarts shipping charges are very high and their policy is misleading. From their website: Then our computers talk directly to Fed Ex & UPS computers to calculate the lowest exact shipping cost to your exact address.So this basically states that they are comparing costs for you to give you the lowest shipping price right? WRONG. When my shipping costs came back at $40.00 for FedEx ground, and with no option for anything else I gave them a call.The customer service rep said they dont compare prices, they only use FedEx and that FedEx is always cheapest. I assured her they are NOT always cheapest and I pointed out that their website is in fact misleading customers, and maybe they should change the wording.She was very rude and kept repeating that they only ship with FedEx. I told her I understand that. The point I was trying to make is that the website states they are comparing prices for you to get you the lowest shipping. If their company policy is that they only ship with FedEx they should update their website with accurate shipping information that is not misleading. She raised her voice at this point and kept repeating that they only ship FedEx. Apparently she thought my issue was with my hearing.Unbelievable.

I am a smart shopper and have compared prices of different wholesalers in packaging. Paper Mart supersedes them in quality, delivery, customer service and variety. I have never had problems with their shipping costs. They are reasonable and the products arrive on time. The customer service agent on the phone talked to me as if I was the only customer she was dealing with that day. Very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a couple of issues with a folding box not fitting and with an incorrect cellophane bag being sent. Anna Lawrence, their Quality Control person called me and made everything A-OK for me. She found me a better box for my needs that I had not even considered, and will be sending it in place of the bad ones which I will recycle. As to the bags, we found a better one in the right size, and she took my suggestions for others being added to their website. I love shopping on PaperMart and will continue to do so. I received a call from Paper Mart the day after I posted the review stated below. I was very surprised that they were correcting the issue by refunding the cost of the damaged items. (They offered to pay the whole order but I was pleased to just be refunded for the damaged merchandise.)Previous post:I recently purchased pre-made bows and rolls of ribbon. Sometimes the traffic is unbearable when I need party supplies fast I go online to Paper Mart. I use Paper Mart often. I have place an order on a Tuesday and received on Friday with regular ground shipping. They are located in Orange, CA and their trucks are all other Los Angeles county.Paper has been consistent with never mixing up my order, once I made mistake on my order and called them and they didnt charge me a return fee, they credited my credit card and shipped me the correct order.If you want to stand out and make your parties POP, I highly recommend Paper Mart, I have never been disappointed.

Great for small businesses. The only downside is the cost of shipping yikes! Customer service has always been good. Items are very well priced and my favorite thing about them, you can order in smaller quantities. I had a small bakery business and didnt always need nor could afford bulk. Ive ordered cookie bags(coffee bean bags), cello bags for cake pops and gable boxes too. Always boomerang back to Papermart.

The worst experience with online purchasing ever! I received the WRONG ORDER. When I called right away to tell them, they finally figured out that I indeed did not get the correct order shipped to me but someone elses. They then said they would try to get it figured out and the correct items sent to me. A couple weeks go by and I havent heard anything or have received my order. I called back and was put on hold for a very long time. They then said theyd like to re-fulfill my order but are out of stock of 3/4 items I ordered. I told them to just give me a refund so I can order from somewhere else. Ok, no problem. Initially didnt want to refund the $18 shipping though without putting me on hold again. Also wanted me to have FedEx pick up the unordered product I did receive. Such a waste of time!

The prices are very competitive and the Customer Care Consultants are very knowledgeable. Norma with Papermart has reached out to us to ensure Papermart would have the supplies we needed in stock for our peak (Christmas Season). We have not had any issues. They also ship the supplies out very quick. In addition, if you are in Southern California and meet a certain purchase threshold they even provide free shipping on certain days of the week. The bottom line is they are a great company to work with.

I used to buy a lot from this company as I own a large business but they changed colors on their tissue. I need specific colors and when I called them to ask to return theses new color they said no. Now I am out several hundred dollars and am stuck with a bunch of tissue I cannot use. I will have to resell it or something. Their customer service is RUDE too. Just mean right off the bat. there was nothing I did- they changed things and did not notify their customer base. Shame on you paper mart!

I will never use them again. I ordered two items two weeks ago and received one quickly. However, the second one I am just realizing today (when I need it in hand) was on back order. The website did NOT list this. It listed several other items on back order and I specifically avoided any of them. I wasnt notified. I finally logged in to try to find out what the status is, and realized there that its on back order.Obviously you cant predict or plan around it if youre needing the items by specific times. Otherwise, the lady when I called was nice and professional and I appreciate that, but you cant use a company you cant depend on.

I am making wedding favors using orange colored tissue paper. There are a hundred shades of orange and I wanted to make sure that the tissue paper matched the color in my stationary and the rest of the wedding theme.I called the company to see if I could send them a paper sample in order to find the perfect match. Instead they volunteered to send me a sample of each shade of orange tissue paper they had in stock! What a time and life saver!!!!When the samples arrived they were clearly labeled so that I could choose the best match. I was able to confidently select my paper without hassle. By feeling the paper, I also am confident that it will work for my craft project.The prices are WONDERFUL and the site describes everything you need (no matter how much of a novice you are). I dont buy these types of products every day so it made a huge difference to have the information they provided in the site.I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else.

I used this company often for my small business needs. My order was shorted which effected my order to a customers custom order. I contacted them, which was difficult to get anyone on the phone (wrong number listed on web site) and then to get anyone to take the time listen to me without transferring me to someone else.... I finally received a voicemail back from someone stating their items are prepackaged so they couldnt ship the missing items from my order. They were no help whatsoever.I found another company to order more of the items that I was missing because I refuse to give a business my money when they dont care about their customers. They have great prices but not great when youre relying on receiving the exact number of items you order, because trust me, it is not guaranteed that you will receive the correct amount with this company. My suggestion is to order more than you need and hope for the best!

I have ordered velvet ribbons from Paper Mart several times, and my experiences have always been pleasant and items received in a timely manner. However; yesterday I received a package from them, and a couple of the 3/8 velvet ribbons that were on a spool were wrinkled and somewhat spotted. Ordered 5 rolls of crepe paper online at a fair price, it was about $20 after shipping and everything. However, they really need to retake some of their online photos, the colors dont exactly match what you see in person. I ended up not being able to use the 5 rolls since the colors were so off... but returning them would cost me $10 so I decided to keep them and maybe use them another time. The blue shade was pretty close, its actually lighter/brighter in person...but the light pink is really a watermelon/neon color. Im a little disappointed overall.

I ordered Take out wire handle clear pvc box for an upcoming show. When they did not show up and the tracking numbers was not found i called and talked with Ellen Mortellaro. She tracked the order down and found that a communication error had happened in the warehouse and the boxes where not shipped. This company promotes fraud because they are not taking the necessary actions to prevent it. How can you let someone charge another persons card without having all the information. No customer wants to see this, as it creates a big inconvenience and forces us to look elsewhere for our boxes.
