I used Pacific staging to stage my high end luxury home for sale, I had an amazing experience with Pacific staging. Ron worked within my budget and appointed Shelby his designer who did a wonderful job putting the look together. She was very accommodating with changing a few pieces I requested to getting the look just right. Their entire team was very professional, fast and efficient. I got the price I wanted thanks to their making the house look its very best ! An online presence today is very important and makes all the difference in getting the highest $$ for the money! I would recommend them highly.

They staged our house and did a great job! The initial designer came out to walk the house, discussing what we could use of our own and what we would need to stage. A separate designer came out the day of with the movers. They were very professional. The movers put down thick plastic runners to protect our floors and stairs (same when they moved the furniture, art and smaller items out). It made a huge difference and we sold in two days—it made the house look stream-lined and put together.

I have been using Pacific Staging for my homes since 2016. In all my years of experience with Pacific Staging they have far exceeded all of my expectations. I have worked with several designers who have absolutely stunned me with their creativity and attentiveness throughout the years. I can say without a doubt that Ron, Regis and company have helped not just me, but countless other professionals in the real estate industry stage and design their homes. All of my colleagues use their services across Orange County and beyond. They are by far the biggest and best. As a matter of fact, I just purchased all of my furniture and decor from Pacific Staging for my own personal use in my custom home, as I cannot find better quality and service anywhere in the world.Regarding some of the concerns that prior reviewers have posted.1. Quality. Ron and company have some of the best brand and custom designed furniture available in the market. You cannot find another staging company with the breadth and depth of inventory and talent. Not only do they bring the best pieces to your home, they also place them in strategic locations that appeal to everyone.2. Value: there is not another design company that can deliver the value that Pacific Staging can. This was true 4 years ago and even more true today. No other company can claim the extensive warehouse space and custom designed furnishing capability Ron et al provides. You not only receive name brands, but more importantly Pacific Staging has the capability to bring custom designed furnishing and decor to match the uniqueness of your home. There is always a design theme. For example, for the sale of my triplex located in Coastal California, Shelby placed beach-themed decor and furnishing that captured the essence of my farm style building. This led to a record sale as the buyers immediately fell in love and multiple offers came flooding in. Another home was staged with a modern chic flair and led to an incredible bidding war. I can go on and on, but please visit their website to see some of Pacific staging’s artistic talent.3. Professionalism. This is where Pacific Staging absolutely stands above it’s peers. I have received nothing but the best when it comes to service and standards. I think this is reflected by the leadership Ron and Regis bring to their team of designers and stagers. There is a spirit of dedication and excitement in the team rarely seen in a company of this size. Ron and Regis are incredibly caring of their employees and treat them as family. I’ve seen this firsthand when Regis calls Shelby, who sometimes forgets to take her break to get lunch because she was too busy staging my homes. The stagers and movers are likewise completely dedicated to the task at hand. They take extra care to make sure the home is left spotless and gingerly handle all the furnishing and decor. I’ve had only one instance where someone appeared to be a bit careless and they were immediately fired (perhaps accounting for the prior poor review). Just recently a friend of mine had a lot of difficulty selling her home through another staging company. She could not believe the wonderful service she got through Pacific Staging and immediately had multiple offers for her condo in Corona Del Mar.4. Responsiveness: Regis and the administrative team immediately respond to all request and concerns. I’ve had many specific requests for each for the homes I’ve sold and all were addressed within a work day. As for money, Pacific Staging delivers the most value money can buy in this industry. They offer different payment plans and I have taken full advantage of this. I have never experienced any less service or dedication just because I paid. It just doesn’t make any sense when someone claims that less service is rendered after payment. Pacific Staging is what is today due to loyal clients like myself.5. Final thought: Hire Pacific Staging and Design. They are THE best.

Quality: The furniture this company stages with is of very low quality and a leg on my chair broke when a potential buyer sat down to discuss the biggest purchase of their life.Value: the cheaper staging (cheap furniture & limited effort) package they offer is exactly the SAME as the high end package they charge double for. In my humble opinion this is criminal. The videos on their site look nothing like what you really get. Cheap or high end package (ive seen them both in action).Professionalism: they are very courteous and attentive to your needs until they get you on board. Then you lose that great correspondence you got at first.There also appears to be a revolving door of interior designers. Meaning: you deal with one designer then you call back for whatever reason and you hear “oh, sorry. They are no longer with us.” Saw this happen on two separate occasions with two separate multi million dollar home stagings.Responsiveness: as I said before, they will be responsive only if there’s more money in it for them. They have no interest in staying in good graces with customers that have already paid. They obviously care nothing about the 80/20 principal.Punctuality: they are on time. I give them that.Final thoughts: Looking to stage your home for sale? Pacific Staging will most likely disappoint you in some way or another. One mistake every once in a while is expected in business but this company seems to make mistakes and pride themselves on the way they escaped being accountable rather than fixing the issue.
