Solid company from start to finish. Sales process was fair and honest, measurement of my home for a stair lift was very professional, system was installed exactly as promised, and when I needed help after the install, they were quick to respond, including going above and beyond to find a creative solution to my unusual need. Great company overall!

We had Pacific Mobility install a Chair Lift so that my mom’s caregiver could get her up the stairway. It certainly was an easy process. Brian arrived to measure the space and give us an estimate. What a pleasure it was to speak with him. He was straight forward, gave us his honest opinion regarding options, and made no effort to up-sell us options that would be of no benefit.When they came to do the install Brian and Phil (I hope I got his name right) were professional, quiet and efficient. Pacific Mobility Center has been of great service to me over the years. After my first experience with them, having hand controls installed in my car, I returned to them for a second set of hand controls for my new car. I remembered their professional and friendly attitude and competent and reliable work when I needed to install a chairlift in my home. Representative Chris was very respectful during both consultation and measurement visits. Mary Ann was very helpful over the phone every time I needed information. Communication was honest during the whole process concerning manufacturing and shipment dates. This Family-run, local, business will be my first choice for my future equipment needs in the area of ability aids.

We had excellent honest service from Pacific Mobility. My dad needed the stair lift chair very quickly as his strength has deteriorated. We waited longer than we should have to start the process and Pacific Mobility delivered 2 weeks earlier than they originally stated. The installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up perfectly. We are thrilled and relieved my dad has a great working stair lift. He is very pleased and thankful too!

My wife and I were very happy with all aspects of dealing with Pacific Mobility Center. Chris presented the Bruno stair lift well. We visited the showroom to try it out and ordered a used model Elan. We were leaving San Diego the following week. Arrangements were made for delivery and installation only 2 days later! Phil was friendly and very neat and showed us again how to use the lift. The rest of our stay in San Diego was so much easier using the lift. We can keep this condo as our vacation home now for sure.

I looked into stairlifts several years ago. The first and cheapest quote was about what I felt was affordable. The next quotes were from a company that sold and installed several brands. They pointed out all the bad reviews regarding our first quote and told me that a better unit was going to be about $5000 to $8000. At the time this was unacceptable.As time passed my wife, who suffers from COPD and early Parkinson’s was at the point where we needed a lift or a new residence. So I shopped again and was directed to Pacific Mobility.The entire process was straight forward and we had our lift installed in about a week. We purchased the up graded model since I am a big guy. The wife no longer dreads those trips up and down the stairs. Should we not need it in the future it can be removed with virtually no impact on our home other than compressing the carpeting on the stairway in a few spots.According to Pacific Mobility we have purchased a made in America product, another plus.

Had two stairlifts installed in my house. Anthony came and did a superb job of installation. All wires nicely tucked in and hidden away, cleaned up everything after installation inside and out. Very friendly, professional, and approachable. We got Bruno Elan and its been a little more than two months now and it works great so far. Showed up on time for the appointment with no surprises.

This was one of the fastest, easiest and best installations of a product I have ever had put in my home.I called Chris (salesman, great guy) on a Thursday morning, he came out the same day, I approved the installation on Saturday, Brian (owner son, good to keep it in the family)had the chair installed by Monday afternoon. NOW tell me that isnt GREAT SERVICE!Brian did a beautiful installation. Explained all the features in depth and had the Queen happy with every aspect of the unit.BRAVO, gentlemen...Great product and an excellent company to do business with...Ann and Bob

Brian and Phil from Pacific Mobility arrived promptly on time and had the chair lift installation completed in about three hours. Both of them were friendly and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves when the installation was complete. They explained the operation, etc. to my wife, but didnt have an owners manual with them. They promised to mail it.

We had a Bruno stairlift insralled by Pacific Mobility Center. It took one day and the installation went easily. The installer was very experiened. He showed us what he thought was the best way to provide the power and it was all done in a very professional manner. The chair works great and both my wife and I use it to get up and down between the floors. It looks great, tucks away when not needed. I highly recommend this company and the Bruno brand. Both are professional and will result in a high quality easy to use product for anyone needing assistance getting up and down the stairs.

We recently had a chair lift installed in our home. The installer was very competent and courteous. After installing, we found that my wife was unable to manually rotate the chair to get off. So we decided that we needed a power swivel seat and Pacific Mobility was very accommodating in making the change.

We needed a chair lift with a retracting foot so it would not block an entrance. Pacific had two options. After we ordered they held the product in their warehouse longer than planned accommodating complications on our end. Their in house install team were also very efficient and first rate.

We purchased a Handicare curved stairlift from Pacific Mobility in March 2019. Jeff gave us an excellent presentation and made sure we understood the entire transaction. He even suggested we visit the Pacific Mobility store to see and try the stairlift before we bought it.The price was competitive. The stairlift had to be custom made for our staircase and arrived in less than a month from the Netherlands. The installation was done expertly in just a few hours by Bryan and Phil.We are very pleased with the stairlift and the outstanding service from Pacific Mobility. We highly recommend this company.

Chris Murdock came out quickly and presented the options. Unfortunately there were no used units in stock that would have saved considerable money, but he did provide a discount on two units (I have a landing and two levels of stairs) and a cash discount. Phil, the installer, arrived as scheduled and did a very neat job of the installation. The Bruno chair lifts make it very easy for my wife to now access the second story

I purchased a Bruno Elite—Curved Stair Lift from Pacific Mobility Center in San Marcos, CA, so my mother could access her upstairs bedroom easily. I am totally satisfied with the stairlift and with the installation process which was guided by Chris Murdock. Chris’s helpfulness and attention to the installation set-up exceeded my expectations. Once the stairlift was built to three dimensional computer specifications, Anthony, with Phil’s assistance, installed it seamlessly. Above all, the stairlift operates smoothly, very stably, and at a quite-suitable speed.

Never going back. I have a morkie(5lbs) service dog and I brought her with me into the store as I do every store. Inside the store were 2 big labs who tried to attack my dog. She was terrified. They could have killed her. She was unable to work afterwards. My dog is trained. She knows how to behave around other dogs. These dogs were not trained. You’d think a mobility store would have the knowledge to not have 2 big, untrained dogs roaming the store freely. There wasn’t even an apology.The service was terrible. My husband and I were the ONLY people in the store other than the employees who were there. My husband and I had to wait 10 minutes while they finished their conversation before they tried to help us with what we were looking for. Regarding the selection they have, not much. I was looking for about 5 items. They had none of them. This store isn’t for people with disabilities. More for seniors.In conclusion, I’d say go anywhere else.
