The whole team at Pacific Pro is amazing! I have made a complete recovery from where I was when I was injured thanks to the staff here and their care and knowledge. I have always been pretty active, yet I was limping and felt like I would never feel like myself again. After their care I feel stronger and better than I was before. The environment is welcoming, friendly, professional yet laid back and it is always a pleasure to come for my sessions.

I would 100% recommend PacificPro Physical therapy. I have been going to them for well over a year for my frozen shoulder therapy.I started at PacificPro with a completely frozen shoulder with zero mobility. Michelle, Ray and Steven have helped me obtain almost full mobility in my shoulder. It has been a difficult process, but they have helped me every step of the way. I always appreciate their kindness, and their obvious desire to help me to get better. The aides and every employee there are always friendly and helpful and do their jobs well. It is simple to make an appointment and to get ahold of the front office staff when I am not there in person.PacificPro Physical Therapy is a wonderful place to go to receive the therapy that you need. I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Love this place. Everyone here is friendly and professional. Weve been going to Johnny for 9 months and we can see a great improvement in my husband who is a quadriplegic. I have been attending Pacific Pro for about two months for a spinal injury. Michelle is my PT and she is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what I need to do to improve my core strength. I have seen so much improvement in my mobility and I never leave without feeling accomplished! In addition to Michelle being great, the whole staff is so kind and welcoming. PacificPro has changed my life !I hadn’t walked in two years. Had left knee replacement surgery November 27, 2023 and started physical therapy 5 days later. I was walking soon after with a walker and now can get around the house plus unaided. Everyone is so positive and encouraging I can’t help but succeed in my goals.I can’t thank everyone there enough. Pacific Pro has the best physical therapists. Pacific Pro is a wonderful physical therapy group. Every time you go in, youre greeted with smiles and kindness. They are very knowledgeable and they have really made a difference. One of the best things about the therapists are that they listen to you. If you come in and you have something else going on, they will adjust your therapy. I would like to THANK EVERYONE at PacificPro Physical Therapy French Valley for getting my broken left elbow back to 100% range of motion and almost completely straight again. When I first began there Erika Rothfield evaluated me and told me what it would take to heal me. She was so very correct! I could not even button my blouse because my arm eas so stiff. Physical Therapy at Pacific Pro French Valley has been very challenging but the staff is working diligently towards rehabilitation. My rehabilitation efforts have been both pre and post op at Pacific Pro for over one year. I can’t thank Pacific Pro Therapy staff enough for the great atmosphere, patience, and attentive care I received so far. From the time I enter the facility reception then physical therapy aides welcomes you. The aides then escort you to the physical therapy area. You are again welcomed by the physical therapist and aides on duty in the physical therapy area. Great welcoming atmosphere . My Physical Therapist Jennifer initially evaluated me and explained my rehabilitation journey. She has decades of experience in the rehabilitation field. Jen is compassionate, kind, patient, attentive and very knowledgeable in physical therapy. I also work directly with Ray who is kind and he is also knowledgeable in therapeutic interventions. The physical therapy aides are the highlight of my physical therapy (exercises) and always pay specific attention to me and keep me motivated. My physical therapy aides include Ari, Aaron, Cassie and Eric.I wanted to also recognize staff I do not work directly with but always welcome me and and ensure my rehabilitation is continuing to progress . Thank you to Physical Therapist Michelle, Steven and Erika. I wanted to give a special thank you to Office Manger Amy who assisted in obtaining my physical therapy approval documents. Maddie the receptionist assists me with ensuring my appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. Overall, my experience at Pacific Pro French Valley receives 5 stars.

Pacific Pro Physical Therapy has been nothing short of amazing! I had total hip replacement and needed help. Michelle - the lead therapist - was great! She evaluated me initially and several times in the weeks ahead to track my progress. Anna assisted along the way, guiding me through workouts and keeping me on track with my recovery. There was no surprises in the billing department just my required copays. I went 2-3 times per week for over 2 months but I’m happy to report I’m fully recovered with full mobility! Go see Michelle and all the pros at PPPT!

The entire team is friendly and helpful.Everyone has a positive attitude. Michelle has been my primary physical therapist. She knows when to push you and when you’ve reached your limit.The 7am opening time works great for my work schedule. They are always right on time to open.All the equipment works. The place is clean and kept up. The temperature is kept comfortable for working out.Hopefully I don’t need physical therapy again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to go to PacificPro Physical Therapy again.

I have really enjoyed my rehab experience at PacificPro Physical Therapy. As a physical therapist myself and a very active, 40 year old hip replacement patient it was important to me to get back to enjoying my life with no limitations. Michelle was my main therapist. They have fought for me to go to pain management while we worked on a 2nd opinion! They fought to get me in to see a different ortho dr. I cant say enough about the ENTIRE staff! Pacific Pro has become my “home away from home” since I had my rotator cuff surgery on July 11, 2022. Kudos to the amazing PT team at French Valley. Michelle, Steve, Hayley, Eric, Anna and the rest are consummate professionals. They are highly skilled, friendly, approachable, patient, ….well, you get the drift. As I (hopefully) see the light at the end of this very long tunnel of regaining mobility and strength, I can truthfully say that this team has made what could have been a totally miserable experience (almost) enjoyable. I started to get therapy with Valerie for my elbow after a year of constant pain and doctors that would not do more than cortisone. Within 2 months of working with Valerie and Emily, I have been able to get almost completely pain free. Not only are they helping me get better, they are just an awesome group of people that are fun and friendly and make you feel like part of a group. No one is ever left out and you get lots of one on one attention from the therapists. Not only are they fantastic Therapists But theyre solid and good human beings who care about you. Everyone on their team is so personable And they all work together to help you get better. I moved here when my therapist Michelle moved here the first of January. Everyone is very friendly, the facility is newer and has a bright atmosphere. I followed Michelle because she is a terrific therapist. She knows how to get the best out of her patients. She pushes for growth without pushing too hard. I broke my ankle in three places and dislocated it while traveling abroad. My surgery and recovery post surgery, was pretty intense and I couldn’t have done it without the team at Pacific Pro French Valley. I have been fighting pain for the last 3 months and with a little bit of direction and stretching I can honestly say I feel much better. Alicia is the best! Not only will she do miracles with your body, but she will educate and support you on your road to recovery. When I first walked into her office pain was the only thing I understood. I had honestly started to lose faith in my bodies ability to recover, I felt like there was no going back from the pain I was in. Came here for severe back pain. This place is the absolute best. From the front desk to all the therapists, this place is top notch. They make a plan for you and get it done. This is only my third visit, and while I’m not sure if I am getting any true relief yet, I am getting the best therapy and attention that I’ve ever received. I had total hip replacement. Mrs Smith and her staff were great they helped me to strengthen all the muscles and helped me understand the process. I started out with Pacific Pro in 2017 at the hemet office in 2018 I had a total knee replacement and Matt was the best got my knee working better like new of course everyone their is nice and treat you like family Matt left so I switched to the Murrieta office with mason and Alyssa both were great Alyssa was so good she left to thr French valley office and i followed her there she then went on to a different job and now Im stuck with Michelle lol just kidding Michelle is great everyone there is great you can joke around with them and they kinda joke back but take their job seriously I wouldnt go to any other place i would definitely recommend Pacific Pro Physical Therapy to anyone.
