I’ve only been to this place once, and I found it on my own because I needed to take my elderly cat of 10 years old in because she wasn’t feeling well and it was for some other reason and then out of nowhere the Vet showed me he noticed something wrong with her face well, long story short, he found that she had 2 cyst in her mouth and I didn’t even know this. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have known and she was getting very sick and I was just amazed by that! My cat had her own veterinarian, but he didn’t even know about it and he’s the professional and telling me oh I should do this. I should do that bloodwork blah blah blah and didn’t even know, but the moment and the first day I took her here the veterinarian knew what was wrong with her which is the reason why I give this veterinarian hospital five stars. And I was very thankful and I appreciate it so much. They were very helpful. What they had done for my cat unfortunately my cat passed away five months ago. So now I have new kittens, brother and sister and they are ready to get spayed and neutered and I’m looking forward to taking them in and having my new kittens well and healthy and to have a happy life. ❤️

This has been our regular vet since I got my pups and they always have been great. The staff is supper friendly the Dr’s really care about your pets with extent attentive care. My pups are going on to be 12 and 13 I believe one of the reasons they’ve gotten to this age is thanks to the care they always provided. I’ve come in with emergencies always thinking the worst and they always made sure to reassure me everything was going to fine. They have supper fair prices that won’t set you back like some other major name places. I would definitely recommend this place if love your furry friends!!

I’ve been a client at this facility for nearly 30 years. I’ll never change! They recently brought in a wonderful new vet, Dr. Gupta. She is sweet, has an amazing bedside manner, and VYVYAN loved her too. Tammy and Anna are fabulous at the desk as well. They have always been my reason for coming back year after year!💜💚👌

This place is not a Low Cost they are very expensive charges 75.00 visit plus the doctor a lady does not have any experience very young I took my dog she was very sick vomiting and having pain .Doctor only gave her gabapentin does it!! Charge ne almost 300.00 dll but i dont care about the charges but my dog still very sick abd vontinue vomiting..taking her to Another place ..

Came here because my kitty was dying. Thought they were going to help but no, they refused to help. They said I had to make an appointment first but by then the kitty could have been died. My cat was in and out of consciousness outside this place. Please don’t waste your time and money here. They don’t care. Rest in peace kitten

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this vet. They have a super friendly staff, very reasonable pricing, and they actually care about what is best for your pet. The best vet I have been to. If you are having any issues with your current vet, consider going here. You will feel welcome and feel like they want what is best for your fury family member.

Very nice place, nice stuff:), just one thing I went on a Tuesday for my dogs vaccines and turned out they have vaccine discounts on Wednesdays they told me at the end when they had gaven it to her so if you need vaccines make sure to go on Wednesdays, every little discount helps 😉

First time visit: I can overlook a doctor who is short and curt (in manner) as long as my dogs overall health is the focusThe examination room was an open area with a examination table and what appeared to be a busy back room where medications are filled/stored, technicians passing by, some interrupting to ask questionsTech Annette was the best part of our first visit; attentive and gentle with my dog. She was informative and professionalUnfortunately the front office can be described as rude, unprofessional and sloppy

I can’t thank the doctor and his staff enough. My dog had a severely infected wound from a bandage that was placed by another animal hospital, and they were kind enough to take my dog at the last minute when every other hospital told me they were at capacity and couldn’t see her. They took her in, removed the bandage, gave her a shot of antibiotics and wrapped her back up properly. I could immediately see my dog was feeling much better and looked relieved not to be in so much pain anymore. Their whole staff was super nice and had a lot of compassion for my sweet girl. Thank you so much for all your help! I’ll definitely be going back anytime either of my dogs needs medical care!

Dr. Suman is the best Veterinarian. I brought my dog in extremely ill suffering from ITP he was able to place her on the right medication to control her illness. My family and I cannot say enough about the staff and Dr. Suman. Compassionate, knowledgeable, affordable, and very connected within the veterinary community. They really take time with your animal and you. They dont ask for needless tests, or procedures and they are competitively priced. When my sweet dog was dying(cancer), they saw him right away, and sent a sympathy card after. They know your animal by name. Great facility.

I have nothing but good things to say about Panorama Pet Hospitals Dr. and staff. Took my dog in for a dental exam and Dr. Suman addressed the problem immediately. Dr. Suman and the veterinary assistant were so gentle with my dog and made him feel very comfortable. I ended up booking a deep cleaning and I could not have been happier. Dr. Suman took great care of my dog and got his teeth cleaned. All I can say is if you want a trust worthy doctor and a kind staff head over to Panorama Pet Hospital you wont regret it! I have two dogs of my own and I foster for a rescue. I also have 5 cats. I have tried several clinics in the surrounding area and understand walking out feeling taken advantage of...that has NOT been my experience here. My first visit I waited with a woman who drives from another state because the staff and Dr are so amazing and she had a dog with a long term care situation. I experienced nothing less. They have a discount immunization day and my dogs have felt completely at ease here. The pricing has been more than reasonable so I am thinking the people who said it was overpriced maybe havent been anywhere else...

