I wanted to take the time to review our new patio cover. We replaced our old rotting wood one. They truly did such a great job giving us suggestions to remove the old center pole that blocked our view and took the pole out that was going through the center of our barbecue countertop, we extended it out to the side. We also added a solid piece on the top with a ceiling fan. The work was clean and we’re so happy with our backyard. There was a little delay with the timing, but it really wasn’t an issue. I really prefer this material more. It looks so good! Thank you.

Me and my wife were searching fir a really good patio company that will satisfy our needs. I searched on google and found Pacific Patio. I set up a no obligation appointment for a quote. We were surprised on how much affordable the cost is compared to other companies. We received a discount upon signing up on the day of the quote. The quality of our patio is so amazing and it looks and feels sturdy. Aaron and Greg did a very good job on installing the patio and they kept my backyard clean. Where to start? From the initial consultation to the final walk through, Pacific Patio did an astounding job on our new patio cover. We did encounter a few challenges with communication. But was expected given nitpicky customers such as ourselves. =) Thank you to Tom and Tamara for ALL of your help and putting up with our numerous inquiries. Shout out to the installation crew: Aaron, Toby JD, Steven (sorry if any misspellings). They rocked it out of the park!! We got all of the details we requested for our patio cover and beyond. Pacific Patios was fantastic. I added a complicated 2nd story patio cover. It was designed to match my ground floor large patio cover and it was perfect. The team did wonderful work including all the little details. All the people were great to deal with from the installers to the office staff doing scheduling and such. I booked things mid pandemic with all the supply chain issues. There was an 8-9 month waiting period, but I got a call after about 6 months saying my materials had come in and were able to install the following week. What I thought would be a one-day job was 2.5 days because of all the details and just the quality of work they put in. We are so happy with the cover and the work that was done. I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Patios.

We could not be happier with our new solar-ready patio cover. Its hard to find anyone who even does patio covers which support solar. Jon was very professional with his quote and was kind enough to update it a couple of times at no cost. The installation was smooth and the workers were skilled and thoughtful. We were looking to add a small patio cover to the front of our house and Pacific Patio met all of our standards. Jon came out to do an estimate the same week I called to schedule and had my plan drawn and quote ready within a day. Due to supply issues, our lead time was 6-8 months which they let us know right off the bat. Tamara was very communicative throughout this time and our materials actually arrived about a month and a half earlier than we expected! When the guys came out to do the install (the same week the materials arrived) they were thorough, professional, and made the area look better than it did when they got there! We had an all around great experience and would definitely recommend them!

We had an amazing experience with this company and highly recommend them. We just wanted a small free-standing pergola in our backyard that would comply with our HOAs numerous rules. I contacted Pacific Patio on Yelp and received a response right away. We had an easy initial consultation with their sales rep via Zoom, and signed a contract shortly after. I found their prices to be very reasonable. We contacted them in May and their time estimate for completion of the pergola was mid-July, which was spot on. They started installing our pergola on 7/21 and finished in 2.5 days (our project involved removing our existing paver stones and digging/installing 4 concrete footings for the posts, so it was quite labor intensive). The crew was extremely professional and respectful of our property and our neighbors. They worked quickly and efficiently and we ended up with a gorgeous pergola that greatly expands our ability to enjoy our yard. We just love it and wouldnt hesitate to use them again for future projects.

In 2020, I decided to enclose a portion of my second floor deck and came across Pacific Patio. Pacific Patio had comparable prices and stellar reviews, which is why I ultimately decided to contract with them. However, this is not the reason for my five-star review.Due to delays caused by another contractor on an unrelated product, I wasnt able to move forward with the installation of the new sunroom until this month. Despite a three year delay between contracting and completion, Pacific Patio never charged me a storage fee or pressured me in any way. They were understanding that the delays were out of my control and simply checked-in for an update every few months.Because of the lengthy time-lapse between contracting and completion (again, no fault of theirs), Pacific Patio had changed their payment terms and no longer accepted credit cards when my payment became due. Yet, Pacific Patio honored the original terms and allowed me to pay by credit card with no additional fee.The actual product and installation process are equally noteworthy. The product is of good quality and created an instant improvement in the aesthetic of the house. Additionally, I appreciate that the installation process was so quick and that the workers were mindful of cleaning up at the end of the day and ensuring that all gates were properly secured.Overall, I am so happy that I contracted with Pacific Patio. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and willing to work with you. They offer a great product and a pleasant experience. If there were more than five-stars, I would gladly give it to them. You cant go wrong with Pacific Patio!

