Had the exterior of my house painted and am very happy with the job and get many compliments. Doesnt even look like the same house. At one point I did have an issue but that was taken care of promptly! All in all a great job! Thank you Chris. Also throughout Teresa in the office was very helpful. I had the inside of my house painted in 2018. I was on a very tight schedule with having flooring done as well and Paintrite worked into my schedule. They didn’t take long at all. There were a couple areas that I thought needed touch up and they took care of quickly and without pause. I called them back again in 2021 to paint the outside of my home. It’s beautiful!!! I couldn’t be happier. The staff here has always been friendly and available to me. It’s a bonus when your field manager is a cutie :). 5 stars all day.

They gave me an estimate to paint the exterior of my house, which it was reasonable and, they said that their work is guaranteed for 5 years. They said that, they will power wash, prep the surface and caulk all the gaps before painting. The old caulking was not removed, before adding new, and none of the rough spots were sanded to clean off the old paint. When I asked the painters about that, their response was, There is no need to remove the old caulking, we just add to it and, we dont do any sanding!. Imagine a painter who does not prep the surface before painting!The Icing on the Cake of this paint job came, when the painter, to my surprise, very meticulously, saved the buckets of the new paint; without any spills on their side! He then, diluted the new paint in the old buckets that he had brought with him for the paint job, saving much of the new paint in the new buckets. He diluted the paint so much, that, it ran in quite a few areas, leaving run-off marks! This was the worst paint job I have seen. Anyone intending to hire these folks should think more than twice. I am amazed at the reviews on their website, their sources and authenticity! I would give them no stars, if it was possible.

Anthony the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, the work done did not measure up. The workers were punctual and respectful but there was communication barrier. Only one of the crew spoke English. The work done was just fair. They didn’t fill all the holes before painting, didn’t sand there was so the line from the old baseboard shows through the paint, they didn’t use the correct texturize to match my wall texture and it’s in the middle of the wall in multiple spots. Anthony said they could apply multiple colors to my repainted red brick fireplace. A picture was provided at the time of booking and when they did a walk through prior to paint day. Unfortunately, when the workers arrived in paint day they said they could only paint one color and couldn’t guarantee it would come out right if they tried doing multiple colors. Such a disappointment! I upheld my end of the business arrangement and paid what they asked but they didn’t completely fulfill their end. I do not recommend this crew!

Super super expensive but worth every penny when they do what you want how you want it. Made them even paint my closets so i could have the whole minimalist bed on floor look. Now Im downsizing and will hire them to paint the tiny place Im moving to. I hope everything turns out perfect. trying to make new place look like the last job they did for me...because my stress level has been high since deciding to downsize.

We hired PaintRite Pros to do the epoxy flooring in our garage and were not happy with the result. The floor has a clear line across it where it looks like two different colors were used. In addition they did not clean up well and we are still finding piles of flakes in the garage corners and elsewhere. I do not recommend using this company for epoxy unless they hire someone else who is more detail oriented to do the work.

I found Chris Gardner and Paintrite Pros by referral after a military veteran client had his contracted painter stand him up. The veteran was relocating out of state and was trying to get his home ready for sale. Over the years I have founded a national military nonprofit that helps military veterans. I also run a local real estate business to help make ends meet. When I heard that my client was stood up I had to do something to help him so I put a call out on social media and through my real estate contacts looking for help. Within several hours I was given a few referrals but one stood out and it was Chris Gardner and his company Paintrite Pros. He called me right away, I explained the issue and he said for me to give him 24 hours to speak to his managers. The next day I received a call from Chris and he was sitting with his managers. He told me that they wanted to help but were super busy up to Memorial Day. He asked of we could use the Memorial Day holiday to paint this vets home. In fact they would do the labor for free and would have the local Sherwin- Williams paint company donate the paint. Chris believed he could nail out the painting of the home in one day. I didnt know what to say but thank you and when I informed the vet he got emotional - it was an answer to prayer. When Memorial Day rolled around Paintrite Pros were on sight at 7:00am with two full paint crews. By the time I got there at 7:30am they almost had the whole home taped off and by 8:00am they were already spraying the back of the home. The Paintrite Pro painters were all very respectful, looked clean and professional, went to work and did not skip a beat. One crew took the back of the home, the other took the front and in 6 hours they completed the task. By the time they left at 2:00pm the home was completely painted and the whole crew cleaned up after everything. It was like someone came over, blinked and in an instant the whole outside of the home was sparkling with a fresh coat of paint, It looks beautiful and I cant say enough for Chris Gardner, his staff and painters. They were all professional, courteous and they gave unbelievable raving fan service. There is not another painter I would ever recommend again then Paintrite Pros. I was very pleased with Paintrite Pros from start to finish. My initial contact was with Bryan, our salesman. He was great. On time and informative. He took the time to listen and address our concerns. He was always responsive and helpful on our follow up questions. Once we booked the job, the project manager, Jose Rangel, took over. He was very professional and thorough. We had some issues on our end (we picked a couple bad colors) but they did not miss a beat. They stopped the job and allowed us the time to pick new paint. Once things started rolling again it all went perfectly. Christian (the job site foreman) did a great job. When the job was finished, Jose was very deliberate in making sure we were satisfied. A lot of time was spent that last day going around our house and making sure everything was painted well. The crew probably spent an extra hour on touch ups. I could tell Jose genuinely wanted us to be content with the job. Further, during the project, every day they left for the night there was no mess and they stored the ladders, paint and other items in a tidy manner. It is important to add that I had this job done during the December rains. What a stressful crazy time. At no point was I overly concerned though. Jose was in constant communication with me letting me know the plan. And the plan went perfectly. I have an outdoor structure needing the next job. I will be using Paintrite in the spring for sure. Highly recommend.

