Lovely home to stay in with relaxing patio. Loved the view from inside and outside. We stayed 3 weeks and found everything in order and comfortable. Only thing I can think of to mention is the smaller bedroom is a bit noisy with the train noise, only if you are a light sleeper. We will rent here again.

Palm Desert Vacation Properties goes above and beyond to create the best vacation experience possible! We rented one of their properties in Bermuda Dunes via Airbnb. Heres the review I left there:Look no further for a place to bring lots of family or friends together and never run out of fun things to do! This place was everything my family needed for a perfect vacation. The games, soo much fun!! Bocci Ball, ping pong, pool and shuffleboard kept us the most busy. After games, we luxuriated in the heated the pool and hot tub - perfect on chilly winter nights. The back yard had tons of seating areas and tables for food and drink. The gas firepit also created a lovely place to sit and keep warm. We also enjoyed grapefruits and lemons from their citrus trees. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed for our holiday dinners. There were lots of seating options and plenty of room at the table. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was also awesome. The thoughtful remodel is very fresh and clean. The large tub in the 2-queen master was a nice private relaxation highlight. Garage parking a huge plus, and our host was A++, even bringing us new ping pong paddles on New Year’s Eve!

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with seven girlfriends and had a wonderful time staying at the Evening Star Circle home in Indian Wells. The property and amenities provided were great! The rooms were a nice size, and the living room was large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was great and fully equipped. The backyard was fabulous. The photos didnt exaggerate! We really enjoyed the covered outdoor sitting area and large dining table where we spent the majority of our time and ate our meals. The pool was great, the spa was spacious, and had fun changing color lights. The white lights on the patio were absolutely beautiful and created a lovely ambiance. I was also very pleased with the property management company, Palm Desert Vacation Properties. Ashley and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. I would stay at this property again and would recommend.

We had the BEST time! This house was fabulous for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever want. The kitchen seats 6 as well as the dining room. The family room furniture is super comfortable and the TV IS HUGE! The outside area has shade and sun and our dog greeted everyone that walked by. We used the fire pit every night for happy hour. We like this house so much that we have booked it for next year!!!

During our Stagecoach festival getaway, we had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable house, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with spaciousness, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities that made our stay truly memorable.The size of the house was impressive, providing ample room for our group to relax and unwind after each day of festivities. Not only was it large, but it was also impeccably clean, making us feel instantly at ease upon arrival.The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the expansive backyard, perfect for soaking up the California sun or enjoying a barbecue with friends. Speaking of which, the barbecue grill worked like a charm, allowing us to indulge in some delicious outdoor cooking.One of the things we appreciated most was the attention to detail in providing all shower amenities. Its those little touches that make a big difference, especially when youre traveling.And lets not forget about the air conditioning – a lifesaver during the warm days and nights of the festival. It kept the entire house cool and comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep for all.Furthermore, the kitchen came fully stocked with dishes, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. This thoughtful gesture didnt go unnoticed and added to the overall convenience of our stay.In summary, our experience at this house was nothing short of fantastic. With its size, cleanliness, backyard oasis, shower amenities, efficient AC, and well-stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. We left with no complaints and would absolutely choose to stay here again for our next Stagecoach adventure. Highly recommended! Only negative was the kitchen had some random ants around the sink area but that’s our only complaint. The place was great!

We really enjoyed the house, location and the customer service we received from Palm Desert Vacation Properties. The property had even more than we expected, fully stocked kitchen, shampoo, soaps, blankets, outside grilling utensils and towels for the swimming pool. We couldn’t have been more happy, we even got a welcome gift when we opened the door. We did have a question about heating the pool so when we called someone came out the same day to walk us through the process. Again I cannot emphasis the focus put on the customer experience, we were all so impressed with how iTrip make our time in this house special. We will definitely reach out to them again on our next long term rental.

We loved the property and the surroundings. The condo was perfect—clean and comfortable. There were many great details that we appreciated like a well equipped kitchen, sharp knives, very comforatble beds, super plush towels, an HDMI cord, I could go on! We appreciated the quick response from management when we had an issue with the front door. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It was a great stay! Thanks.

This was a perfect stay for us. We have stayed at other VRBO properties in other states and this is one of the best we have stayed. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed (and then some). In particular, we really appreciated the cleanliness of kitchen dinnerware, etc. at this condo as we have found others to be lacking in this area and had to do extra cleaning just to be able to use the kitchen goods. We also enjoyed the security and setting of this property as it was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. The instructions, with associated photos, were easy to understand and extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning to this condo!

Great condo, very well maintained, great dealing with rental company, easy access and no issues during our stay. Photos do not do it justice. Very close to pools and convenient for local amenities. Great base for touring around. Would we go back. Yes, absolutely!
