My starter solenoid failed. I took the truck in this morning and they started working on it right after lunch. They put in a new starter which turned out to be defective through no fault of their own so they put in another new starter and had me out of there by this afternoon. Wow! Nice people + nice work + quick turnaround = satisfied customer (me).

This the Armpit of Norcal Kenworth. The trash location. Its better to just pretend it does not even exist. I ordered a part from them and not only they delivered the wrong side. But after they were going to ship the correct side they said they want me to pay them an extra $30 cos the correct side broke and they need to get it from another store now. So they want me to pay for their F. up. Lol never in my life. The manager there is highly unprofessional and rude. I called to get a quote today for parts today and they want me to pay them just to quote me on the pricing. Lol I think they may need some mental evaluations over there cause they lost their minds for real.

Thank you Martin in the Service Department! We have seen major positive changes in the service department since Martin has joined their team. Recently we had 4 trucks we needed to rotate through their shop during one of our busiest times of the year. Martin understood our situation and helped get each truck in and out very quickly. I had an excellent experience dealing with the folks at NorCal. Amazing staff & excellent customer service. I could not have asked for service and support better than this. I had to walk in for repairs without an appointments. The manger helped me with it and was able to accommodate me. They completed the repair on schedule and within the quote price.

I have a truck with a windshield wiper down and I cant get anyone from there too fix it. It is currently raining. This poor excuse for a trucking company is endangering the life of my employees because they refuse to fix the windshield wiper.

Updated. It seems Bob in parts saw me walk in and was already making the call that he meant to make. It would have been nice to know that but he got the job done. Im a regular customer and their pricing is fair. The parts counter people also know their business and thats key. Like many business they are short handed right now. I really, really appreciate the call to ask what they could do to improve.

My experience was very smooth. Dropped off my car there and my rental was ready. Returned the rental at the same location and picked up my car within a few days. Good as new. Receptionist was patient and friendly.

Charged me $1700.00 for work and parts. Had to have the work redone when I got back to my yard in Florida. I have pictures of the below par work, plus the part they replaced was not bad. After being treated verbally rude by the service writer, and told to stand 15 feet away from the building. I have been an owner operator for 40 plus years, and will not go back or recommend. If I could give negative stars it would negative 10, on a scale of 1-10.

Took them 6 months to just to tell me they dont have all the parts to put on a battery cover. Always called ahead to make sure that they had all the parts to put the cover on and everytime we got there they dont have the parts. Both people working in Service are pretty stupid. Went in so many times and just got tired of going there so I just picked up the cover and tossed it in the garbage.

December 4th 2020. I am on my way to work when i see a huge compost truck blocking a major 3 way. Sitting in front of a fire hydrant and blocking any chance of merging or reversing anywhere. The driver you ask? Standing across the street and leaning on a truck talking to a friend. They talked for over ten minutes before the driver of the compost truck realized the honking horns were for him to move his truck. You know, because blocking a 3 way intersection and parking in front of a fire hydrant is not just rude but illegal. He takes his sweet time crossing the busy intersection and waving to every vehicle he blocked with a smile.I have photos if this negligent company cares to see them.

I went there in person spoke to jaime castillo about prices fir parts i needed to fix my truck emailed him right away the list of products he said he will send it to me, 1 attempt one day after i called him he said he will send me before he leave, 2 attempt i sent an email no response, 3 attempt i texted him no response, 4 attempt i called him again he was extremely rude and made me feel that he dont business, its already friday nd thry r closed on saturday and sunday, this is so unacceptable, he hang up on with anger, he could have set my expectation from the beginning about timeframe, no sense of communication..

Pick up my truck today after a month in the shop. I called Thomas he said that it will be needing the batterys replace, I said No, any way I paid $9000 for a clutch and bell housing that the truck dont need. Wen I got to my yard and check the batterys what a surprise this dump guys at norcal Kenworth didnt connect 2 out 4 batteries and want to sale me new batteries. Dump people. And I got witness.

Bought brand new w900 2months ago. Had water leaking in it from roof since day 1st truck has been parked in body shop almost for 1 month paying payments on parked truck in shop on brand new truck .Not getting any help by dealership or salesman. The truck they sold me such a defective piece. Would like to speak to an owner or manager ASAP

This repair shop is the slowest repair shop Ive been to. They wont give you a ride to a motel, and if you cant afford one they wont let you sleep in your truck. There very rude people. They dont like to help people out. If I could rate this repair shop no stars I would.

The worst KW shop ever.Con artists in my opinion. Extremely poor management. Paid a large repair bill, only to have it done over the following week. They did repair the AC. Never ever will I go back, or recommend. I have 40 plus years as an owner operator. THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
