If you love paper thin walls, overflowing trash, dog poop all over, getting nickel and dimed to death, weasel apartment managers, having to pay to get packages, and getting ripped off of your deposit then you will absolutely love this dump. Living there was so miserable I had to move out early because of the conditions that the rude weasel Paul the manager did nothing about. I scheduled a move out inspection and they never showed up, which is part of their plan to rip you off. They said there was no damage to my apartment but they had to re paint the whole apartment because it smelled like I had cooked food, which yes I did cook in my kitchen but the only smell in the apartment was from cleaning products. Do you self a favor and avoid this dump like the plague, it may look nice but it is a facade and you will be sorry if you fall into their rip off trap

Paul was nice upon meeting him. When he found out I had a voucher he discouraged me from applying because they will probably lease it to someone who does not have a voucher. This does not align with Fair housing and they should be cited but HUD.

Moving in was a flawless experience, but moving out was the complete opposite. Dont expect to get any of your deposit back—they will charge you for every small thing. Despite cleaning the apartment thoroughly for days according to the move-out instructions and having minimal furniture, we were still billed for full cleaning and painting, even though there were no damages. Additionally, they sent us an invoice claiming we owed them $18 on top of the $1000 they took and repeatedly called us to demand payment. ( We of course paid it)On top of that, they dont allow deliveries to your doorstep and threaten to send packages back to the sender without notifying you. Instead, you must pay a mandatory fee for a locker at their leasing office.I suggest staying away from this property and any other properties under them and their parent company as far as you can.

Very nice community. I was surprisingly impressed with the junior one bedroom. Very nice amenities. The community is 5 stars, I can’t stand the aggressive sales tactics, which seem to be the case in the Bay Area. I didn’t experience this when I relocated to LA.

The overall experience living here is NOT good. Yes, Its convenient, its on top of the hill and its close to everything you need. But I wont recommend this place for several reasons:1. Communication is horrible, once you signed the lease, it takesforever for them to response your email or sometimes theyjust dont even bother to reply.1. Its mandatory that you sign up the locker system with themand pay an annual fee ($75) ... or you package will getreturned.2. One unit comes with one parking garage space (but you haveto pay a monthly rent of $40 ). Additional parking space is$140 and its even without a cover.3. They start charging for guest parking ($2 per hour or $16 forovernight parking)4. The move out charge is ridiculous, they ask us to pay over$500 for damage and they need to repaint the whole unit. Thephoto proof they provided is shoddy and all the marks showncould be easily cleaned or just need a little touch up.I summary.... its better to have a lot of money in your bank account if you decide to stay with them.

Extremely satisfied! I wasn’t sure if this ask could happen but not only did the staff make it possible but Romel did a perfect job! There was a grease like stain in between the oven glass when I moved it and I was really getting annoyed looking it and when I finally asked Romel came in, checked in with me about the ask, cleaned it for me as I was at work, and reported back when he finished. When I came home I was SO happy to finally see that stain gone! Thank you!

Greg arrived after I submitted the Request and changed the two large bulbs in the kitchen light. I never could have done this but he did it without any help. See kitchen picture above to see the large light that maintenance changed for me. It is working fine now.

This place is MAGICAL - lots of extra fees to consider depending on your circumstances. (TLDR for the 1 star is at the bottom under move-out)$50/month Pet rent$45/month for 1 car spot; $140/month for 1 additional car$30/month for charging an EV on premise (4 hours max)$15/month for THEIR renters insurance company (mandatory)$8/month for terrible smart home accessories$7/month to have your mail packages delivered (mandatory)$5/month for an external company to give you your bills$1/month for imaginary pest control$2/hour for guest parking (or else they tow the car)Water, Sewer, Trash, Electric, Gas, and Internet are all on youComplaints:Appliances:Washer/Dryers are a mix apparently, but I got the most inefficient, outdated ones possible. No ice maker in the fridge.Plumbing:On average I had to run the tap for 3 minutes to get hot water.Environment:I had to run a dehumidifier all the time to avoid damp conditions indoors. Sunny weather was not very common especially in the winter. Moss/Algae everywhere. These buildings are horribly maintained. I even saw a plant growing in a gutter. Trashes overflow constantly and boy do animals love it.Neighborhood:Looks nice but my bike magically disappeared one day from the garage one day. Also the apartment building next to you constantly has an odor of weeed. Traffic noise… LOTSMailroom:Mandatory package locker service. If you dont sign up they threaten to send it back. If you forget a package for 3+ days its $10/day in the locker.Staff:Prompt and friendly emails cease once the lease is signed and youve moved inMove out experience:This is how they earned the 1 star. I opted to move out because this place raises rent as much as legally possible. Anyhow - I was charged $550 for Damages and $195 for cleaning. I can accept the cleaning, but $550 for damage? Give me a break. The photos for their “proof” were shoddy at best. All marks shown would have easily been CLEANED or lightly touched up with less than a gallon of paint.Be warned! Photograph EVERYTHING on move-in and on move-out. Document EVERY DEFECT BIG OR SMALL. DO NOT LET THEM EXAMINE IT WITHOUT YOU PRESENT ON MOVE-OUT. I should have taken the warning from other reviewers. They will rip you a new one if you don’t document EVERYTHING.Air communities? More like GASPING FOR AIR COMMUNITIES.