**Update: I finally received a call back from Bryan and his team, and they offered to come out and do my estimate and provide a discount due to the inconvenience I’d experienced previously. Bryan was forthcoming in explaining what happened, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that they wanted to keep me as a customer. So we made a new appointment, and this time his team was responsive, prompt and professional. They did such great work in the past, so I’m really glad that their team is back up and running. We definitely look forward to working with Bryan and his team on projects in the future!——————————————————————I used this company to paint my home in 2021 and they did a great job at a reasonable price, for which I give 2 stars, minimum. But fast forward to 2022, and frankly, I can’t tell if they’re out of business or what’s going on. I reached back out them for an estimate to paint the exterior on a new property, but they never answered the phone at their office, and never returned my call after leaving a voicemail message. More disturbingly, when I booked an online appointment for an estimate, I never received a call back to confirm, and no one showed up to the appointment as scheduled. If this is how they treat their past customers, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.

Updating this review because the owner of the company did reach out to me after reading this review. He sent a supervisor out to deal with all of the issues and compensated us for the difficulties we experienced. They cleaned up all of the paint from the floors and touched up the cabinet paint as well. It would have been nice if the response was more timely, but in the end they were very professional and addressed all of our concerns. Given the results, we will definitely consider working with them in the future.We went with PaintRite pros for cabinet painting because their estimate was less than a general contractor, and I regret that decision. The paint looks ok, but we had to hang/adjust all of the cabinet doors ourselves and we are still finding paint drops on our wood floors and furniture where they spilled paint and didn’t clean it up. They also poured paint on our next door neighbors’ brand new river rock landscaping. The whole thing was such a headache. I asked repeatedly to talk to a supervisor and they never sent anyone out. Then when they came pick up the final payment, the guy asked when we were going to paint the exterior. Ha!

Paintrite Pros did an excellent job prepping and painting my home in East Sac. It needed a lot of prep work since its an old house and they did a very thorough and detailed job with the prep, including priming the house so that the paint sticks better. Cody Breeze was the lead on the job and he was fantastic. He was kind, courteous and professional. He kept me informed of every step they were doing and contacted me several times to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. His suggestions were fantastic, all of which I appreciated due to his experience in the field. The workers were friendly and clean. The end result was beautiful. They left the job site clean. I would highly recommend Paintrite Pros!

Paintrite Pros were great to work with through out the entire process from getting the estimate to the final walk-through. We had the exterior of our 2 story house painted for the first time in almost 20 years and it looks better than new. Paintrite has done multiple jobs on our residence over the course of several months so we feel we have a well rounded perspective. They have stained our new entry doors as well as painted the interior and exterior of our house. The process from start to finish for each project has been exceptional and efficient. When we had some questions prior to starting our our door staining and exterior job the owner was very responsive and ensured we had a a great outcome. We were particularly impressed with Cody who was the crew leader for the exterior paint work. Cody was very hands on and checked in multiple times a day. On the last day of work he ensured everything was done to our liking. He has outstanding customer service skills and is a shining star...his skills are something you cannot always teach people. Every crew member we have met has been on time, neat, professional, efficient and polite. Perfection is hard to achieve but the company definitely aspires to it and they come awfully close. Highly recommend them!

