What a blessing it was to find Pamela Bliss and end up using her services as our real estate agent in the purchase of our dream home. We were “just looking” during a weekend in the Auburn area, with plans of moving in about two years. She responded within minutes of our inquiry and that began our great adventure that led to our dream home. We found Pam to go above and beyond in all areas to meet our needs. In the interest of brevity, we’ll list some things we enjoyed about her most. She was extremely responsive, an active listener, had great ideas, provided 24/7 research, was extremely personable and warm, attentive to our needs, and instantly ready to alter plans or change focus to meet our needs. Since our dream home was three hours away, Pam helped us to arrange and implement inspections and meet with potential vendors while we were not in town. She thought of everything we possibly could need or want, and helped organize, implement, and document all of it! Since this opportunity landed right in the center of our wedding planning, it was invaluable to have her in our corner. We feel like Pam became our friend by the time it was over. We highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling their home.

We have used Pam as both a selling and buying agent for several transactions because she is outstanding. She holds a wealth of knowledge and experience, always willing to do the necessary research to best represent our needs either when purchasing or selling a property. Our transactions have not been simple, using 1031 exchanges, buying multiple properties, working with close deadlines. We have trusted her to make everything happen smoothly and efficiently. The best thing about Pam is that there is no drama. She remains calm, is easy to work with and is always right there for communication. She is a good listener who has worked with our needs. Pam has been heaven sent since we met her. From our very first conversation we felt that we could trust her….and we don’t say that about anybody.Pam guided us through buying our first home together. We experienced quite a few hiccups on our end but Pam was always quick to help us find solutions. She never gave up on us and guided us through a lot of difficult situations. Even until now, over a year later, she is helping us with our home. She is always available when we need her and she always makes us feel like we are a priority. My husband and I bought a new house after 25 years in our old place, and wed never gone through the house shopping experience before. Our experience buying a home with Pam Bliss was 100% faultless. She was ever-patient with all our noob questions. She got back to us right away whenever we communicated, whether it was a trivial question or an important document. Speaking of important documents, there were no mix-ups or oopsies. She knew exactly what to do and when. Our loan agent was impressed too. Over the past years I have used many realtors to buy and sell properties both personal and for my real estate business. I have had some that were ok and some that were not. Pam is without a doubt a great realtor. The effort that she puts in to help me buy and sell properties is difficult to find. I want to express just how grateful I am for her. If Pam Bliss charged us for even a tenth of the time and TLC she put into the sale and purchase of our properties, it would have cost us a fortune. She made sure everyone was happy whether she was getting a commission or not.
