Came in here and looks like a freaking jail they have an entire wall and door for the alcohol section both bathrooms are obviously working but have out of order signs on top of them which is completely unacceptable and lazy for this establishment to allow the bathrooms to be 24 hours closed people come here for that reason and buy the product because of their bathrooms but of course theyre doing bare minimum over here. Lets see were disappointed was looking forward to coming here but I just cant get past the bathrooms being locked and everything being locked up on every aisle with aisles have complete empty shelves on them some of them. Then when asking for the code they were very standoffish about it didnt come back had to ask him again completely disrespectful this is a public restroom and theyre holding a hostage thats so unacceptable its not even funny and to lie and tell people its out of order is completely unprofessional please Safeway change this branch and get them on the right path.

One checker open, literally 12 people in line. They removed all the self checkout stations, but apparently aren’t adding checkersI tend to avoid this place already, but this is absurdly bad. I doubt I’ll be backYou can find better prices and service at Target a couple blocks away, as well as at some of the smaller grocery stores in the area

Ive had fair share of bad, but tolerable- experiences at this store (#3125). This time I have to write a review so maybe Safeway will hire the right people whos excellent in customer service.We went in at the store around 4pm Friday, 05/03/2024. I usually use the self check out so I dont have to deal with the rude and lazy staff at the counter, but I had a difficulty at the self check out because their machine accepted my manufacturers coupon but didnt credit me for the item. I tried seeking for help since the register kept blinking, but the lady responsible for the self check out was outside the area and was concentrated on her cell phone not paying attention to any customer.We waited there for about 2-3 minutes and we finally resorted to calling and waving at her to get her attention. She helped us but did not really fix the problem since the machine ate the coupon without crediting us. All of a sudden shes gone and there was a different staff member who helped us. While he was busy with the machine, my daughter and I were discussing that the previous lady was not helpful because she was such in a hurry. He took personal offense at our frustrations and told us that if we continue to trash talk his co-worker hes not going to help us and that he wished he didnt go to work today.Im flabbergasted on what he said because a lot of people are desperate just to have a job in the first place, but Im glad my daughter told me later, otherwise I wouldnt have reported his behavior and he would have continued to harass other customers. Shame on that person. I called the general customer service to write up the incident.

I shop here for the location but man the vibes are off. Genuinely think it’s less odd later in the night. Workers are pleasant enough. Tried using the DMV kiosk here once, but it was down. Wouldn’t recommend unless you live nearby.

They are improving, but I head one casheer quit, and two power houses didnt come in. They need much more backup staff. Still hurting from $1500 scimmed from my EBT, and SS only reimbursed $580. The restroom needs repair and a dedicated staff custodian. They are improving. They also need a dedicated customer service. I waited over 1 hour for a refund, and the only person who does it was an lunch with no replacement.

Poorly staffed, more security gurds than cashiers, short inventory and now the self checkout is closed. Makes no sense at all; filed a complaint with corporate. A few months ago I bought a hunk of KerryGold Irish cheddar - when I opened ot, it was moldy...

Yooo Pak N Save, get it together! Cashier rang up beets as something else that costs twice as much, and when I told her they were beets she didn’t know what beets were. This isn’t a diss on the cashier but a diss on the management to train their staff better, you can’t have your cashiers overcharging people because they don’t know what things are. They also got rid of self check out-BUMMER

The more I come here, someone goes beyond the call of duty. I am the slowest bag person, and everytime Im here someone comes to help, I have attempted a tip for the help they all have declined. My 5 star to everyone who has helped me...THANK YOU

Worst store ever, everyone has an attitude, don’t try to get meat from the butcher before 9 am because they will not help you they make there own schedule don’t expect any type of customer service, is so getto you have to go out metal door basically have your receipt ready or you will be trapped inside this horrible place for life, I only go to this store if is my last option and is sad because is so close to my house but I rather drive far than deal with this people, being said that the lady at the customer service desk she is really nice I don’t mind going there to get my money order just the line is so long and is hit or miss with the money order machine, 10 years ago was a real nice store now is getto and rude people lock your car hide your belongings and stay alert, 2 stars because of the nice lady that makes money order -10 stars overall

Waited for 20 minutes to check out at 7:30 in the morning. The naked contempt this business shows for its customers is astounding.