There are a lot of painters out there, I did my due diligence and Paintrite Pros is an Excellent Value on the pricing. Every concern I had they went way out of their way to address, you cannot say that for most companies these days. No Pressure Sales Rep, Good Prices, Customer Service and Clean Quality Work. This was the second time we used Paintrite Pros for our home and we couldnt have been more happier! Their crew from start to finish was professional, polite, clean and they did a FANTASTIC job with the exterior paint of our home! I gave them a tight deadline to finish the job due to the fact I had family coming into town for my daughters college graduation. It almost seemed impossible for the size of our house, but they were determined to get the job done on time for us! When we realized there was rain in the forecast, the crew had to work FAST and IN BETWEEN RAIN SHOWERS to get it done. The owner, Chris, came out himself to personally check on the job and to reassure me that the house would get done in time. I had one of the best crews working late and coming back early in order to beat the rain! Although the rain still delayed our job by a day, I know for a fact it wouldve been completed on time. They worked fast and efficient and communicated with me every step of the way! The project manager Kris called me to introduce himself and to schedule a prework walk around of my house. He also went over the contract and made sure I understood everything before sending out his paint crew.Evan, the scheduled pressure washer, showed up at the time Kris said he would, introduced himself, informed me that his job was to pressure wash the house so its clean before painting; and to make sure that everything was moved away from the house for ease of painting. He was professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. I was very pleased with his service. Evan has excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to the Paintrite Pros Company.JD and Jessie came out as assigned to paint my home, they also had excellent customer service and did an excellent job painting my home. We had a great experience with Paintrite Pros. They did excellent work for a fair price. We have a large custom home here in Rocklin that is very tall and isnt easy to work on. They spent 2 weeks doing the job and we could hardly tell they were even there. They were quiet and cleaned up the work site daily. We literally found zero things to fix during the final walk through. I would highly recommend them for any paint jobs you may have.

They fit me in quick when everybody was 6 months or further out and they were good people. Very nice and accommodating who includes the workers to the manager. They worked really hard to get things right. I was your typical customer: complaining about little things; I just wanted it perfect. They actually sent me a crew for a whole day to make me happy. Fernando, Victor and Elijah were amazing. Their line from wall to ceiling are magnificent. They did not stop until I, the customer, was happy. I appreciate all the work and help they did. Paintrite Pros was a good choice! From start to finish they are professional in their conduct, communication, and work practices. My job leader, Cody, made sure the job on site went smooth, and any issues that came up outside of the plan were communicated early.They kept my property clean during the process and did a good job cleaning up all materials, and then some, after the job was completed. I greatly appreciated their commitment to honor the agreed price even when they had to absorb extra costs for renting a boom lift to access extremely high spots on my house.If youre on the fence about painters, I would highly recommend Paintrite Pros. Out of the four different estimates we received for painting our house, we went with Paintrite Pros because we liked the professionalism of the person (Bryan) who came out to our home, the services that were described and the estimate was reasonable. From the very beginning, and throughout the process, Bryan would say, Dont worry, well take care of you. I was a little skeptical at first but by the end, the professionalism, competence, responsiveness, and the quality of their services won me over, and I realized, he meant what he said. Any time there was even the smallest concern, there was someone I could talk to who would address the issue or provide a reasonable solution. Any time there is work done on ones home, it can be stressful, and they helped walk us through the process. By the end, I really did feel that our satisfaction and happiness was their primary concern. The work crew, lead by Melvin the foreman was fantastic. They worked hard, even in the hot Sacramento weather to get the job done on time. Melvin was extremely easy to work with and he listen to all our concerns and took care of us. Melvin and his crew did great work and even installed (wiring was tricky with one) some new exterior lights we bought to replace the old ones. Overall, we are very happy with the work done and the ease of working with PAINTRITE PROS. You guys rock!!!

Just had my cabinet doors painted and the crew did a great job. The cost was competitive and they worked with me on the quirks of my project. The 2-man crew that came out to my house for 3 days were prompt, friendly, professional, and cleaned up every night. Left my garage cleaner than they found it. Really appreciate the amazing job they did, and will definitely be using them for future painting projects!

Initial consultation was very professional and informative, and their bid was significantly lower than other bids I received. Pressure washing was completed on time, and exterior painting started and ended on time. My house looks great! Best of all, my house is prepared for winter and the elements.