I wont tell you to never rent from this place, its your living situation and your money. But I would rate them 0/5 if I could due to the poor manner of how they handled things, a couple of them listed below.However, they charged us $400+ off of our security deposit to repaint the apartment. Why? For damages. What damages? scuff marks... beyond normal wear. Where is the evidence? No pictures were provided, and invoice was sent and that was it. They also handled it in a less than professional manner when I asked for the information (and they still have yet to send evidence of the damages, which many law firm agrees that scuff marks are considered normal wear and can often be cleaned, hence cleaning fees). It seems like there are other people with similar issues as well per Google reviews.They sent out an email stating that we cannot have packages delivered to our door and must use their lockers (or shipped elsewhere) or else they will return any packages to senders. It should go without stating, but for purpose of clarity I will state it, that withholding a package and threatening to send back the package if residents do not pay the fee for the lockers they chose to use is less than legal, in fact there is a term for it, it is called obstruction of correspondence (for all intents and purpose, this address is the residents address, as it is their place of residency during the length of the agreed upon lease), and thats not to mention extortion. Federal statute 18 usc section 1702 strictly prohibits that, and is a federal crime prosecutable by law.I implore all that have been wronged and inconvenienced by this place of business to seek legal consult and take legal action as I am now. At the very least, small claims court. I even offered them an opportunity to right their wrongs, they pretty much said in an email go ahead and have my legal representative contact them.

I give one star because the living experience there is not bad. But the moving out experience is a nightmare, they charged me over $400 for the wall damages that actually cleanable scuff marks. They also charged me for cleaning separately. I exchanged emails with the move out team about the damage charge, but their response was very rude. They are not listening to your complaints and dont want to address any questions I asked about the bills. They didnt show up in the scheduled pre move out inspection and claimed wall damages with some blur photos Im not even sure whether they were taken from my apartment. Im considering going through legal process to protect my rights as a tenant.

While the apartment itself is not bad... the moveout management team is quite rude and shady to say the least... the claimed the apartment had damages and sent photos but those photos were not even from the apartment I lived in... I did get more pictures from my apartment but it was mostly just the walls.... Always have a walkthrough and dont trust them ( I made the mistake since the office was closed) I also received multiple condescending emails from the moveout specialist regarding their cleanliness standards when there was always trash overflowing in the complex. it just sucks that the move out ruined what could have been a good experience with this company... Dont expect to get any of your deposit back and expect to pay more...

We moved into Pacific Bay Vistas about a week ago and love it here so far. Everything appears to be clean and kept in order. Jorge in the leasing office was very professional during our tour and continues to be incredibly helpful with all our questions and concerns. The rooms are a bit smaller than our last place, but it actually feels cozier this way. The amenities look amazing; can’t wait to use the fitness center and indoor pool. Also, the community seems to be full of pleasant people which is always a plus.

Pacific Bay Vistas has great amenities, and the staff is wonderful. The community is dog friendly, with its own dog park! My little guy loves to be with his furry friends, there is even a facebook pet owner page you can join. A beautiful indoor salt water pool, a great gym and guest parking available. I havent been here long, but Im incredibly happy with my home. Pacific Bay Vistas is close to trails, the apartments are spacious with lots of light. Ive even tried to convince friends who are looking for a new place to move here.

