I have been working with PBM for over 2 years (of a 3 year plan) now. They were honest and up front with what they would be doing for me. They have settled 4 of my 6 accounts enrolled and I have saved over $20,000 so far! I went through a divorce and was left with a lot of credit card debt and needed some relief. I would highly recommend PBM to anyone that has a hardship and needs to resolve their debt and save a lot of money in the process!

This company contacted me about my business and personal debt. I was placed in a debt settlement program which also repaired my credit. I am a few years in the process and I have successfully had about half my debt settled. My credit is still suffering but I was told that will be repaired and disputed as accounts get settled and paid. Recommended.

Pacific Business Management has Ripped me off also. I have been with them for over 2 years and have not had a single Debt settled. They were supposed to take 410.79 a month to begin settling debts at about 35%of whats owed. After 5 months they said I had $208.18 available to pay depts with. they had charged $1007.55 for service fees, $74.75 for RAM to hold the accounts & $299.55 in Maintenance fees out of 2053.95 paid and that math does not add up (410.79*5=2053.95 - 1471.07 = 582.88- 74.75=508.13 - 269.95= 238.18)they said I had 208.18 to pay bills with still leaves $30.00 unaccounted for.

I was skeptical at first and for months until my first settlement was finished. I was told I would pay 50% for my debt and my credit would be repaired for free. The process is almost complete now and they did a really good job.

I entered into a PBM plan one year ago, not behind on any bills, but facing the certainty of being there quickly with a $1200.00 loss of income. One year later and 12 months of $400.00 payments, THEY tell me that I am not right for their program. When I look at my savings account with RAM that is where my payments have been going, there is NO MONEY. Ok to be fair $500.00. 10% of what I was saving was their. The rest was their FEES! Three lawsuits, THREE! Where are they now? They wont even give me a copy of my file so I can see what they did... 5K gone, and now facing a BANKRUPTCY, which is what I wanted to avoid! In speaking with an attorney he said That is the worst program I have ever heard of!Dont use these ripoff artists! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!!

PBM just negotiated a $5000 settlement on a student loan I owed $17000.00 on. It took quite a while to see my results but I am ecstatic!!!
