Working with Paige was extremely easy and efficient. The ability to upload documents onto her site, the ease of access for questions and concerns, and her drive to get us the best rate in the quickest manner were all reasons why we are so happy we went with her to do our loan. Not being familiar with the loan and mortgage industry can be scary and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed or to potentially get taken advantage of. With Paige, there was a sense of trust and compassion as she worked with us. I have now found a person I trust in this space will not only always work with her but recommend her to people I know who are looking for the same thing.

Applying for a mortgage has always a stressful undertaking in the past because we are self employed but Paige made it as painless as it could possibly be. She is the consummate professional while also being cheerful, fun and funny. Her knowledge of the industry is vast and she is willing to break it down in an understandably way. Paige goes above and beyond, but doesnt make you feel like she is sweating it (meanwhile, unbeknownst to you at the time, she is driving across the entire county to deliver documents at the last second, due to delays beyond her control, to ensure the deal gets done) She was incredibly responsive - regularly responding to my questions and concerns after business hours. This is the second time I have worked with Paige on my personal property and she has always exceeded expectations. Being a real estate agent for 20 years I know a good lender and Paige is the best and is the only person I use for my own property. She is quick to respond and remembers everything. She makes the process so easy and more importantly; delivers what she quotes. Do yourself a favor and use Paige you wont d be disappointed.

Paige is amazing! As a freelance artist loans can be challenging to say the least... Paige guided me thru every step of the way to ensure success and did not quit til we found the best solution for me - and we explored quite a few! She did not give up on me. By far....the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and kind Mortgage Broker I have come across in our 15 years of buying and selling Real Estate.