We have been living here for 3 months and have had a wonderful experience so far! Moving cross country is no easy feat, but we felt at ease with Pacific Bay Vistas from the start. Katrina gave a great tour, and was there every step of the way, calling or shooting me a text during the approval process. She is so sweet and friendly!The grounds are kept up beautifully, and the gym and pool are a great feature. My husband and I have even used the community grills a few times already.We would highly recommend Pacific Bay Vistas and we’re so glad we found our little home here in California!

Such an amazing space! When we first were looking for a place to live in the beginning of the year, Jorge gave hands down, the best tour weve ever been to! After our tour, we just knew that this space was our future (now current!) home. Once we had the apartment, Cherie and Jorge were so accommodating and so warm to welcome us into their community. We recently moved into this community and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Shout out to our leasing manager Shara and the community manager Cherie for being on top of everything and having an open line of communication. Our apartment was super clean with all upgraded appliances and remodeled bathrooms. The air is so fresh compared to the city and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. There’s a dog park and BBQ area right in the center of the community, plus an indoor pool and gym—which are all amazing perks. I lived in the city all my life, and both my husband and I needed a change in scenery. Love our new home here.

THE BEST management we have come across.The leasing staff and maintenance staff are amazing and always ready to help.Apartments were fully renovated when we moved in. We dint have many maintanence issues for the 1 year we stayed here and even when we had, it was fully taken care of within 24hrs even on weekends.Very good dog park and the property is beautifully maintained. Great gym and indoor pool too!

We have lived at Pacific Bay Vistas for 14 months and we only have beautiful words for this place. First, if you are looking for a quiet and safe place to live, around nature and fresh air, and close to San Francisco, close to hiking areas, and close to the airport, this is your place :). Our 2 bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need, with all upgraded appliances, 2 remodeled bathrooms, and washer and dryer in unit! The community has a barbecue area, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a Clubhouse, and a lovely and clean dog park. Pacific Bay Vistas is a gem in the middle of the Bay Area.Cherie, the Community Manager, Shara, the Leasing Manager, and Greg, the Services Manager, always go above and beyond. They have always been very supportive and answer all the questions we have had during our stay.

Please be aware of this place . It’s a massive scam . Their apartment complex is disappointing . For the amount of money you’re paying for the appliances are completely out of date . Old Electric stove burners and fridge, their washer and dryer are constantly out of order . There are rats running around very where, their garbage over flows every where !!! The place smells as Dog Urine and there is Fecal matter every where !! Last but not least they “ say they’re a smoke free community “ but they’re are not . People continue to smoke in the complex, and their walls are so thin you can HEAR AND SMELL EVERYTHING!! People are coming and going out of that place . Do your self a favor and do some research on this place . Also do a walk through before you lease it out, don’t let their lobby fool you . The atmosphere within the apartment complex can only be described as terrible. Everything seemed to be broken or out of order, begging for repairs that never seemed to come. It was like living in a perpetual state of inconvenience and frustration.But what made the experience even worse was the staff. Their behavior was far from helpful or accommodating. In fact, they were downright terrible. The leasing office, in particular, was a nightmare. The way they treated people was beyond belief. It was as if they lacked any sense of compassion or professionalism.Living in that apartment complex felt like being trapped in a scam. Nothing was as advertised or promised. It was a constant battle to get anything fixed, and the staffs apathy only added insult to injury. The overall experience was a clear reminder of the importance of thoroughly researching and investigating any living arrangements before making a decision.

Helloooo all! So i just made the biggest move of my life! I left my hometown of Utah and moved further west to San Bruno Cali!! And let me tell you i did extensive research on where to move to, and Pacific Bay Vistas and another place 2(minutes away) were the top contenders. The staff is amazing! The community is spotless! Amenities are perfect! I cat complain one bit, oh and the apartments are nice and cozy! Definitely feels like home and i would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Bay

Ive only lived here a month but the day I came in for my appointment and got a viewing the staff was bending over backwards to assist me with any questions about each apartment I looked at help me with my application setting up my online rent payment. The property is so clean welcoming it really feels like home its quiet I feel safe the property is well maintainedit has a gym an indoor swimming pool couple of barbecue areas a doggy park clubhouse theater what more can you ask for. The apartment is like new with granite counters stainless steel appliance washer and dryer I couldnt ask for more and I hope to keep this place and make it my home. And Patrick and Sherry the manager were going out of their way to help me with anything phone calls returning my emails helping me get information that I needed they were there it seemed like 24/7 but they were there when you needed them. Later edited: chatted with leasing office and they reversed the 3 month late fee and helped us set up auto pay. Also, the latest “quit 30 days notification” was a mistake. Will see if it go through next month.——-I’m a resident for one and half year. They changed the payment system early this year, and it’s a nightmare since then— the new system is super hard to setup auto payment correctly. We keep receiving “pay rent in three days or quit” paper notice and have to pay $100 late fee EVERY MONTH, which wasn’t an issue before they changed the system. Today, they sent me the “quit in 30 days” notification again even though the balance on the system is 0. I feel very disrespectful and troublesome. Also I don’t think “I” should pay the extra $100 monthly because the “leasing office” changed system. it’s like a TRAPOn the other hand, I do like this community. Will update review if they fix the issue