Pacific Patio was great from start to finish. Thomas came out to our house multiple times and answered all of our questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Tamara in the office was always responsive and gave us updates on timing for delivery, install, etc. It was just installed this week and JD and his team were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I cant recommend this company enough and our patio cover is gorgeous!

All in all very happy with our latest project on our upper deck. A full patio cover with two lights and a fan. This cover has many angles, it was upstairs on our top deck plus the back side of the cover needed to be lifted up on the house side to get the proper elevation. A complicated job and Darius was the pro to get it done. Lucky for us the company sent Darius to do this not the run of the mill job. He was very detailed oriented. Took pride in his workmanship. Very personable and aimed to please and kept me up to date every step of the way. This cover took 5 days to complete. Darius completed it on a Saturday because he knew we had a big party the very next day. He made sure we were done and that we were happy with the job. The first job this company did for us was in 2013 was done in a day and easy peasy by comparison and no delays. This time it took 3 months from our initial deposit. We were told it would be 2 months out). Not sure why unless the company doesnt have a good handle on their scheduling and ordering. The wait was worth it but had me nervous about the company initially the second time around.

Weve had Pacific Patio build us 3 patio covers now. We love them all. All three have been a bit complex to build as our yard is not square and the covers arent either. Steve and his crews are very detail oriented and make sure everything looks great.

Due to COVID it took a little longer than originally told to start installing, however, it only took a couple of days to install once they had all the material and It was worth the wait. We’re very happy to have a new Elite-Aluminum-Wood patio cover installed by Pacific Patio recently. The project works out very well! And the new patio cover looks so beautiful! We were referred to the company by a co-worker. Our original plan was to repair the old wood patio cover, but after we met Tom, with his great product knowledge, he convinced us to go for the alum-wood replacement. We are glad we did. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the team at Pacific Patio. I was having difficulties with a previous contractor who did not want to work with me to provide the documentation required for the citys permitting process. The team at Pacific Patio understood the permitting process and provided me with everything I needed without hesitation. In addition they scheduled both inspections that were conducted by the city. We waited a while for the sunroom to be delivered because of the manufacturer. Tamara would call and apologize because of the delay which was no fault of Pacific Patio, she was alway very nice to talk to. When the sunroom was delivered, she called me right away to tell me and to set up the installation date, and she gave me a discount because of the delay from the manufacturer. The installation went very smooth. JD and his crew did the installation and they did a great job. They were very neat and cleaned up all the mess before they left. From the beginning this company was a pleasure to work with. The appointment for the quote was set up immediately after my first call and Tom came out and reviewed the needs and promptly submitted a quote to us.The pricing was fair and the timeline was clearly communicated. We were having some other work done at the same time and they were able to work around our other scheduled contractors.Tamara from the office was very good at calling and keeping us updated as to the progress of the project as well as following up after completion.The demolition crew removed the existing cover quickly and left the area very clean and tidy. We had some existing electrical conduit and sprinkler systems that had to worked around and they were able to do that effectively.The installation crew, Darius and Brett, were on time and very informative as to what to expect in terms of time and process.The site was left clean and tidy after each stage of installation.We did need some minor tweaks done and they were taken care of immediately.The final results are outstanding and we are very pleased with the new patio cover.We would highly recommend Pacific Patio for your Patio Cover needs.

My carport cover was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. I did some research and made an appointment with Pacific Patio and I am happy that I did! Pacific Patio has a great team. Every meeting I had from start to finish was pleasant and they are very responsive.Initially, I met with their salesperson, Tom, to discuss measurements, materials, and pricing. Mark, the owner, came out to make the final measurements prior to the project commencing. JB and the construction crew were able to demo and construct the new carport in less than a week. They came back a few days later and installed a motion sensor light and a security camera light on the carport and made sure they both functioned correctly. They did a good job!I have had the carport cover for about a month now. There are no issues to report and I am happy with the finished product! I have received many compliments on the new carport. The price was affordable and they have great service! Whenever I communicated with Tamera, their office manager, she was always pleasant and was happy to address any concerns and I had.I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs a carport or patio cover.

I had a great experience with Pacific Patio from beginning to end. Tamara is awesome and friendly. From sales to installation to completion the job was done as stated and the owner even comes out before the job is done and remeasures to make sure its built as planned!!! It took some weeks to get the job started, but I think its because they do a fine job and do it right! I had 2 old wooden pergolas that were going to fall down if I didnt replace them. The 2 new ones are beautiful and well done. They did everything I requested and every installer on the job was friendly and respectful. I will recommend you to anyone else needing an outside cover for their property.

