If you go here, you need to connect with HECTOR!! I came here looking to get my tires changed and its been long overdue. The first person I meet is hector and he lets me know about my tires and what I need for my tesla. not only did they deliver, but they changed all 4 tires for a discounted price total of $950. amazing service!Im definitely coming back here!

Pacific tires has always been helpful and legit! While working in the city this shop has helped me many of times and it is open early!! Hector was amazing with the service as well Carlos! They checked my tires and made sure I would be safe with the selections that were given. If ever need help with alignments, tires, etc please make a trip to this shop! I will continue being a customer and whoever reading this should start! I’m very happy and pleased.

I found this place while being stuck on the side of the freeway with blown tire. I called and they had my tire size for a good deal. So I had the tow truck bring me here. As soon as the truck backed in Hector and Fernando were already looking at the tires... Like I hop out the truck and they were already getting the sizes and ready to work! They greeted me and were super friendly! They were able to answer my questions and made the wait for 3 tires not so bad! They kept me entertained and also informed. I was able to watch everything they did through the glass in the waiting room or through the door at my car. The vibe and energy is great. Customer service is excellent and highly recommend if you need great service and prices, thst you come here and see HECTOR AND FERNANDO!

I was very worried about my tire and came to Pacific tire in Lawndale and Hector helped me IMMEDIATELY! I just pulled in and kindly asked me how he can help. Workers are really nice and all, sucks I had to switch tire shops because of this experience. But they tried to scam me. I went in for a tire patch and they said they couldn’t because the nail was to in and that I would have to purchase a new entire tire, they even took out a photo design to explain to me, so I can purchase. I did bro believe it so I went to another tire shop in Gardena, and they took out the nail like in 2 seconds, the main was straight honest and said the nail was not even inside the tire and he did not charge us. We need more honest people and not scammers.

Unbelievable needed it to fix a flat tire went to three stores. One store said they wouldn’t get to it until Monday. The second store said that they couldn’t touch it because apparently there is flat and I refilled it already so they want to replace the tire tire said 45 minute wait.These guys are Pacific tires as soon as I drove in, they pulled me over to the side, pulled the tire off. Had it fixed within 20 minutes and back on the road. It was as if I was in a Formula One race very professional highly recommend.

I went to get this nail removed from my tire and they checked it and said I need new tires anyways so we have them available for $35 a piece. I did not want to replace my tires because used tires don’t have warrant and I just wanted the nail removed. The worker there told me we don’t touch tires like that. And I was infuriated because they did not want to repair my tire and just were looking to sell me used tires with no warranty. I included pictures in this review to show my tire tread as I know that I have ATLEAST 5-7 k miles left on them. They were just trying to push a sale on used tires. If you don’t repair tires why do you have that listed as a service you offer? I will definitely not be coming here again and recommend others not to come as well.

They have consistently over the years proven to be the number one provider of tire repair, brakes, balancing, another repair service for your lower repair bill. They are polite, the prices are reasonable, everyones polite and accommodating, they stay open way late hours. I cannot say enough.These guys are very consistent about providing quality service, honesty, and never, ever, ever trying to charge for anything unnecessary. Everybody should come here, especially those of us who are sick and tired of being taken advantage of by big franchises such as Discount and American tire.

This was my first time trying a new place for car service. I normally go to my car service provider at Nissan. The price of service of Nissan was so expensive and not financially manageable for me. Hector from Pacific tire saved the day! I pulled up here 5 minutes after they had closed at 6 with a an Audi riding on a donut and one other bad tire. I own a rental car company and this car was booked for 9pm and everywhere was closing so I would have had a big problem on my hand with the car being out of service.Hector and his team stayed 30-40 minutes past closing on a Saturday evening and hooked me up with two OEM tires for a great deal. they changed the two tires, balanced all the pressures, and even applied armor all to all the tires which is really going above and beyond given that they’re closed and they really didn’t even need to. This place has good people working for it and really deserve all the great reviews that they have. We have over 150 vehicles in our fleet so I’m very glad that we’ve established this relationship and look forward to doing business here in the future. Thank you Hector and thank you Pacific Tires!

I have gotten here a few times now and wise is usually the one that works on my vehicle. He is polite and honest, and an overall really good mechanic. I went and got my car serviced today after having a coolant issue and was helped by a mechanic named Tony. My service was a little more of charged than what I was quoted or previous services but overall my car is running so I’m happy. I would say always ask for a more in-depth diagnostic, so you know what you’re paying for. Overall, I will keep coming.

Very respectful and thorough. I would give 10 stars if I could. They dont cheat you out of your money, they do the opposite, and help you save. Top quality parts all the way around. Plus they finance if you cant pay fully at that point in time. Never disappointed when I go. Did I mention there quick with their work. You will not get your time waisted. But the only downfall, if your waiting inside, bring a jacket, that breeze hits you hard.