Horrible living experience; small and overpriced apartments. Community is not suited for families with children as there was nothing to do for kids and weather is awful throughout the year. The trash is always overflowing making it unhygienic place. The move out experience was horrible and no charges were communicated until the final bill. Overpriced charges on final move out and lack of discussion to address those concerns are the reasons I will ask everyone who is living there or wants to move there to be careful in evaluating and documenting everything before they go through this experience. You can forget about the deposit while be ready to pay additional cost for minor wear and tear in other communities. I am so glad that we moved out of that place.

Ive been at Pacific Bay Vistas for about a month now and I have to say, Ive had the best experience beginning from my tour, move in and beyond. Jorge has made sure all of my needs are met and answers all of my questions without delay. The pool and gym are amazing and we cant wait for the movie theater to open back up. Having maintenance at my fingertips is the best perk I could ask for. We feel at home and couldnt be happier with our choice to move to Pacific Bay Vistas!

My wife and I are current residents here and it’s a mixture of good and bad. The facilities like the dog run, fitness center and pool are great. However, it seems as though the actual construction of the property was done on a budget. We hear every single footstep that our upstairs neighbors make. It makes relaxing in your apartment pretty much impossible. We have brought this up to the management team more than once but nothing has changed. I’m not sure what they can do at this point but it’s quite frustrating.Update 2/23/19: I had a comment come through from “George” asking me to email him about the issues I am having. I reached out to “George” a week ago and have not heard back from him yet. Seems to be the theme with management here.

Pacific Bay Vistas is located in between mountains and the beach and view from our apartment is amazing, its like you are on a vacation 365 days, our leasing agent Jorge made our move very effortless right from show the property to until we move in the apartment, he patiently answered all the questions and kept us updated with all the information related to the move. We have just recently moved into the Pacific Bay Vistas and have nothing but high regards. The entire complex is clean, maintained to a high standard and the community is friendly. Cherie (our leasing agent) made our move-in simple and answered all of our questions/concerns. Whenever you need something solved inside the apartment, the service team is right there to help. Facilities are great, apartments are nice and clean. While many other places may be able to provide this (although even this can be hard to find) what makes Pacific Bay Vistas such a uniquely wonderful place to live is the staff. Every person that I have interacted with here—leasing office, maintenance—has been accommodating and attentive. A visiting friend compared the professionalism, friendliness and service of the staff as comparable to one at a “luxury hotel.” Cannot recommend Pacific Bay Vistas more.P.S. Location is perfect for reverse commuting to the Peninsula, and also conveniently close to San Francisco (~15 minutes to dinner in the Mission District).

Pacific Bay Vistas is a great spot - the location is really convenient for my work, the layout, upgrades and amenities of the apartment are great. The community offers all of the extras I really wanted - an indoor pool, a package center, in unit washer/dryer and a garage space. The leasing agent (Shana) was great to work with, and the maintenance people I have seen around are very friendly.

Pacific Bay Vistas is a nice quiet community for someone looking For a place to call home. With great views of The city and the Ocean! I would recommend renters to look here because it really is an awesome place to come home to. I have been a resident for almost 2 years and haven’t had any complaints at all. It is close to many trails and sights to check out if you are interested in the great outdoors. It is located in between Pacifica, South San Francisco, and Daly City. Making it a prime spot for freeway access to shopping malls, markets and other brand stores within a few minutes away. I hope this review gives you an idea of how much of a gem this location is!

I love this community and neighborhood. So much nature around it. The apartment complex has a nice warm pool and really large gym. Staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs. I am happy. Only part that could improve is affordability of rent, but that depends on market as well.

