Pacific Lightwave was great about addressing my needs promptly and efficiently. I was hooked up the the internet within a couple of days after requesting the service. Julian was very knowledgeable and supportive during the evaluation and install. Time will tell how it holds up again my previous internet provider. I am hopeful there will be much less downtime.

The service is reliable. Ive had them for about two years and this month I asked them to hold my auto pay and change it from the 5th to the 15th because I had an issue with my card. They continued to charge my card even though I told them that payment method would not be good. They then threaten me each time they charge me by saying that they will charge me an extra $75 because I did not fulfill my obligation for my installation fee. I signed a 12 month contract two years ago!! Today I sent them new credit card information for my payment and once again they threatened me saying that they will charge me $75 if I dont pay by the 5th. I do not like being threatened with extra charges that they cannot enforce. Thinking of switching to a different provider because of the absolute horrendous customer service.

The person that installed it was very Helpful the representative that I spoke to. Also was amazing She was able to get me scheduled the day that I was able to be homeOver all my experience with them has been amazing and their Internet I have not had any trouble. My kids have their Nintendo switch, and their Xbox connected their tablets and my three TVs and the internet is great

We moved into our new house about 8 months ago and I’ve been trying to find good WiFi, I tried like 5 different companies and none of them worked out for us. Until we found pacific lightweight. We’ve had them for a week now and I’m really impressed by their service quality and pricing! The guy that installed the WiFi for us, I forgot his name was super nice and professional, had good patience for us. Definitely recommend!

So far I have been very satisfied with the service. Left a message inquiring about internet service, received a callback within an hour, set up site inspection that afternoon and had service installed the next day. Installer Miguel Rojas was courteous, knowledgeable, and caring. Everything working as expected.

Pacific Lightwave is unmatched at providing quality internet service.I have dealt with other WISPs in the area that treated me as just another customer, and their internet service left a lot to desire. When I called Pacific Lightwave to signup for service I felt highly valued as a potential client. Natalyas knowledge and responses to my many questions made me eager to sign up on my initial call. I was quickly scheduled to have the services installed. For the installation, the technician Julian was able to accommodate every one of my requests regarding the placement of the antenna and the routing of the wiring using preexisting mounts and runs. He left everything looking tidy and secure.After many months, I have never had the need to contact Pacific Lightwave regarding any technical issues. My connection has always been reliable and fast without any downtime. Thanks to their robust network, I am able to have multiple devices streaming, as well as being able to work remotely with lower latency than other hardwire ISPs.Thank you Pacific Lightwave for the caring customer support and quality internet service.

I had their services for two years at the end i ended up canceling because their service wouldnt even provide me what i was paying for and now that i have canceled the services. They have been billing me for the past two months without me having their services i was told i would get a refund for their first mistake and now they billed me again and i still havent even gotten a refund from the first One instead they build me for two months and these two months i never had their services

Ive had pacific for over almost 2 years now and ill say these past 5-7 months have just been nothing but downhill since the start. Constantly dropping while playing games and just not working to watch movies in day or night. Always having issues and its sad that im paying 139 a month just to be capped under 50mbps (always in the 40s). ive reached out multiple times to get help and nothing has been done, first year of owning I was in the 400mbps range, now Im just having the worst internet possible and paying 139 a month is just a spit in the face at his point.

Loving this little big locally owned company in PS! We are talking BIG like NYC to CA DATA TRANSPORT and LEGIT EVENT INTERNET! They do great Residential and Business Internet to but Im writing this cause my Company held a high profile event in a historical Home out in Palm Springs and we needed FAST OPEN internet for a LIVE SHOW and they came out and set it all up for us and the event went on without a single digital hitch. Sound and steam was perfect and everyone was on the wifi during the show. Its cute how much they seem to care about this little SoCal community. Legit People, Friendly and Knowledgeable and it was so good I am using them to outfit for all my Coachella Valley properties for my renters. LEGIT.

Pacific Lightwave has exceeded every expectation. From the initial install onward, every person in the organization has been courteous and professional. We have had no outages, and minimal issues. When we have needed tech support, they have always responded promptly and have never left the site until the issue was addressed. I havent even signed up yet, and Im already disappointed. They never answer the phone. An email inquiry for a sale takes days to answer. God forbid if I ever needed anything like service if i had signed up. Good thing I have options other than this firm.