NO I would not recommend this company based the experience I had. The only reason Im not giving them one star is because of the young man Salvador, who was the crew foreman. He was extremely polite, respectful and tried to help as much as he could. The interaction I had with Salvador was the only positive thing about the entire situation. The customer service is terrible. They do not stick to the schedules they set. They do not call to tell you they wont be there. Every time I had an issue, I had to reach out to them. I had to reach out to them to find out when my site visit was scheduled. I had to reach out to them to find out what time they would be there to start the job. I had to reach out to find out why no one was there despite being told someone would be there at that time.My job was scheduled to start on Wednesday and go until Friday. Without my knowledge or approval, the start date was moved to Thursday. I was told a crew would be there at 8:00. No one showed up, I called the office at 9:00 to find out what was going on. After multiple calls with a couple of people, someone finally showed up at 1:20 in the afternoon. I was told my job just showed up the schedule. My job was scheduled and confirmed in January with an April start date. I didnt let the job start because I was told it wouldnt be done by Friday. My kitchen would have been unusable for the entire weekend until they finished it the following week, assuming they would even be back on Monday. I requested my job be moved to next week, with a Wednesday start date as originally set. I picked Wednesday to Friday because of my family schedule. It took several follow up phone calls and a very frustrated email to the owner, the sales person I worked with and the general info email address (I never heard back from any of these people) before the schedule was finally fixed. I called the office after the email because I hadnt heard anything from anyone. The response I got was oh I saw your email and was expecting you to call. What? You got an upset email from a customer and didnt even bother to reach out? It took 3 full days to do my job. I had someone come back out and fix the inside of the cabinet doors because there was overspray from when the door was set on a bucket to paint the front (is that how you do it?), leaving a perfect circle on the back of each door. The crew member who came to fix the back did a good job on the back but in the process messed up the front of all of the doors. The worker set the doors on the dirt to paint them. The worker also got paint on my house in multiple spots, somehow managed to get it on my gutter, and used my fence in two different spots to lean the doors against to paint. I was frustrated because evidently the worker felt like he has free reign of the backyard. The first crew member who originally painted the cabinets stayed confined to my covered patio and left no trace when they were done. Additionally, trash was left in my yard. I had to put two calls in before someone came out to look at the additional issues. The doors were pulled off...again and the front was painted...again.I was given a very small discount considering all of the issues and hassle caused by the company. Im also not 100% sure that the cabinet doors match the cabinet face after all the additional coats of paint. Ive just stopped looking because I get more I look, the more frustrated I get. Im very disappointed because out of all the renovations I was doing to my kitchen, the cabinets were the one thing I was the most excited about.

