Greeted with sweet smiling faces of the front desk staff. Jen an amazing nurse, efficient and professional. Her assistant thorough and accommodating from beginning to end. Felt well cared for and this calmed my nerves throughout the procedure. The procedure is intense but again, Jen and her assistant right there to make sure I was doing fine. A great office serene and beautiful.

I had my first Moxie treatment todaySuch an amazing experience from start to finish !Staff are phenomenal! The procedure they make as absolutely comfortable and quick as possible. Provided so much information and a step by step as well as letting me know how it was going while in process. I have researched many lasers and found the sciton Halo laser which seems to be the best of the best out there. I had my HALO with Dr Kendall and Jeannette as the medical assistant.Dr Kendall explained every step and put me at ease. Jeannette is so sweet and attentive .The staff really takes care of you from prepping you beforehand for the procedure to the aftercare. They give you a whole aftercare package and very detailed instructions. The service and attention to detail is top notch. It’s been a couple months after my HALO and I am only wearing spf and have gotten many comments on how great my skin looks. I will make sure to get a HALO every year to keep up on my skin health. Can’t wait for the next one!

I was very impressed with the flow of care at Pacific Coast Aesthetics. Theyre extremely efficient in their process, which includes taking special photos to determine skin qualities that can be focused on to improve overall appearance. PA Umek emphasized her reverence for a holistic approach to aesthetics which I very much appreciated; she wants you to look like the best, healthiest version of yourself - not a fake plastic one. Gloria assisted April in treating some spider veins on my legs and she was so friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The staff is incredibly warm, genuinely friendly and seem to enjoy their workplace and each other. Its great vibes and fair prices at this clinic. I recommend 10/10.

I had the Halo and BBL. I am extremely happy with the results. Tightened my skin reducing some fine line and removed 80% of aging and sun spots. I went from needing full cover foundation to using a sunscreen with shear color. My husband can’t believe the difference.

I did a lot or research about BBL and Halo. Once I was pretty sure this was the treatment for me, I started to research providers in my area. I found several reputable providers, but after speaking with a friend, decided to reach out to PCA. After speaking with April I knew I found an amazing group and decided it was worth the 67 mile drive (instead of staying in my town). April is the best there is! She is an expert at what she does. She has perfected her skills and continues to stay at the top of her game. She took the time to walk me through the procedure (after determining the procedure the was right for me). She is compassionate and passionate about her work, patients and the end results. I can not say enough about April and the entire staff, including Daisy who assisted April during my procedure. Thanks to the entire group for taking great care of me! I could not be happier with my results!

I am so happy I found Jen! She is so knowledgeable. I had been wanting to make my lips look more “hydrated” for a while but was so nervous to have them over filled. Today, I had the pleasure of undergoing a BBL and HALO treatment, a strategic choice in my ongoing effort to prevent basal cell skin cancer, mitigate dark spots, and reverse the effects of years of sun exposure. This session was my second treatment, as part of my commitment to bi-annual visits to maintain and enhance my skins health. As someone new to the realm of cosmetic procedures, I was extremely impressed by the teams ability to instill confidence and clarity about the process. Their comprehensive explanation of what to expect at every step of the procedure significantly alleviated any concerns I might have had about the procedures discomfort or outcomes. The meticulous pre-treatment preparation, including the application of numbing cream an hour prior and the provision of detailed expectations, effectively alleviated any apprehension. I experienced absolutely no pain, (seriously!) thanks in part to the continuous flow of cold air during the laser treatment, the use of cold compresses, a warm cozy blanket, music of my choice (I picked Reggae ;) and the availability of Pro-Nox (laughing gas) to soothe any pain and anxiety.I cannot recommend this facility highly enough for anyone considering cosmetic treatments. April, a certified physician assistant with 18 years of medical expertise, leads with exceptional skill and care. Her choice of supporting staff, proficiency and compassionate approach make the journey towards aging gracefully not just a possibility, but a delightful reality. I look forward to my next treatment in the fall :)

Pacific Coast Aesthetics has the only Sciton laser in the county which can reverse signs of aging with little downtime! It is the med spa that dermatologists send patients to because of their advanced equipment. April is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain and answer on an individual basis for each procedure (and they have a huge menu). Highly recommended

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The staff listened carefully and took a thorough medical history in addition to asking what I wanted done. Every procedure was thoroughly explained and all questions answered. I feel I was treated with respect and consideration. I was somewhat concerned about being upsold on services when I went in, but nothing of the sort occurred. They did exactly what I asked them to do and no attempt was made to sell me other services. I feel confident and comfortable with Pacific Coast Aesthetics, and would recommend them to anyone.

