My Husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with David Palma as our realtor every step of the way in finding and purchasing our home. We have worked with other realtors in the past, but after meeting David it was very clear that he’s far more superior than your average agent. He was excellent at finding houses that fit our criteria. While viewing properties if we had a question about the neighborhood, David would knock on the neighbors door and get our question answered right then and there! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with David on two separate occasions. The buying and selling of our first house. The thought of buying our first house was overwhelming and challenging.That all changed when we called David. Davids work ethic and drive set him apart from other Real Estate agents, and his approach is the epitome of professionalism. From the first time we walked into his office to every phone call, text message and email, we knew David was working hard on our behalf. This gave my wife and I the assurance that we were in good hands. He wasn’t looking for a fast sale or just the right priced house; he was finding us a home.David really listened to our needs and wants in a home. After showing us a house I was ready to buy (but my wife hated) David asked the right questions to build a better understanding of what we were looking for. Once he found our home, we had no idea of where we needed to start. David gave us a road map of what we needed to do and what to expect. From mortgage lenders, pest inspectors, home appraisers, and home inspectors everyone David recommended was professional and helpful. David and his team helped me purchase a house in the Fort Bragg area of California when I was living out of state unable to be there personally to inspect the house. He served as my eyes and ears and we were, able to conclude the purchase at a price that reflected the work that needed to be done at the house without any glitches. David responded to my questions in a timely manner and was also there to oversee the delivery of my furniture when I could not be at the house and he put me in contact with qualified contractors who performed the necessary repair work properly and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use David for another real estate transaction and I can highly recommend David to other purchasers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Richard Ha from Palma Group exp Reality in Roseville. There where some easement issues due to the title company not recording the easement in 2015 . Richard was persistent in navigating through the situation and got me the rural property I’ve been looking for . This is the second deal I’ve worked with David Palma, he’s a great, trustworthy guy . He’s always went above and beyond to get me the information and answers I’ve needed to feel comfortable in my real estate deals . He understands the rural county properties that are more challenging than the typical subdivision houses . David has surrounded himself with a good group of people that are professionals and have streamlined my the process from, financing, insurance and last but not least his agents .

Back in November 2022: Met David & Daniel at an open house and they were willing to show us other homes in the neighborhood that were in the market. We have been working with Daniel and David ever since, in fact he’s picking up my parents to drive them around to look at more houses since they are relocating! To any prospective client who is considering working with David and the Palma Team, here is what I found that set them apart from any Realtor I have worked with in the past:- David is up on the latest tech regarding marketing properties including social media. My Ukiah property was very visible and attracted much attention.- Unique to me was his recommendation to purchase inspections in advance for potential buyer review. This allayed any mystery of what the prospect is viewing.- Upon introducing himself, David graciously complimented our home with a wonderful piano piece and appreciated our furniture and décor suggesting what to incorporate for staging.- In the past I’ve had mixed experiences of Realtors: one who went to overseas during my escrow; another who only showed the higher priced listings; and a couple who just put our homes on the MLS with a ‘back burner’ marketing plan.- The bottom line is this: I am pleased to work with a professional with ENERGY who is backed up with a stellar staff.
