The best experience I’ve had by far at a Palmdale clinic. Very welcoming and friendly. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly. Did not wait to long then what was said by the front office. The doctor I was seen by was also very helpful and suggested the different exams for my concerns. Definitely will come again to this location.

So I’m just leaving the clinic. If I can give 0 stars I would. Walking in felt so unwelcoming. 4 people in the front desk. Can even get a Greet. Just a stare down. I felt awkward walking in. Asking myself if I should even proceed. And then they run my insurance. I have l.a care. And they said it was going to be a 35$ consultation. I asked why? The last time I came no one said anything about a consultation charge. And they said they should have charged you. Since when does an urgent care charge for a consultation when you have an active insurance. Never coming here again. Everyone looked so annoyed working. And on top of that there’s no one there. Just staff. So ridiculous.

I recently visited Palmdale Urgent Care for the first time as a walk-in patient in the middle of the afternoon. I was greeted by a seamless check-in process, thanks to the exceptional staff, including Kenneth, Katia, and Amari. I came in to have staples removed from my head after a fall onto some rocks a month prior. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and bedside manner displayed by the staff made my entire experience non-stressful, calm, and completely worry-free.I must acknowledge the Nurse Practitioner, Stacy Jones, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She left no questions unanswered and made my experience one for the books. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their medical needs.I also want to recognize Isiah, the manager, for providing the community with a clean urgent care facility and for assembling an incredible staff. From start to finish, the staff at Palmdale Urgent Care was truly exceptional. Thank you, Isiah, for the amazing job and staff you have cultivated.Overall, my experience at Palmdale Urgent Care was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical attention.

Only took a few visits to make this my favorite urgent care out here. Very easy to get a telehealth appointment if you cant make it in. Staff is friendly, helpful, communicative & professional. My experience is always positive here & I always get the assistance I need. Only urgent care Ill be going to moving forward. Highly recommended.

Wow! First class! I had an IVY drip done and this place is fantastic . I was in the area and needed a pick me up . Staff and physician are so helpful . The chairs are comfortable and room had a TV. Highly recommend . Great price !

I called to ask if they take my insurance as Im in need of urgent care (still in pain and in need ) The girl at the front desk said to text a picture of my insurance card and they would run it and get back to me. That was at 12:50, its now 3 and I never heard back so I called again to try and find out what was going on, the phone was answered by a very very young unprofessional, uneducated little girl who informed me that they were busyUhhhh, No.....If that was the case you should have ran my insurance over the phone right then and there and not had me waiting this entire time when Im in need of medicare, hours of wasted time in pain and I wish my phone call was too another Urgent CareThe reason I placed the call in the first place is because of the 4.9 Google rating, which, to say the least, is UNDESERVEDMakes me have to wonder if they paid for the reviews

Thank God for this urgent care. Its the best in Palmdale. I was in so much pain and needed to see the doctor. I was told that I had to pay a huge deductable before seen by the doctor. Vincent was very compassionate and empathetic and did everything he could to lower the deductable and made sure I was seen promptly by the doctor.The place is clean and has a great energy flow.. Fast efficient clinic. Staff is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Answer phones in a timely matter. I asked a million questions over the phone and the assistant on the phone was so sweet. During visit Office was very clean. Paperwork at check in was short and simple which is a good thing specially with a sick little one. So glad they are serving our community. Definitely will be returning for future visits.

I went in for an asthma attack. I didnt know my insurance had expired. They started treatment before I learned about it expiring. They continued treatment despite that and were very helpful and friendly the whole time. Im normally not one to go to the doctor but Im soo glad I did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I gotta tell you that I had the most amazing experience at Palmdale Urgent Care. The staff there, especially Brashona and Melissa, were absolutely fantastic! They were so friendly and knowledgeable, and they really made me feel at ease during my visit. They provided super quick and efficient care, which was a huge relief. I tend to get very anxious in hospital settings. I cant recommend them enough. If you ever need urgent care, Palmdale Urgent Care is the place to go!

