Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasnt too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!

Derek at Palm Desert Geeks does a great job! He took care of our laptop in minutes the last time we went there. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Have used them several times and they are very reasonably priced.