I had their service for my home internet when I lived in south Palm Desert and LOVED it. We have a family of 5 w/ all the TVs & games & work from home stuff going... the internet was plenty fast, no issues, and the equipment worked flawlessly. The team is local, kind, and smart. If their service works in your area, you should go for it! Way better to use local than dealing with the copro giants.

I run a busy eye care practice and have been a customer of Pacific Lightwave for over a year. Their service is much better than their competitors (been with both the big commercial providers). The service is fast and reliable. I cant recommend them enough. I was so happy with the experience and service that I switched my personal residence to using them.

Ive had their service for a few years now. The customer service has greatly improved. The service has been extremely dependable in all weather conditions. I had an issue yesterday, Sunday evening and thought I would call and leave a message. Nope a real person answered, checked my issue and called me back. My brother has Spectrum and has not had internet service for 4 days now. He said he calls and just gets the automated run around. Plus this local company bills you there is no added charges or taxes to your bill. What they quote you is what you are charged. I really appreciate dealing with a local company.

I used Pacific Lightwave years ago. And I moved and was sad that they didnt service my new address. But I I moved again and have them back!!!!! The installation was super fast and the installer was very helpful! I will never leave them again unless I move to an area that they dont service. (The reason they couldnt service me the last time I moved is because a mountain was blocking the connection) . I highly recommend them. And the prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent!

Just wanted to say that our installer, Brett was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. His installation was clean and neat.As far as connectivity, Pacific Lightwave is a lot faster connecting to the Internet when working. I had issue after installation. Contacted tech support but so far been helpful but the issue still exists Theres a possibility that its a faulty equipment or wasnt pointed to their tower correctly..I will update once this pacific Lighwave resolve the issue*****Here is my followup update. As mentioned, their IT support are amazing. They have been extremely helpful in resolving the connection issues. After a few weeks of working with me, they have narrowed down where the problem lies. They had installed an updated firmware on their system along with their tower by our area. I am now able to connect with minimal hiccup.. I tell you, It is much better than what we were experiencing. 98% better than it was. Kudos to Simon, Peter and Lorenzo. They are amazing. They respond to my email and phone call right away. I highly recommend Pacific Lightwave internet whether you live in the city or rural area like we do.. The help desk service is excellent. Thank you for resolving my connection issue.

The service is decent. But beware, you have to send an authorization form with an amount to charge, but you may be charged more than you Authorize them to take from your account, without an explanation of why.

I called and the lady quoted me 45 a month with no install fee. She did not mention any long term commitment either. When I got the contract it says 49 a month with a 2 year commitment and 150 install fee. Total due is $209 right now. They lie already I would not trust this place.

Hi,Im an exiting residential customer just outside Palm Springs. The internet service is very good, but their customer service at this point is not so good.I had a problem getting back online at my home, after taking my laptop on biz, and reconnecting, once home.I did call Richard, who was my original contact to get the service, he did answer my call. He referred me to a tech support #, where I left a message, waited 24 hrs. with no return call, not professional.I called their regular #, was connected to tech support, left another message, and am waiting for a return call.Now, this is at 5:05pm, so maybe they only have this support available during biz hrs.

I just went with Fios...I dont expect great customer service from the big guys, but it typically takes 2-5 days to get a return call or email from Pacific lightwave. I only went with them because it was faster than the dsl I had at the time (no fios at my building then), but years later I find out that their is no expiration date on their contract and its $354 to cancel it when you do.If you dont have any high speed internet options in your area this is an option but there is very poor support. I guess I expect crappy customer service from Time Warner and Verizon, but am disappointed when it comes from another small business.

So, I actually develop a bit of a problem with my equipment. But a problem is not actually a problem with Pacific lightwave, I called their tech support departmentand figured out that there tech support is actually on call. Meeting Lorenzo, got me more informed to what really was the problem and he explained exactly how that were going to solve it. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service thank you guys

I had the best experience with the pacific lightwave, for almost 3 years i had no internet cuz most of the internet providers in my area would would try to over charge me, 80$ for 5mbs plz, 43$ with pacific lightwave i get 15mbs. the price was just the beginning once i got to know the people, luis the man with the plan when everyone else told me you cant get internet he said give 30 mins. then there is richard if it wasnt for him i would have never had internet, he talked me through the whole process making it easy. ty you guys i really appreciate it

I had some reservations about trying Pacific Lightwave because of poor wireless providers in the past. Pacific Lightwave has consistently delivered their promised speeds and has well exceeded their uptime commitment. Even if you are apprehensive about trying wireless, give them a shot.
