10/10 would recommend. Don’t believe people when they say going to the dealership is “more expensive”. You absolutely get what you pay for and Palm Springs Hyundai is no exception! I would like to recognize Nicholas Tartaglini, the Sales Representative at Palm Springs Hyundai, for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe, Calligraphy. He is a professional whose honesty and integrity compelled me to consider purchasing a vehicle without first conducting a physical inspection or test drive. Something I would have never done in the past. In retrospect, it was a great decision. He has set a new, high bar for his industry. I would heartily recommend Nicholas and Palm Springs Hyundai to friends and family interested in purchasing a great Hyundai vehicle.

Extremely poor customer service. Wednesday, couldnt get through via phone and error message populated on the website online appointment section. Thursday, again no answer, but was able to access the chat line. Was told Id receive a text confirmation, an email and a call back as two of my questions were unanswered. Received a texted confirmation of appointment only. Called Monday, twice, and was only able to leave a message. Still no call back.

We recently bought a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Our salesman was Nick and he was great! He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and didnt pressure us into buying. We went back the following week and he was qextended helpful.Our prior vehicle was an 28 year old Toyota, so he went through all the new features and even had us come back and go through questions we had after driving it for a week. I highly recommend Palm Springs Hyundai and especially Nick!

Palm Springs Hyundai is one of the BEST dealerships Ive ever been too. Their Service Department team is exceptional and they do a great job. Ive never had a bad experience and they always took great care of my 2014 Hyundai Sonata and me. I highly recommend George Nassar, Service Manager and Eric Gracia, Service writer. Compared to other Hyundai Dealership Ive been to and after having to deal with some very very poor customer Service Departments, trying to take advantage of their customers and mechanics intentionally causing problems to my vehicle so I have to come back to have it fixed, Palm Springs Hyundai is the one I would want working on my car! They are honest and dont try to rip you off! Thank you, George and Eric.......I wish I still had you guys working on my Hyundai!!!!!

I won’t recommend to go to this dealership for service or car issues to be help with. Customer service from employees the worse. No resolve problems, disrespectful, not help until you get mad at them. Not give you any deadline to know when your car would be fix. Also make an appointment wouldn’t make a difference. I would be able to follow if there were working on my car or not by the app and my car was sitting at the dealership for so many days without get someone to work on it. Nobody call me for follow up. I have always to call and did not get a spec answer from the issue my car has. To get a car while my car was at the dealership was a nightmare. Basically you have to scale things in order to get what you should get when you did a purchase of over $44,000 dollars car Hyundai Tucson hybrid 2023 that start having problems at 900 miles of driving. Unacceptable. They do not find the problem in a very new car.

The service department is terrible at Palm Springs Hyundai. After 4 years of dealing with them to fix my vehicle with the numerous problems with my vehicle. All the problems started in 2022 with my 2019 Elantra. Had transmission issues, breaks would pull to the left, ac was humid and warm, the steering was creaking and the paint started coming off. The service department has the worst customer service. You would make an appointment and after two days no one would even look at the vehicle and no one would call and tell you what’s going on. After dealing with them I would never buy a Hyundai again.

If I could give them a BIG ZERO I would.I’m so over them,I’ve been going to PS Hyundai for a long time for everything (7 years)But in the last 2 year’s it has been AWFUL 2 hour appts turn into 3 and a half hour appts.So in the last year I stopped going to them I’m seeing a very competent private mechanic,I have no issues ALWAYS a pleasant attitude NO EXCUSES about ANYTHING.BUT, I had to go to PS Hyundai today because of a recall to replace the A FUSE ONE FUSE!!! that only Hyundai could replace.So Eric,said it would take about ONE HOUR after 1 and a half I went to find out how much longer he said he would check 2 hours later I had to find him again all he could say was he was working as fast as he could so I said my car is right there go check he came back and said it hasn’t been worked on yet😳To say the least I was SUPER UPSET so it was all bad after that all I got was one excuse after another got my keys and left nothing was done And service manager George was absolutely no help either.I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Go to STEVE ALLEN !!!!!!!! He is truly the best, I shopped around with different dealerships and different sales people. Steve blew every single one of them out of the water. He treated me with respect and courtesy. Not too mention he has the cutest dog in the world.Palm spring Hyundai is lucky to have him as one of their salesman. We bought a nice blue Hyundai Kona from here but even if we didnt find a car the treatment we received here wouldve made us comeback in a heartbeat. If you want someone trustworthy who has your best interest in mind go to Steve ALLEN at Palm springs Hyundai. I know this review might seem over the top, but I shopped around for a while and was horrified by the treatment I received by different car dealers. Some of them even tried scamming me or lying to me adding extra fees and add ons or even running my credit without permission. Steve did not do any of that or make me feel pressured and that was ultimately why we chose to buy a car through him. The world is a better place with people like you Steve. Thank you so much I hope you get a raise and the appreciation you deserve.

Never thought my cars motor would suddenly die on me, but it happened - and right before a much anticipated weekend getaway in late April. From the beginning, Josh and George at Hyundai Palm Springs Service Center ensured that my experience would be as smooth and painless as possible. Josh quickly arranged for a loaner that was a new Tuscon, which has been favorite car since 2005, which allowed me to take my weekend trip in comfort and style. George also reassured me that my experience would be a good one. Sadly, I would need a new motor. Again, Joshs professionalism shone: he worked hard to get my warranty claim approved. He kept in touch with me every step of the way with phone calls and texts. I picked up my KONA about a week ago and have enjoyed my cars performance everyday. This whole experience has proven that a Mom-and-Pops approach to customer service, to borrows Joshs words, really does make an impression on customers. This one will certainly knows where to go for his next KONA.