What a hidden gem in the South bay. Ive lived in Lawndale most of my life and I just came here for the first time. I was amazed just how fast and efficient the team was here. Super friendly staff and awesome customer service. I bought new tires $85 for my little car. But what really did it for me is that they offer free rotation every 3 miles so they can wear off evenly. I pulled up and was quoted $20 for a tire swap from a spare wheel to another (both which were brought in dismounted in my trunk). Got into the shop and was told that it was actually $40 because two wheels were involved. Then they tried to charge additional to swap out a rubber valve for a tpms sensor valve that I had with me. As my newly mounted wheel/tire is being rolled out the shop... I am told balancing is extra $20. Cherry on top was the $5 tire disposable fee. $65 is on the higher side but not outrageous. However the dishonesty truly sucks. Would consider elsewhere.

Got a flat on the sidewall the night before. Put on donut spare and after work stopped by the shop since Ive always gotten nothing but quick service. The reason I would come here was because their prices were lower than other shops around. Even if slightly,I wouldnt find a better price elsewhere.$65 for a used tire 205/60r16I still paid, they got it on pretty quick. Last time Ill come back though. I did a cross country coming from the east coast and my front tires were basically no good. Very bad and unprofessional services. Prices are over the average. I called in for a price and was told to come in for a good deal. Went there and they started taking old tires out. Then the price came which was not good. Talked to one guy who agreed to lower it a little. Minutes later after the replacement tires were on, another guy came telling me that they can’t honor the lower price and I should pay the full and higher price. Tried to complain, inside the office, a smart guy came in with an attitude saying if you don’t like it we will put your tires back on. He basically gave me no options because it was late in the day and was so tired and not in the mood to start all over again. Their prices are not cheap and you better off at a different tire shop. There are many around the area.

The work day started with a long commute and quickly ended when my car hitting a nail and literally tearing my tire apart. Rubber flew in the air as the 405South’s congested traffic zipped past me. Luckily I was able to pull the side of the far right hand lane but alas my tire complete gave out by then. I was stuck in a drivable lane, I’m danger, and so close to safety.From cops blocking the freeway,to having the most helpful tow truck man help me change my blown out tire for my spare; I headed over to Pacific Tires. All tires were on the brink of having the same dilema as they were all worn out. I needed an oil change, wheel alignment and now the tire rims fixed due to the damage they sustained in the tire accident.PRAISE GOD FOR PACIFIC TIRES AND SPECIFICALLY HECTOR! So I had an urgent need to replace my L/R tire it had two nails in it and so with the tire pressure low signal on, any air pumped would didnt make a difference. This place was amazing! Needed two front tires, had a nail in my back rear tire and needed a spare is what I was told when I got my oil changed earlier today at another place! Went to Pacific off of a recommendation from a coworker and they said the same thing. Fernando helped me and his customer service was nothing less than amazing! He checked the one with the nail and the nail was small when he pulled it out & after inspecting it said it was fine and didnt need to replace it! He recommended two Used front tires that were matching and in amazing condition! 2 for $100! He also let me keep one of my front tires to use as a spare, which was amazing considering my spare was in terrible, Non drive-able condition. Overall spent $110! Not only top notch, HONEST service but such quick service (in and out in 30min) AND OPEN ON A SUNDAY!! Ill definitely be going back here for any services I might need! Great service and prices! Way better than the large national chains like discount/Americas tire. I purchased a set of tires from Pacific Tires about 16 years ago, but since I dont live in LA, I had not been here since. I was visiting from out of town (Utah) and needed a new set of tires before my 650+ mile drive home. Came here on a Sunday morning, both because they were one of the only local tire shops that was open, and because I had a good previous experience. I arrived as soon as the shop opened and was assisted immediately. The shop manager was super helpful, not pushy at all. The price offered was straight forward and included all charges out the door. This was a breathe of fresh air as my experience with the national chains (Discount Tire) is the opposite. They installed my tires right away. I was in and out in under 45 min. I will come back in the future.

Friend recommended this place to me. My tire was showing flat on the sensor. I came to the shop on 3/5. Hector was the one who helped me and showed me that my two front tires, the side walls were cracking; hence the air leak. He replaced the front two tires. Went to get an oil change and they broke my filter cap and didn’t tell me. Found that out by another mechanic at a different shop. When I went back to confront them about it the mechanic told me. I called the store and asked how much would be the price of the tire for my car prizes if they gave a price and after the service they charged me twice the amount they said over the phone and when i went to complain at the reception with manager he said he could not make the lowest price so why is it that when we call and ask for information about the tire you want to change they give a price over the phone and when you go to the store they charge a very high price. I was very dissatisfied with the way the telephone service was provided, if it is one thing and in person it is another thing anyway, I wasted my time and had to have the tires removed and go look for another store where the price was much lower and the tires were new they were wanting to charge me for four used tires as the value of a new tire and I dont recommend going to that store

I have to say I always use to go to those local tire shops for a balance save a couple bucks but reliability is important . Every time those tire shops dont get my balance right I come to them and boom balance issue fixed. . Theyre a little more expensive but worth it . I came to get a nail removed from the outer rim of my tire. I noticed the inside marking on the tire was facing outside. I took my tire off and realized they removed the rim and flipped it and did not remove the nail in an attempt to trick me.
