This payment processor my doctor uses seems scammy. Tries to sell you privacy protection after you make a payment stating your info is compromised or whatever.

I thought Papaya was a great time saving service. Until I found out that my payments to my doctors office were not arriving. Papayas email response says it can take 3 days for a response, that was two weeks ago! Their phone system is a joke. They wont help me at all after either taking or losing my money.

Great application! Since we have gone live with Papaya, it has streamlined and improved communication between our clients and patients. It has reduced the time our staff spends on the phone taking payments. Our patients love the convenience of paying their bills on their own schedule and not having to wait for business hours. Unbelieve amount of permissions that are unnecessary requested. Too much additional identifying information requested as well. To top it all off, they tack on an extra dollar for credit card fees. As a medical professional, Im appalled that any standalone or even franchise company would use such an operation to handle their incoming finances.

I paid a medical bill through Papaya Pay and it shows that it was paid but the medical office did not receive the payment and my account went to collections. Now I have been trying to reach Papaya Pay and their recorded message says it could take 3 plus days for someone to respond. I will never use this company again!!

We were introduced to Papaya Payments via a Healthpac conference. After we received the demo of the product, it was a no-brainer (there are no fees) to become a partner. THE WORST!!!!! I tried for 1 hour to pay a $16 bill and they could not find my information. I dont understand how thats possible. Do not use Papaya to pay your medical bills.