First time dog mom, I came with my 8 week maltipoo puppy and it was such a journey we discovered he had lots of parasites and we thought he was not going to make it. But thanks to the wonderful doctor he didnt gave up and treated my dog with such care and he gave me the confidence he was going to survive. Thanks to him my puppy he is well and healthy.

Great place to bring your pet. Parking is a bit tough to find but its worth the service here! I came in as a walk in and brought my husky in for skin issues and general health questions and the receptionists were very friendly and happy to help me. Once inside the patient room, the staff members were very friendly and open to answering any questions I asked. I didnt feel rushed and I felt that they all genuinely cared about taking care of my Husky and finding out what was wrong with him. Overall, they have won my trust and I looked forward to seeing my pets health improve with their care. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The prices are fair and not expensive, compared to the other vet clinic I visited in the past for the same issue.

I made an appointment for my stray cat for 3:30 pm today to get her first vaccines and a full health checkup. I got there and I called as soon as I arrived like they instructed only to find out they were closed . The guy who answered told me they should be there because they do after hour appointments so he went ahead and gave them a call . Called me back and told me that they were not there because of an emergency . I understand sometimes emergencies happen and they can’t be there to attend to an appointment but they did not even call to let us know they were not going to be there ! We made a useless trip that stressed my stray cat out to the point she was panting and her eyes were watering . This really set our bond back. It’s not easy to gain trust with a stray cat . I feel terrible for having my cat go through this and now we are starting again. I personally would never go here again.

I LOVE DR. SUMAN! He has saved several of my pets. He is so kind and knowledgeable. I dont always trust vets because I feel they add stuff to the bill in order to get more money, but this Dr. doesnt do that. I trust everything he says. I highly recommend this vet.

After 25 plus years of taking my dogs to Panorama Pet Hospital I have to say my experiences have all been good. We have been through new beginning and final days over this time. Dr Suman and all his staff have been helpful friendly and supportive in every way. I like that they care about my dogs as much as I do, I love that they treat me well even when I am in Furmom total panic. Dr. Suman and the staff explain what is happening and why. I also like that they are not afraid to turn you over to a specialist when they feel this is the best course for your pet. My dog developed glaucoma) No ego or fear of losing dollars here just good medical practice

Everyone here is so knowledge and helpful. I have a nervous aggressive dog, that doesnt like men and he does great here. Their teeth cleaning versus places in Sherman oaks or studio city are a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Dr Sueman is a lairer, thief and cruel to my pet! He did a biopsy and my cat was returned to me with blood all over her. He said the biopsy was negative and charged me over $150.00 for an office visit and a shot. The next week when I came in,he said the same biopsy was positive and the cat has to be put down. So he let my baby suffer an entire extra week due to his greed. In 3 visits he got $1000.00 out of me. I am warning everyone I know not to ever use this vet.

Dr.Suman and his stafff are the BEST!! I love the old school feel I got when we walked in. I loved that the Dr. asked all the right questions and told me more about how I should do things for our new pup. I did not feel like just a number. We were treated with concern and kindness. There is another vet hosp in the area and we had a horrible experience with them. No concern for us or our animal. I could not be more pleased to have done my research and found Dr.Suman. I highly reccommend this Vet to anyone in the Van Nuys area. He now has 3 new patients. Thank you.

Been going to Panorama Pet Hospital before Dr. Suman was there. My uncle was an equine vet and recommended it over 21 years ago and have been taking my pets there ever since, Beginning with the late, great vet, Dr. Bartlett.Cannot express the care and compassion Dr. Suman gives each of our pets. Its a no frills place, just straightforward where the staff, who have been there almost as long as I have been going, are beyond stellar!

I was a long time customer here. The customer service was bad. The only thing that keeps me coming back, was the vet himself. Ealier today, I called 9am about my dog situation, I was told that they will call me back when the vet comes in, I called again at 12noon & ask, the rude lady responded that they’re busy and have already told me that they will call me back, just wait and they will call soon. Since they never care to return my call, I called again at 2pm. This time I was able to talk to the vet & he told me to come in, they’re about to close already but he will wait for me, I’m 5 mins away. As soon as I enter the door, these rude ladies told me that I should have called first before coming in (so they can check my temperature). I just responded, do you want me to go back outside? She said, it’s fine, you’re already inside. After my visit with the vet, I was paying my bill, I just have to tell these ladies how they have treated me, and how they could have handled it differently. One of the ladies called the vet, and before hearing what I have to say, I was going to tell him about my experience but he told me to stop talking & he just started to give me a lecture, that they didn’t have to be opened, and that they just doing this because of people like me, etc. I told him, I appreciate what you’re doing but I did not complain to you, I was talking to these ladies and that he (the vet himself) doesn’t have to be MEAN to me too! I was still calm during these time. Anyway, that’s it for me! They just lost a longtime, good paying customer.