I did 4 estimates for a patio cover and I ended choosing Pacific Patio. Very easy and straight forward to deal with.Pricing and the work to be preformed beat all the others. And there was no hassle, no upsell, no pressure. Unlike other companys.Jon came out, I explained what I wanted and he got me my estimates. I requested quotes from 2 well known San Diego based companies and got NO callbacks. The 3rd company (Pacific Patio) was the only company to respond. I requested a quote on Pacific Patios website at 10pm and got a response and appointment by 9am the next morning. They showed up on-time or early to all appointments. Their prices were very reasonable. They have a simple contract and great warranty. Its a family owned business. I had a 17 x 34 patio cover installed and inspected in less than a week, including 2 wet-rated fans. They took care of all permits too. The small on-site crew was polite, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I highly, highly recommend this company!

My thanks to everyone at Pacific Patio for installing my new patio room.21 years ago when I purchased my house it had a vintage sun-room with Plexiglas. It was worn out then, but I replaced all the screens, all the curved Plexiglas and some of the flat. For 21 years the room leaked and was more of a greenhouse than a room that could be used. I contemplated redoing the room once again.I am so happy I upgraded. Covid shortages put me on a waiting list. The crew finished the install last Thursday. I could not be happier. My new room was absolutely worth the wait.

After getting several quotes, my wife and I decided on using Pacific Patio for our backyard. We had recently renovated the back yard with concrete floor and BBQ kitchen etc...the layout was somewhat challenging due to the concrete countertops being elevated and low roof overhang. Pacific patio gave us a great layout, using roof risers to lift the ceiling height, giving us the most amazing outdoor living space. We’re finishing up the last few parts, but have already been using the shade and ceiling fans to stay cool outside and never feeling compressed due to low roof, the cover and gazebo parts are plenty high and have a great look. Our crew from DJ has done an amazing job of making sure all finishes are to our expectations and liking. We’re so thankful to them for working thru the hottest couple of days in recent memory to finish. Thanks Pacific Patio....our neighbors are already calling you guys to have theirs done!!

First class company. We used Pacific Patio to build a new TEMO sunroom, and also new windows for our home. From day one of signing our contract, everything went beautifully. We now have perfectly functioning energy efficient windows, and even better- a whole new addition to our home. Our sunroom is wonderful, and was definitely built with care. Both installations were painless and also affordable. They made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We also have peace of mind with our new sunroom because they give a lifetime warranty. We ended up buying a Temo solar patio as we did not want to deal with termites down the road. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and even completed all the extra electrical add ons that I wanted at the last minute. From the sales rep to the office admin, they handled everything that I threw at them. I will definitely go back to Pacific Patio as I need a carport installed next year!!

Excellent craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.My only complaint is that they are too busy and took their time to start the project. My project took 8-10 weeks to start. It was completed in 3 days. When asked they kept saying We will let you know next week. I could not get a commitment on a date.If you can live with this uncertainty, by all means go ahead. They do great work.

Although there was delay in materials to start project, once they started everything was top notch. Professional and cleaned-up after each day due to me having little ones. Onsite contractor made some key adjustments to maximize our space and stay compliant with HOA property guidelines. Thank you for a job well done!

These guys are the ones to call if you need a new patio or pergola.They did an awesome job removing the old patio and adding the new patio and small pergola. They had it done quick and hauled off all the old stuff also.Will definitely be referring them to friends and family.Great job guys :-)

We just had our patio project completed, a screened sun room. The entire staff was great to work with, Tom on the sales call, Tamara whenever I had a question, very responsive and called me back as promised, and the installation team. The installers were diligent in their work and really looked at the small details to insure a quality outcome. The cost was reasonable based on other estimates obtained. We love our new room and cant wait to enjoy it.

Great people and great product. Install in 1 and a half day after told it would be 3-5 days. So very nice.Owner came out himself to remeasure after initial estimator came out. Measure twice cut once.Very happy.

Extremely long wait! We ordered our patio cover in August and we still don’t have an installation date. They keep telling me that it will be just a couple weeks more, but I’ve been hearing that since November. I’ll post another review once it’s installed, but for now, I’m not impressed.

When Thomas quoted my patio. I let him know I needed to wait a few days to decided. I then found out that he placed order and required a $1,000 down payment. I reminded him that I requested to hold off for a few days. He then tried to treating me about cancelling order and said I had no choice but to pay him.I’m completely unsatisfied with Thomas. However, the owner of the company came over to fix and talk things over and make things correct. The patio overall turned out amazing and I appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that the owner of the company saw there was an issue and personally stepped in to correct.I will never work with Thomas as a service advisor again.