I wanted to thank Chris, Lowis and the entire team for the great job they did painting our home. Our house is not the largest (1950 sq ft), but they made us feel like our satisfaction was as important as any job they had. They were prompt to get us scheduled and on time with every phase, from estimate, to power washing, to prep and finally painting. The team was constantly checking in with us to see how things were going. The quality of their final product exceeded all our expectations. Several hours after the crew left the finished job, Chris called after driving by the house to make sure everything met to our satisfaction and encouraged to call back if we found anything we felt needed to be followed up. We contracted with Paintrite Pros to paint our bedroom, entrance, stair walls, hallway, baseboards, doors, and bathroom. Jeremy came out to measure and gave us a quote which we thought was very competitive and told us it would take two days to complete the job. A few days before the job started, Evan, the crew leader came to talk about the job and inspect what was to be painted. Gilberto and his crew of Florenco and Anna were on time every day of the job and when they finished for the day told us what time they would be there in the morning. Their prep work in taping and sealing the area was very meticulous and the results really show. They did a fantastic job painting everything. Our bedroom and bathroom are transformed! The paint job and color is better than we could have imagined. When they were finished they did a complete cleanup followed by a walkthrough. PaintPros did an outstanding job in repairing and painting the exterior of our home There was dry rot around two windows and the top of our chimney. The repair required the replacement of trim and wood panels on the body of the house. The repair work completed by Chriss staff was just as good or even better as a general building contractor would do. The repair work was included in the overall estimate which was very reasonable. They were very busy when I contacted them for an estimate and we were on a tight schedule to get our house painted. So Lowis (the office manager) scheduled Chris (the owner) to come out within a couple of days to look at our house and give us a bid. We knew we had repair work that was necessary prior to any painting that could be done. So Chris sent out Bryan (his repair expert) to see what repairs would be required. A lot of the siding was damaged and in need of repair. He spent over an hour going over the options and explaining what needed to be done and why. We got three different estimates and chose Paintrite Pros. Price is important but it is not the only reason we chose this company. My old craftsman (1921construction) in Bay Area really needed a makeover. Decided to go with Paintrite (because competitive bid and very customer focused ). They came from Sacramento and that was a risk I took. Three days later I am a happy customer. Home looks great. Followed their advice on some decisions I had to make (old cracked walkway, Old worn deck that still had some life in it). House looks fantastic, and neighbors have been complimenting. Next door neighbor says he has almost passed up his house (parking) twice already because the house looks so different. Its more vibrant, has beautiful red walkway, and then you go to backyard and the deck looks completely different and new. We took the advice and covered the old natural color-- white rails and brown floor. It looks so new and beautiful now. So happy with it. Before I hired Paint Rite Pros I obtained two other bids. One was higher and one was lower. I saw some positive reviews on the internet for Paint Rite Pros but what sold me was their professionalism. She gave me an appointment for a bid that was convenient for me and my schedule. Chis came out and gave me the bid. He was on time and his attitude was very professional as well. I thought about it for a few days and was considering going with the cheapest bid but we all know how that usually works out. I decided to go with Chris and Paint Rite Pros because of how they treated me. Even though they were not the cheapest bid their bid was very competitive. I called back and told Lowis I decided to go with them and she was able to get us on the schedule within a few weeks. This obviously can vary depending on the time of year. They painted our house in mid November.The paint crew of Francisco, Elijah, Sunny and Derrick were no different. They were on time and went to work as soon as they arrived. As you might expect I had a bunch of questions for them and they were just as friendly and professional as Chis and Lowis. They happily answered all of my questions and told me to just let them know if I had anymore. These guys did a fantastic job painting our house. They masked and covered all of the windows and masked and covered all of the concrete adjacent to the house. When they were finished they cleaned everything up including all scraps of paper, tape and plastic. So pleased with every aspect of choosing Paintrite Pros for our large job (5000+ sq ft home). We were only having iron railing, gate, the exterior trim, and a few other areas repainted on our house (so not the entire house). You will never feel this way at any point with Paintrite Pros. Everyone at this company is good at communication. I really appreciated always knowing each stage of the process and exactly when the various team members would be coming and going. Our job required an enormous amount of paper, taping-off, and handpainting...very tedious work. But these guys were consistently neat and thorough. Every day they packed up everything neatly and left our home immaculately clean. On the last day of the job, every scrap was swept up and there was not a trace of the work they did; everything was cleaned up. Not a single piece of garbage was left behind. Just a perfectly painted house. Amazing. I didnt expect that part.These people have so much integrity; they have nothing to hide and are proud of the work they do. I just moved into to my home which was screaming for paint over the chalky and white paint from top to bottom. Chris and Lowis from PaintRite Pros came through for us. They were able to find the time for their painters (3 of the best) to work on my 2300 sqft home. It was a lot of work. Moldings (base and crown), ceilings, laundry, etc. These guys are truly professionals. They did not rest until they were done and we were happy. Called 4 painting contractors for my indoor job...2 no call backs, 1 called back 24 hrs later, saying that theyre booked for another month plus, while the last, Paintrite, answered right then, & quickly arranged for Initial consult at home. Agent very cordial, a but hyper, but not pushy, took the time to explain steps & offered suggestions when asked. At that time they had openings as soon as 2 weeks...because of my schedule, and good Yelp reviews, and a reference Pricing seemed in par with my previous paint job of a similar scope years ago in SoCal... JOB: 5 days tot..workers showed up & left promptly ea day, 8-4:30, were careful and conscientious about the preping & painting. End result... cutting looks clean, and overall body painting looks consistent. Upon finishing, all trash etc, was removed. The walls and ceilings had a lot of cosmetics to deal with, so end result still reveals them, but to a much lesser degree .. with the fresh paint to distract the eye from, & some creative decorating! Would rehire again if necessary.Update: rehired for small interior job involving doors, bath & accent walls...again arrived promptly and worked efficiently, plus addressed touching up items left from previous job...kudos to Evan & his crew!

These guys did a great job. In one day they painted ceilings and walls in my kitchen, L/R and hallway. Plus, they painted the exterior trim and a couple raw boards where dry rot was repaired. I just wanted the paint to protect the boards until we can have the whole exterior painted. Very professional team.
