Unfortunately I have to write a negative review due to the unprofessional conduct that I receive from this place. They were supposed to deliver my medication the same day which I specifically called and made sure they had a correct address and phone number on file. The lady I spoke to reassured I would receive medication same day. Never received my medication or any phone calls. Following morning I called and I spoke to the manager and he informed me that they tried delivering and contacting me but unfortunately they had wrong address and wrong phone number.They should make sure their staff is properly trained and understand English in order to avoid these kind of issues. When trying to address an issue with the customer they should be more courteous and try to resolve without more conflict.

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The one time I need my medication delivered on time and now its been over 24 hrs and I have to go pick it from them because they still cant give a delivery time. Same as other reviews, the conduct and professionalism in the employees is non existent. I wrote a review on Facebook and the they deleted to let you knowvwhat kind of company this is. The employees straight lie to customers. They told me Im wrong and medicine wasnt delivered to me on another incident and I literally have them on ring camera delivering the meds. The owner is completely crazy and tries to gaslight every person that writes a negative review.🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Amazing staff and great pharmacy. The pharmacist was kind and consulted me respectfully and roughly to understand my meds fully. I needed my medication quickly so I called the pharmacy and shortly, their driver Olivia, came and delivered my medication by hand, very nicely.

Great environment and staff! Mirlen is absolutely amazing and helped me with the whole process of my transfer and perceptions. She was kind and tried hard to get me transferred out of CVS and into PalmCare. Olivia delivered my medications to me same day and was very polite to me.

This place is the best pharmacy I have ever used. They deliver ontime or early. The people that work here are warm and friendly, salt of the earth .... I saw a review that complained about their phone service. That is not my experience. There are long holds here during peek hours, just like with every pharmacy. For such great service, I would gladly wait a few extra minutes. I have never had to though.

The best clinic and pharmacy in San Diego. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I came to the urgent clinic got assisted by Mirna who was in the front desk and was very respectful. Afterwards, I came in the pharmacy and spoke to Mirlen and she helped me with the prescription and get my medication very quic and nicely.

The best pharmacy ever. Thier driver, Olivia, is very kind and respects me and my family all the time. Mirlen, who works in the front desk, if very helpful and helped me get my medication quick.

Wonderful pharmacy and clinic! Mirna, who was the front receptionist at the clinic, was super helpful and kind. Also, their pharmacy drive, Olivia was extremely nice and respectful to me. Definitely recommend them!

This is the best pharmacy in San Diego, they deliver medications home free very fast like within 45 minutes or so, staff are friendly, professional and multilingual ( English, Arabic, Spanish and more). The owner Dr. Usama Alkazaki is so nice and helpful, he goes out of his way to help patients and the community. Thank you for all the services you provide.

We absolutely LOVE them!!! They are super excellent, professional, caring and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I will never use any other pharmacy. They are so wonderful that I will only use Palm Care Pharmacy for all our prescription needs.I manage prescriptions for my family, including for special needs kids that have special medications and older family members with special medications for their complex medical needs. Plam Care pharmacy handles the TAR paperwork without any issues. (Ive had other pharmacies that couldnt handle the TAR paperwork and messed up our medications every time we needed a refill.) But Palm Care Pharmacy NEVER has any issue with the TAR paperwork; so, we get our vital medications consistently and easily. They get the paperwork done quickly and professionally so our medications are available when we need them.We now only use Palm Care Pharmacy; so, I never have to worry about getting the medications we need! Because of Palm Care Pharmacy, I can actually spend time where I need to; caring for my family! They are so helpful, friendly and professional. Its so relieving to be able to focus on my family rather than having to worry about the prescriptions. Palm Care Pharmacy is a huge time saver for us. Thanks to them, our medications are ready hassle free.Palm Care Pharmacy is able to do all our prescription needs, (even TAR and compound prescriptions)! They work hard for us and do the work reliably and professionally. Now, I have worry free, timely prescriptions and a professional caring pharmacy. Palm Care Pharmacy is the best pharmacy weve ever had by far!If you need an excellent, professional and reliable pharmacy this is definitely the place you need.