The environment/staff was high energy, did not help relax my nerves except the cup of tea I was offered upon walking in. Everyone was very nice otherwise. The treatment room had a chair like in a dentist office covered with that pull over tissue paper with product/service advertisements everywhere, far from cozy and relaxing . I spoke with Dr. Jen about facial injections. She was very helpful in helping me understand my options. 3 stars due to the non relaxing environment. If this is not your first or second rodeo with aesthetics, I’m sure you’ll have a fun experience

Ive been dreaming of having more full/voluminous lips for quite some time so with my birthday coming up, I decided to make that dream a reality. Just from speaking to the receptionist on the phone & seeing the amazing reviews, I had a really good feeling about PCA!Everyone was so nice, especially the medical assistant & Audrey, who did my Dermal Fillers. She was so patient with answering all of my questions (being a person with an anxiety disorder, I had a ton of them!) She then went on & began to make my dream a reality. They used a numbing gel for my lips but she was nice enough to offer laughing gas which she threw in free for my birthday! It helped immensely not just with my nerves but with getting through the pain. I would say, depending on how badly you want the procedure & how sensitive you truly are to pain makes a huge difference! I for one can be quite sensitive to pain & the lips werent a walk in the park, some pokes didnt hurt while others had me cussing like a sailor but I kept reminding myself that beauty was pain & I wanted to this!Audrey didnt just look at my lips, she paid attention to my entire face & made sure that everything I wanted would also look proportioned right. Shes a magician in her field & I dont think I could have found a nicer & more knowledgeable doctor! By the time I was done, I could already see the amazing results & honestly almost cried tears of joy. Ill be going back to PCA to continue my lip treatments and for whatever else I may want done. I wish I could give this place more stars!!

Great team of people for my Halo. It is an intense treatment and the service was very focused. I do wonder if the left hand side of my face received equal attention based on the pinpoint results. Also they should put all of the charges in writing to review before treatment. I was surprised with a large extra charge on the way out the door with a burning face. Not a good way to end a positive experience.

I came to Pacific Coast Aesthetics because a friend recommended Jen for lip filler and I’m so glad she did. Prior to this, I had been contemplating getting my lips done but was so scared about how painful it could be after watching videos of how it’s done. I now realize that everyone injects differently and Jen has a gentle hand which made my experience virtually painless. I’m so so glad my first time getting lip filler was here. Last appointment.. I had experienced some unevenness with my eyebrow and upper lid drooping.Due to my schedule and any availability I had to wait over a 2weeks to get back in.There was no good explanation about why my middle of my eyebrow was shaped like an arrow and my other eye was drooped so low it made my vision blurry. I got two pokes and off I went.After all my times I have been there she seemed super busy on both visits and not very informative.Maybe just a bad time ..Unsure if I will return.

I am still healing from my treatment that was done 2 days ago so I cant tell you if I am happy with the results or not. I can tell you that the procedure itself went well. I had very little pain (like less than 1) and not a lot of discomfort after. My only complaint after the treatment is the process of healing and not being able to be in the sun. But thats part of the process and not the end of the world, its just what you have to do! Im a little puffy under my eyes and red in some places, and itchy sometimes, but all of this is normal. I am excited to see how it all turns out when I have my skin back to normal. Would I recommend the business, Yes! Would I recommend the treatment, that is up to you and what your personal needs are. At first I was impressed with the services offered and the staff. I clearly explained that I had met with another clinic in Los Gatos to address sun damaged skin and explained exactly what they were offering. I asked for a quote from PCA which came back handwritten and confusing as it was for 1 series of procedures and not 2 as I discussed with Jen Yeh. Even if I had chosen just BBL, 2 treatments were about the same as 3 treatments for the same areas as the other clinic. It took phone calls and time to finally understand what I would have been charged if I used PCA. The quote I received from the other clinic was printed out and told me exactly what the cost was. I have had four different procedures done at Pacific Coast Aesthetics I have had fantastic results on all four. I had some Botox work done between my eyebrows. I had deep frown lines there. The lines softened. I was very happy with the results. Next I had BBL treatment on my face, and Halo laser treatment. Again, I was extremely pleased with the results. The procedures took years off my facial appearance. Lastly, I recently had a Filler treatment. I am SO happy with the results. The lines/creases on my face were all softened. I feel 10 years younger. Yesterday, I had a halo treatment at Pacific Coast. I didnt know what to expect since it was my first laser treatment, but I had a fantastic experience.First, I went for a consultation to find out what laser treatment was recommended for my type of skin and the areas on my face I needed treatment. Jen recommended Halo since it was going to be the treatment that would tackle my main concerns in one treatment. Jen took the time to explain the processes thoroughly, showing me before and after pictures to have an idea of the results (results may vary). I didnt feel she was rushing to explain everything; on the contrary, I felt welcomed to ask questions, and Jen took the time to answer them. On the day of the treatment, I was a little anxious because I dont tolerate pain much, so I am thankful that they provided nitrous oxide (laughing gas); it made a different in my treatment. I also appreciate that Sara used the cooling air and cold compresses during and after the treatment to reduce the hot sensation on my skin. They went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. When I left after an hour and a half, I had minimum discomfort; I got my post-care treatments and instructions, and a bottle of spring water they provided helped me keep my face cool the rest of the day. I highly recommend Pacific Coast and will return here for my beauty needs even though I have to drive for one hour to get there. I felt sincerely welcome by the staff I interacted with. I had a laser Halo treatment to remove spots and rosacea. It was painful and really hurt for several hours after you’re done, u when you feel as though your face is on fire., They provide a bottle of water for you to spray, stating that you should spray every 30 seconds. I thought they were kidding but they weren’t. At that point you want to turn a hose on your face.It takes a bit longer than they say to clear up. So if you have something special make sure you’ve got a two good weeks or more to stop shedding the spots!They give specific directions for care for the first week, where you are to use the product they give you. They don’t give you enough. I ran out 2 days short of a week so used my regular lotion.I’ve still got spots that are peeling so I can’t tell yet how good I’ll look. Another five days should tell.It’s expensive, we’ll have to see if it’s worth it.

