5 stars is not enough. I went to Glynn for help with a faulty Cressi Leonardo dive computer and very little time to spare before an upcoming dive trip. Glynn was experienced, knowledgeable, resourceful, generous, and went above and beyond to help me solve my problem in time for my trip. It is clear hes the best at what he does.

My wife and I have been sending our regulators for annual service and repair for over a decade. We used to live outside the country and now we live in Seattle--we still ship our gear to Glynn every time we need it done. Once, for the sake of convenience, we tried getting our annual regulator service done locally in Seattle. Unmitigated disaster. I wont go into the details but it was catastrophic and could have ended in a lawsuit if an accident resulted from their service. Wont make that mistake again. Sent our gear to Glynn right after that. Does only did he fix everything that the local shop messed up, but he documented all the extremely sketchy work that he found. We wont mess around any more. Our gear is getting serviced by Glynn or its not getting serviced and we wont dive. End of story.

Glynn is amazing. We drove all of our gear up from Orange County which included (6) 1st & 2nd stage regs, (7) BCDs which needed full servicing including dump valves, i3s and air sources, (6) dive computers, and a backup pony reg and valve. Glynn provided before and after photos which were crazy. When it comes to life saving equipment like this, DO NOT go anywhere else. Glynn at Pacific Scuba Repair is what you need. Hes even a certified tech instructor for this type of service. Many dive shops actually send their repairs to him. Very pleasant and honorable guy. We will never go to any dive shop or anywhere else for any repairs.

Theres not a better dive engineer in the business. Hes extremely knowledgable, hes fair, and hes very candid. Never pushes you to do anything not needed. I drive an hour to work with him directly and Id drive another if he moved further. I trust no one else with the maintenance of my gear.

Extremely knowledgeable, fast, and reliable service. Does his work in house so you can count on it getting done when it is promised. I will definitely be using his service in the future.
