Amado from Adapt was excellent. He patiently took the time to show me how to utilize all the equipment how he was going to set it up based on our needs and our home specific for my husband. He showed me how to attach specific items to the equipment and explained how it would work how it was calibrated for my husband spent a lot of time on details. Very kind professional representative of the company I would him and adapt equipment to anyone that asked for the types of services and that they have. Dr Robert and Jacqueline Christensen

Iris H. called on 06/06/2024 shortly after 4:00 pm to discuss the delivery of the new CPAP machine, its contents, how to setup, how to use and walked through the menu screen and its setting options. Iris was very thorough and informative and very patient as this machine is detailed and complicated and answered our initial questions. We stated that it would be a steep learning curve and needed some time to read up, perform adjustments and get familiar with it. She requested the we call her with any questions that arise in order to assist with proper functions and comfortable experience going forward.Thank You So Much, Iris !!!

I appreciate it all their help they made arrangements with me to deliver the equipment the same day I got discharged and came about an hour after I came home showed me everything hooked everything up taught me how to change turn on charge anything needed to be done for the equipment very friendly polite professional and I appreciate all the help I had a health scare and been gone from home for 2 months now Im back and planning on getting better with the help of this oxygen I should be doing great. Thank you keep up the good work

Happy with the company impeccable timing. The hospital planned for immediate discharged, and same day we received the Hoyer lift. Happy with the technician that set up the equipment and gave an in-depth teaching on how to use the lift.

The medical equipments were delivered after 1 day of my mother released from the hospital. Only 1 part was missing out of 4 items delivered. Please check for missing parts before the delivery person leaves. It was delivered and brought in partially assembled on a Friday. Awaiting for Monday to request the missing part to be delivered or mailed, or have an exchange.

Pickup was smooth, on-time and very courteous. Patient needed to be transferred and we were not rushed at all. Everything was done carefully and kindly.

My wife was so close to death while in the hospital with Covid Lungs. She was released after two weeks and needed supplemental oxygen 24/7. Before she arrived home Adapt Health had EVERYTHING DELIVERED to our home and explained how to use the equipment. That weekend we were hit with a major lightening storm and power was out for 36 hours. That first night around midnight we called their on-call number for advice because the large room machine obviously couldnt work w/out power. She had used up her portable oxygen tanks and only had half of a tank left. So in this fearsome storm and 12:30 a.m. the gentleman from Adapt arrived with several tanks and surprisingly a good mood, it was a life saver, well at minimum, it saved us from a trip to the E.R. &a 12 hour wait. I was shocked by the excellent service. Over the following year there were just a couple of small hiccups but it all worked out, thats why just the four stars in lieu of five. I also purchased a portable battery operated oxygen device that enabled us to fly to Vegas, and even ride her horse for hours on the trail, etc. so we were able to depend less and less of the large tanks.THANK GOD approx. 1 year later her lungs were cleared of Covid and she no longer had to be dependant on supplemental oxygen.
