I had Pacific Closet and Garage add some closet built-ins and re-do two garages with slat wall and custom cabinetry.I was blown away by the service. After the preliminary visit for measurements, I had a proposal within hours.Installation was quoted for four days, but these guys finished a day early. Not only that, the team showed up literally at 8:00 SHARP every single day. I dont think Ive ever had that level of punctuality for any housework thus far.The team was communicative throughout the build, and the finished product looks amazing.

Glenn operates a first class company! Had my old cabinets in my garage Laguna Niguel replaced with new gray laminate cabinets. Installation came out perfect and now I can fit everything in. Glenns installers were thorough, cleaned up as they went, very professional. Glenn is a hands on owner who directly manages his team and works along with them to get the job done. Very friendly and easy to work with. Very responsive to phone calls and text messages. Pacific Closet and Garage did such a great job that I am have them do another garage for me in La Quinta. Pricing is very fair, quality is very high. I had Glenn also do the epoxy floor, great pricing on that. Super quality preparation and workmanship.

We couldnt possibly be happier with Pacific Closet. I interviewed three companies including the one who claims to be the leader. (Not at all impressed.)Mia and her team stood out from the beginning. We got excellent suggestions and recommendations that were very pertinent to us. The results are spectacular. Add on time, under budget and exemplary craftmanship. Glenn initially came to the house to show us garage cabinet options and map the design out. The installers were unbelievable. They worked extremely hard. We also had Glenn show us mirrored closet door options and ordered. Again the installation people were so pleasant and hard working. I would definitely recommend to anyone need those items

We recently renovated our walk in closet with Glenn and his team. Five stars all the way. The planning/quoting process was simple and easy, he worked with me on revisions and redesigns via email, sending me 3-D visuals on what the finished product would look like, the instal was completed in a day; and the closet looks fabulous! Its the first custom closet Ive every had and I can tell you, theres nothing quite like a well organized space. They also guarantee their product for life, which speaks to their confidence and belief in what they do.I highly recommend!

I selected this company to do a major custom cabinet design, build and installation in my three car garage. Their team of professionals were outstanding and met my very demanding expectations. The process began with their designer Mia. She was my first impression of the company and was very effective. She knows her craft well and made some important and creative design recommendations. The installation team showed up on time, were thorough and worked hard to ensure the large project was completed on time. This is a great company to work with. Our project involved 4 walk-in closets and 2 home office stations. We shopped around and from the start, Pacific Closet was the most responsive company. They allowed us to pick what we wanted without employing any sales pressure tactics. Glenn and his crew Leo and Allen where great. They gave us a time when all areas will be completed and they beat the time set by a couple of weeks. We added a few items as we went and Glenn still managed to order the material and have it delivered and installed before our move-in date. Leo and Allen where professionals, clean and safety minded. 5 star rating is less for the work Glenn and his guys did for our Closets and Garage upgrade. From the start till the end he has been thoroughly professional and helpful. He did an excellent job of listening to our requirements and designing the master bedroom and garage closets as per our needs. Glen and his crew were amazing. I quoted a single closet job with four companies, three of which were the big closet providers and Glen not only matched or beat their prices but his history and experience as a contractor made me feel much more comfortable with the work he would do. Not to talk too bad on the other big closet companies but some of their measurements were off by a large amount which would have resulted in some big mistakes. Throughout the process Glen was also very willing to come back and work with us on the design, the materials and the finishing touches, he really cared about the job and getting it right. Although the job was for one closet we ended up doing three with Glen. I cannot recommend him and his crew more.

I hired Pacific Closet and Garage to replace my 20 year old garage cabinets. Their product was much superior to the other vendors that I looked at. Their service was outstanding. When I had a few minor issues for them to adjust, they responded immediately and were out the next day. The installer, Alan, spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. Would definitely use again and have already referred them to neighbors.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pacific Closet and Garage and Glenn B.Working with Glenn from Pacific Closet and Garage was one of the best contractor/construction related experiences Ive ever had! From the first phone call to the last payment receipt, the entire process was easy, efficient, professional, but friendly and relaxed.My project included 3 custom closets involving shelves, hutches, drawers, built-in desk, floating shelf, new electrical outlets, moving existing electrical outlets, installing closet lighting and switch, new double hung racks, built-in laundry hampers, cutouts for cable management, and more.Although I had a pretty good idea of my design before meeting with Glenn, he made suggestions and final edits that improved upon the design and made it more functional yet aesthetically pleasing.Of everyone I called for an estimate, the response from Pacific Closet and Garage was the fastest, the most fair quote, with the quickest start and completion times available of anyone. I nearly went with a big name closet company because those are just so prevalent. And I was hesitant to use a local company that I was afraid would have too many projects and not enough people (bad past experience with another local small company). Boy was I wrong! The big guys would barely return my calls, and once connected all of them could only schedule the consultations week+ out. Once here, they pushed much bigger and more expensive projects and materials on me than what I asked for, and their construction timelines were 2-3 times longer than Pacific Closet and Garage.Finally, it was just such a pleasure to work with Glenn. He is clearly a very experienced, professional, highly competent design and construction contractor. He brought equally professional crews with him and each day it was like they were never here - leaving everything as clean or cleaner than how they found it. They always asked if I needed anything else before leaving, and they were meticulous about making sure the finished product was pristine and solidly built and installed.Thank you to Pacific Closet and Garage, their crews, and most especially Glenn for a wonderful experience and amazing new closets, storage, lights, and built-in work station! Excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I shopped around quite a bit for our two walk in master closets and I chose Glenn because of how responsive and thorough he was over the phone and by email, even though he wasnt the cheapest option. He was very flexible when it came time to coming to the house for measurements and installation. He was always incredibly on time, professional, and followed all COVID guidelines.For the installation, his team all wore masks and they laid down protective covers for our floors all the way from the front door, up the stairs, and to the closets. I was really impressed. They had to come by 3 times because of COVID related delays from the supplier. What I appreciated was that despite all the delays (which were out of Glenns control), he was always very communicative and he never gave us false promises: we knew we could trust him to get the job done.In summary: Professional, responsive, flexible, and excellent end product. Dont hesitate to hire Glenn for your closet job!

