My wife and I worked with Paige finding a home in Santa Barbara, which fit both our budget and our taste. Usually you can find one, but not always the other; in our case it took over two years to find both. Most agents’ wont’s stick around that long, they want the sale right away, if not, they quickly forget you. Paige stuck with us, she kept looking for the perfect house, which to us, didn’t look like it existed in Santa Barbara. We were very picky, we knew what we wanted and weren’t willing to settle for less, a pain in the butt for an agent. Paige kept sending us listings, which she had taken the time to pare down to our target, rather than dumping everything on the market.
