All of the online Google reviews were very positive, so I decided to give them a call and I’m glad that I did.Kevin was extremely helpful and informative. I am very happy to recommend Palm Desert Insurance. I found them through a google search and contacted them after reading all the great reviews. I had multiple policies coming up for renewal (with another insurer) and wanted comparative quotes.I first spoke to Christy, she was delightful, extremely efficient and quick to respond. She was very transparent and forthcoming that while some of her policy coverage and costs were competitive (with what I currently had), there was one that negated any overall savings if I was to switch. Within days, I discovered that my current insurer wasnt issuing Landlord insurance so I called and spoke with Kevin about quoting on this policy. He was, as the reviews describe, very personable, informative and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. The quote coverage was good and the rate reasonable.