I brought my kid in immediately asking do they take media-cal. I was then as is it straight or a plan. I wasnt sure due to their dad signing them up but I then provided the insurance information for them to look up. After they sat there and looked at the screen for a while I was then told oh its deactivated. I was confused because I was given this information by the ER at AV and told he didnt qualify for emergency media-cal because he was active. I was then told the visit would be $70. So of course I paid being that my kid needed to be seen. So after filling out the paperwork I then paid and asked for a copy to show my caseworker the insurance was deactivated. After the guy fumbled around for a bit maybe about 10-15 minutes we were called back and he then proceeded to tell me, it must have been a glitch but the insurance is active, and the visit is still $70. This whole experience made me feel this office was being sketchy and dishonest with me and probably others just to get payment from people. Im a single mother of 4 and these days no one really has money to just throw around but in desperate need, I felt taken advantage of. The doctor was nice and quick with the visit but it was the experience with the front end that rubbed me the wrong way and I would probably never use this urgent care again due to this experience.

Let me start off by saying this staff here is amazing. I called about 2 hours before they closed due to me getting off work until 5, i called to inquire about my daughter getting seen due to her having a bad cough. They answered super quickly, answered my questions and checked my daughters insurance to verify if they accepted it. Once i got to the clinic, i noticed how clean and organized it was.. I mean super spotless and they even had a little coffee bar set up in the lobby. The front desk medical assistants were super nice, they greeted me kindly. I did not even wait long to be called back. Once, we were in the room, we were helped by MA Melissa which was super sweet and made my daughter feel so comfortable. The PA was super knowledgeable and sweet. I appreciated the staff for making this visit so easy. My daughter received the medication she needed, covid test, and a note for school. The process was all so easy and quick. The only charge was 50$ which I think was super worth it, everything else medical covers. Thank you Palmdale Urgent care, I will def return with my daughter in the future. Went here for my two boys who weren’t feeling great. They are young and not a fan of medical offices. But after the visit the boys asked if we can come back to this urgent care only if needed for a sick visit. The staff and the provider is friendly, kind and caring made them feel safe . Also paper work is minimal no crazy amount of forms to fill out check in is simple and easy. I came to this UC a couple of weeks ago because I visited this place previously when I got shingles and they did a great job. I would have gone to the one in California City but it was closed. I had a severe cold and just wanted a COVID test. They conducted a few tests for COVID and flu and Drew some blood because I was having random nose bleeds. But the doctor was checking my lungs with a stethoscope and she noticed something was off with my left lung. She immediately ordered a chest X-ray. So I got the x-rays done and patiently waited for the results. I also took it upon myself to get a primary care doctor set up as I had got new insurance. When I visited the primary care to have a quick check up. I mentioned the x-rays that this UC ordered. They said they would check with them. So a week had gone by since they x-rays were done. Starting to think no news must be good news. I received a call from this UC with the results of the blood test. So then I ask about the x-rays. They told me they would have to get back to me. 15 minutes later I got a call back from them. They told me that my diaphragm is crushing my left lung and to see a specialist immediately. I am completely freaked out by this news and start thinking the worst. Picturing myself hooked up to an iron lung. So I try to book another appointment with my primary care so I can go see the specialist. They wont be able to get me in for another 2 weeks. So since I needed to get the results from the urgent care I decided to make another visit. When I picked up the results I asked if there was any chance I could talk to the doctor about this to know what I could do until then. It charged me another visit telling me that the doctor put everything on the paper. I told them I was scared and just wanted more information hoping it would calm me down a bit. So I accept the visit and pay for it. The doctor comes in and tells me to go to the emergency room. Now Im beyond freaked out. Im straight into panicking all the way to the hospital. I visit the ER. They checked me over and conducted the x-rays again. And then they come out and tell me that its just a hernia. I could have waited until I could see my primary care physician. Im now feeling sheepish for panicking so hard. But wait if they could have got the x-rays to me sooner when I have my first visit with the primary care, I could have already scheduled a visit to the specialist. That was the worst beside manner ever.

The staff was nice, patient and very conscientious of the patients who entered the clinic. From what I saw if someone was contagious with a cold or flu, they made sure to take them in right away to separate them from the other patients which was ideal for me because I’m immunocompromised. The nurse practitioner Vincent had a great bedside manner, he was very understanding, and thorough with my overall care. This place is also veteran owned and the way they care for their patients is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in a hospital setting. Overall great experience.

The only reason I am not giving this one star is because the staff was nice. The reason I am giving them a low rating is because of the medications prescribed for my child. After the visit here we went to two ERs in which the pediatricians didnt understand why she was given that medication and that they wouldnt give such medication to a child. Our ER visit wasnt due to the medication itself. But the fact that several pediatricians said they wouldnt give such medication to my child worries me about the care they give children there. Im sure its great for adults with simple issues. But I for sure wont be taking my child here again.
