Brent went over and above in helping us find homeowners insurance after our current insurer sent us a notice of non-renewal due to our fire risk. He provided so many options, so I was able to have some choice and control where I worried I wouldnt have any options or control and would be left high and dry. Highly recommended if you want someone looking out for your best interests and willing to go the extra mile to protect you!

Brent saved us over a hundred dollars a MONTH! across all our policies (auto/home/earthquake/umbrella) and even got us better coverages across the board. Wished I’d contacted Brent earlier in my insurance quote process. I did the internet search and got spammed with useless quotes as well as talked to half a dozen other highly rated agents. None could even come close to the level of service that Brent provided. Stop your internet search now and call Brent.

Brent @ Panorama is the most available and dependable insurance agent Ive ever had. I use Brent for my family account, and also take care of all the communication for my parents account as well - even though were the same kin, our two different households have totally different requirements in terms of insurance. Brent is always willing to dive into specifics about policies and present alternatives when our situation changes or when a better plan is available. Its great to know that both the insurances for my home and car are just taken care of meddling on my part.

I had an excellent experience with Tim Wong and Panorama Insurance. They helped me find homeowners insurance coverage for a new home in the hills of L.A. thats a wildfire zone. None of the carriers wanted to write the business, so Tim secured the coverage through the CA plan and also a Difference in Conditions policy to ensure I had adequate liability coverage. He and his team adjusted coverages to find savings for me as well. They were responsive and courteous at all times, and made the home purchase process easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Customer service that doesnt change over time is hard to find these days. I was in the market for a good used car and needed time and insurance quotes quickly on numerous cars I was considering. Panorama never failed to deliver and had the patience to stick with me until my final deal came through. And their prices for car insurance were the lowest of any company in the Los Angeles area. I highly recommend this agency.

This insurance agency is unique in that they go beyond the normal expectations. They have that small company endeavor but with large company results. I was very pleased with the way they handled my problem.I am a landlord and as such needed help with a tenant and their dog which is classified as a companion dog used for emotional distress, however our signed contract forbids animals. With the help of Panorama Insurance Agency I was able to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of both the tenants and myself. They did the research for me! I highly recommend this agency.

My relation ship with Panorama Insurance Agency started over 25 years ago. Initially it was for vehicle insurance but has grown to include homeowners insurance. This has continued through moves from five homes and two states. As my children reach the age of driving, they will join the next generation of Panorama Insurance Agency family customers.For the few instances where the services were required, PIAI was there to help resolve the claim and get the repairs completed quickly.I would highly recommend their services.

Danna Alfi is wonderful. We all typically contact an insurance company because something has gone wrong. Danna is a compassionate person who will do her best to help you and inform you when you need it. I think we can all agree that 2020 has been crazy and stressful. My car was stolen and Danna was so helpful in finding out the exact terms of my coverage promptly and let me know exactly what the coverage options would be on another car I wanted to buy. The day I was slated to purchase the car the sale fell through due to a lack of title on hand. Immediately I contacted Danna and she cancelled it. A few days later I found the perfect car and before I drove off the lot I was covered. No hassle for making her do the extra work just a congrats on the new car and an open dialogue because she will help you however she can. 10/10 in customer service.

My parents and my sister has mercury insurance but not me. I had other insurance but it was a hassle you cant reach them unless you email only to get answers so I was tired of this so I call mercury ins it was great I even save a lot on the policy and I talk to a nice person it was great. I save about 700 hundred dollars so Im pretty good about that. Call and hear what option they have and mercury do not push you to get insurance.