Dr Audreys kind and nurturing way, made it easy to just surrender to the process! All the assistants made it so comfortable to be there.HALO one month ago, on my cheeks. I can already see a marked improvement, with a smoothing out of my skin.Then this time, their brand new, and deeper-penetrating, Pro Fractional laser, on the cheeks, where the acne scarring mostly is. Theres more down time, because this laser really penetrates.This awakens the blood flow back into the acne-scarred dead zones. Then, over a period of about 8-12 months, collagen fills in the pits.How genius is that! This isnt an instant gratification procedure, like getting injected with filler would be.After going that route 4 years ago, with nothing to show for it now. This is a way better approach, for long-term treatment of rolling acne scarring.Imagine that youre planting a seed. And to water it, you just continue thinking from smooth skin, and how good that feels. This will give your body the permission to really heal.“Behold this vine. I found it a wild tree, whose wanton strength, had swollen into irregular twigs. Meticulous and sparing with the injections, to make them go farther.I didnt really understand what SUBCISION for acne scars meant, until now. Imagine gently separating two pieces of paper stuck together, with a knife.Dr Audrey uses special needles, to go in, and gently cut sideways, between the skin layers, separating and freeing up the top layer to rise with a little filler. Looking at the photos of before and after, Im just blown away at the level of smoothness across both cheek areas.Doing this was so worthwhile, and Im over the hump with the healing process. Natural tone makeup over the Alastin gel, when going out during the healing process. .And with the 1/4 syringe, put away in the fridge a week ago, Dr Audrey was able to use it on another stubborn-to-raise acne scarred area.Using her SUBCISION technique, cutting sideways through the scar tissue that bound the skin layers together, Then raised the top freed layer with the filler.For about a decade, I had tried to do something about these noticeable pits. I went under the needle with different injectors. And none did this subcision technique at the same time.Deciding to do the Pro-Fractional first, and then this subcision/filler, for the deeper acne scars, has created phenominal results. Truly a life changing experience.Sept 18th, to see how everything is doing. I decided on botox on my 11s, and this stuff is working! Rose does such an amazing job with facial my skin looks so great when I leave. Today was the first time Trang did my micro needling and I had no bruising which is great. She also was meticulous about making sure everything was just right.I’m going to have her do a moxie in a few weeks to get rid of some spots I got in summer. The whole office is amazing!

I got Botox in the procerus and corrugator supercilli muscles. I have a dent in the procerus muscle that is getting deeper and more noticeable the older I get and the more stress causing tension and pressure. I was told it was a genetic thing. It also causes headaches right there or just feels annoyingly uncomfortable with the pressure on my forehead. I finally chose to do this for cosmetic, pain and headache reasons. I LOVE THE RESULTS! Now I want more! For cosmetic reasons now though haha but if anyone has an issue like me then April is amazing and knew exactly what to do! I love the BBL treatment! Zero down time and glowing results. I have seen a vast improvement in my skins texture and color. Red spots and little veins gone in a quick zap. Dark spots gently slough off in a weeks time.I also tried the Jeuveau for fine lines and I definitely prefer it over Botox. For me Botox caused my muscles to ache but Jeuveau does not.The staff is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Jen listens and understands just what I want. That office is full of gems!

I found Pacific Coast Aesthetics in a google search for a practitioner who had the latest Sciton laser. I had both BBL for age spots and the Halo laser treatment with April. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. She spent a lot of time at the consultation explaining all my options. Her prices are more than fair and the office looks like a luxury spa! Kristen the receptionist, is also very sweet and friendly. I felt super comfortable throughout the whole process and Im super thrilled with the results. I received a Moxi a little over a year ago and just one Moxi treatment I saw an incredible transformation from splotchy dull skin to a glowing face with an even skin tone! Halo and BBL ! Had a great service with April and her team today. Daisy was super friendly and helpful. April and Dave were so professional and explained everything so I would know what to expect. The BBL and Halo are supposed to help with my sun damage /sun spots and stimulate collagen production to help why aging skin perk up a bit. The Halo is not uncomfortable to endure, and the burning that occurs for a few hours afterwards is definitely manageable with the treatments and support Pacific Coast Aesthetics gives you. I have a rosy glow tonight and feel warm, but not burning/pain. I cant wait to see how these slightly more aggressive, non-surgical lasers improve my skin color, spider veins, fine wrinkles, and skin texture! I love PCA!! Will post