Pacific Closet & Garage did an outstanding job on our two master bedroom closets at a very reasonable price. The materials are of the highest quality we could find, and are the same or better than those used by the most expensive companies. My wife and I sure feel good knowing that we didnt pay what those companies charge. Glen, the owner, personally came to our home to help us design the perfect closets for us, and he also came to help make sure they were installed fast and correctly. Weve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and I can say that Glen is one of the most honest and quality people we have ever met. Now our closets look beautiful and extremely custom. We strongly recommend Glen and Pacific Closet and Garage, and from this point on we would never use any other company again.

He is local as well, which we really loved. On the day of installation, they came in and got everything done in half the time we were expecting, with minimal disruption. He helped me design a built-in desk and storage area that is not only the perfect use of the small space (used to be a walk in closet) but also beautiful.Due to Covid the materials were very backordered, frustrating, but totally not his fault. He was excellent about continually communicating the status to us and pushing the manufacturers to get my materials as soon as possible. He even took multiple trips to my home to install pieces as they came. I was able to use my new desk and shelves while waiting for the cabinet doors. It would have been easier and more cost effective for him to do the work all at once, so I really appreciated his efforts.I couldnt recommend Glenn & Pacific Closet and Garage any higher!

Our experience began with Mia coming over, not once, but a couple of times for free to design, sketch, and measure, and make sure we were getting exactly what would work for us. We had our Master bedroom closet, and our guest room/office closet to be done. She had some great ideas, and was so helpful in the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and can show you in 3D what it will look like! She really listened to what our needs were, and because we live in a small condo, had a challenging footprint with which to work as nothing could be changed in that way. She was fantastic. We made some basic changes that would make both closets more efficient and look much nicer.I then began communicating with Glenn regarding time frame, etc. He too, is extremely professional, and timely with his responses through email and phone. He always got right back to us with even the smallest question/detail. Alan and Oscar were the installers and they were great! They got both the demo and install done in a day, and left the house clean. Again, a pleasure. Our overall experience with Pacific Closet and Garage was beyond excellent. We never felt like a number, and are so very pleased with how everything turned out.My hubby had made a mistake telling the installers to place a couple of belt racks in a certain area, (I hadnt communicated Mias and my idea of using them above my soon to be jewelry drawers, as necklace hangers!) I called Glenn when I got home that night, and he was there the very next day himself to quickly make the changes! Terrific customer service.I wish I had more closets and a bigger home, as I would have them do all the work! Look no further. I highly recommend Glenn, Mia, and his installers Oscar and Alan.

I am so impressed with Pacific Closet and Garage in every way. The owner himself, Glen, is involved in every step of the process. He even came out himself to measure the space and work out the exact measurements to maximize the space. I am an avid crafter and I was looking for a shelving unit to create more space for my craft supplies and paper. It is a small space, so it was quite a challenge to do what I was asking. But, he was able to utilize every inch and make more storage than I had even imagined. Before I chose to go with Pacific Closet and Garage, I had already had a few other quotes from other places. None of them came out to measure the space, get the measurements of the spaces I needed in the cabinet or give options of materials, etc. I was just given to a general sales person and provided with a quote over 2x what Glen was able to complete it for. Despite charging so much less, his product/cabinet came out perfect and is a high quality piece of furniture. He did not cut corners. My crafting friends are very jealous of my cabinet at this time and a few that can afford or are asking for his business card.

Dont hesitate if you are looking for quality service, materials and workmanship.I hired Glenn to completely design and update my garage storage. I had 25 year old ugly particle board cabinets and do it yourself shelves that were looking tired and not holding up.Glenn came up with the logical configuration to suite my needs and do a work around with my window, trash cans and existing file cabinet. We have a lot of shoes we keep in the garage as well which needed accommodation.The result was a very clean look with quality cabinets and shelves. I am so happy with my garage now. I just love how my garage feels much less cluttered with much more storage to boot. Glenns team that did my install were Oscar, Eden and Leo! They definitively were efficient, professional and so helpful. I also had Glenns team do a demolition on my old cabinets. His pricing was very reasonable.