Brought my pet here on a Saturday afternoon, he wasnt doing well at all. The staff was nice despite what an emotional mess I was. After a 600 dollar bill for blood work, the visit and antibiotics they sent us home with no answer to what the issue was. Two days later he was not improving and he was getting worse. I called and called no answer. Finally someone picked up and said they would call me back. Several hours later no call. I called again and I got their answering service. They said they were out to lunch. I said ok. I called back an hour later per the answering service. No answer. At this point my pet is on my lap and twitching and can barely open his eyes. I called again and the answering service picked up saying they leave early. I took my pet to another place where they immediately tracked down someone from the place I originally took him to to get his blood work results. They admitted him same day and hooked him up to IVs and they determined early kidney disease; thank God I took him somewhere else as he is stable now and w/ proper care will live a full life.Although the staff was nice, nice doesnt cut it. Follow up would of been better.

I started visiting Dr. Suman 20 years ago. We were not the easiest customer since I am biologist/researcher and my mom is a MD. We dont just take whatever we are told, we ask questions and demand educated scientific answers for every diagnosis and way of treatment. Dr. Suman was the one to measure to the test. Ever since I have been taking my cats to this place. Dr. Suman never disappointed me. When he could help he would. He puts all of his heart and creativity in his work. When there was a very complicated surgery he sent us to a specialist. No b.s. all the way. I moved years ago and I am still driving all the way trusting his expertise. Highly recommend Panorama Pet Hospital!

I dont see how other ratings or comments describe the staff being Caring Ive been to this Vet office FOUR different times & each time Ive been there the front staff seem so CARELESS, Not once that Ive been there, have I heard a Hello, Good morning, Hows your pet doing today, or even a Thank You after taking my money! Talk about a unprofessional- unfriendly careless staff. Not sure if theyre bored of just hate their job! The Doctor always seems rushed- almost as if he times himself with each visit- regardless of the situation. His male assistant in the back seems to be more involved, helpful & has expressed way more concern over my pets health than the Dr himself! Ive given this place way too many trys & dont plan on going back!

This place has limited parking and a little easy to miss due to being located in an industrial area, but service wise is excellent. I brought a lost dog to get chip read and receptionist was a superhero taking a packed waiting room in a timely fashion all by herself.

Ive been coming to Panorama Pet Hospital for a few years now. My elderly cat, Cormano, was diagnosed with kidney disease and Dr. Suman was kind enough to explain the condition thoroughly and gave us options how to extend our cats life. He never pushed to put our cat down and hes been so supportive as we did end of life care for Cormano.Cormano life was extended by almost two years and Im so thankful we had those extra two years to have him in our lives.

I have taken my cat twice to Dr. Suman twice now due to an ear infection. The first time I went I tried Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital, their customer service was extremely poor and was not brought back to join my cat during his examination. The Rx the gave me didnt work, never asked for a follow-up, and it was very expensive. Overall I am so gald I found Dr. Suman at Panorama Pet Hospital.

It is sad that there are these types of clinics in which they do not accept emergency patients, or for any check-up just because you did not make an appointment at the hospital, it says URGEN CARE and I think it is unnecessary since it is not like that😥 the medicine is more expensive Of the regular prices, the appointment alone costs $70 doll. Everything else is part of the fact that the doctor listens to his heart and tells you apparently what he thinks is happening and in the end he ends up asking me for x-rays or blood tests. They wanted to charge $1,400 for all these exams 😔😔 and if we dare to take our 4-legged babies it is because they are part of our family but dont take advantage of people either.

Excellent place, Dr. Suman loves what he does, thank you for everything, Dr. Unfortunately, my kitten died, it was his time and nothing more could be done. As soon as I arrived, my sweet Tinkerbell died, but he is such a sweet person. The employees also treated me very well. . I take my cats there and it is also economical and very professional, they take care of my kitten to cremate her remains. I recommend this hospital, everyone is very kind and the Dr. Very sweet with our beloved animals, ❤️ thank you all very much for the sweet treatment you give to our animals, thank you for lovingly caring for Dahlia, it is simply the best hospital