Very bad sound insolation between floors. youll easily know where the people live above you walk in their apartment.the place is cold and is foggy 70% time of the year.Trash & Sewer & other fees are 20% higher than the places I lived before yet the trash dump is always full and have a mountain of trash.ignored my online service requests twice; there was 1 good experience before covid though.I always spend a day or two cleaning before moving out and usually lose some deposit for things hardly be done by myself, for my 3 previous places the amounts were $60 - $200+ (basically same, all 2Bs hard floor with no carpet) but here I was charged $200 for general cleaning, $200 for painting and $288 for stove top replacement. so good luck make your apartment move-in ready condition and kiss goodbye your deposit because the tenants totally responsible for all the wears and tears

Their communications with us were frequent and informative. I have been extremely happy with my choice to join the Pacific Bay Vistas family.

Everything is very clean. It even has a gym and even an indoor swimming pool! Perfect for swimming even in the winter!

I have lived here for a year now with no major issues. I love the open floor plan and kitchen area of our tiny one bedroom, makes it feel bigger. While small floor plan for the price, it is hard to find a place with all new appliances including a washer and dryer near SF. Our move in a year ago was painless and our residence here has also been painless. Comfortable, modern apartment. Living areas are smaller, but you get a beautiful patio or deck and a quiet location to call home. Previous reviews talk about how cold it gets - it is on the border of Pacifica on the hill, so in wintry months and during the summers it can get colder inside. But we have never had to run our heater.My only issue is with the lack of storage space within the unit and that it is difficult for guests to get decent parking. Suffice to say we are hoping they do not raise rent come the end of our lease!

We love our apartment, the view is incredible. Modern counter tops, wood floors and its on the border of Daily City, Pacifica and San Bruno. Christine and her staff are amazing and very professional. Things are handled efficiently and timely. The grounds are clean and fresh. Most importantly the place looks exactly like the photos you see. Clean and new not just the pictures the website wants you to see.

Is beautiful and well maintained plus there are a number of amenities available. What I love about PBV is that its safe and has a sense of community with the residents. We love most of our neighbors and have been very lucky over the years. Not to mention, the easy access to 280 and 101 freeways and convenience of nearby shopping and restaurants. I love being 20 mins from SF and being able to come home to the quiet environment of my apartment after the hustle and bustle of the city. The only issue weve had would be the thin walls. We could hear everything above us. Honestly, its also on our neighbors to be considerate of others. We have people living below us and are cognizant about the noise level after hours. The management and maintenance team are also fantastic. The best crew that weve had since weve been here. Cheri and Martin are really great and are expedient and thoughtful in responding to emails and addressing issues. It is a big property and I think overall PBV does a great job handling issues, working on renewal questions, and keeping residents happy.

After more than a year living at PBV I can attest that both the location and facility exceeded my expectations for a community of this type. The gym and pool are well maintained and attractive. Despite this they are often empty which makes using them even nicer. Our place has one of the most amazing views in the Bay Area with a split view of both the bay and the pacific. The cloudy nature of the area feels like a downside, until you arrive home on the hottest days of year to find a cool breeze and a beautiful sunset. Less than fifteen minutes from the city, and minutes from multiple shopping options it feels like a refuge amidst the metropolis. I moved about a month ago to Pacific Bay Vistas! I love everything! Great weather! Clean community! Close to the ocean, stores and malls! The rent is fair enough for this area. Very close to downtown and freeways! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are happy to call this place HOME.UPDATED

Lived at PBV for 2 yrs and I enjoyed it a lot. I even enjoyed the fog since I like cold weather more than hot and sunny weather. Cherie is great. She listens and takes care of all the issues we have. Maintenance team is very courteous as well. Gym is great. Has pretty much everything I need. If I cant make it to my gym, I am more than happy to swing by PBV gym to work out. The indoor pool is clean and awesome. I sometimes swim too and if I go in the morning, it is usually empty. Two complains I had were - 1. Shared garage. Some people do not like to close the door, which annoyed me. 2. Thin wall. I could hear my neighbor talking.Unfortunately, we recently moved because of work, but I would recommend this place to everyone. If you got Qs, ask away.

This community is very comfortable because the facilities are very complete really have the feeling of home! And the community service is also very in place! If you have any questions, you can contact the staff and get timely feedback and help! What I like most is that the air in the community is so fresh! Due to the address at the top of the mountain can breathe the fresh air every day!

I am very new to Pacicfic Bay Vistas, but this far I have been treated very well! The staff has been very easy to reach by phone or email, and made my move-in very easy. The apartment is nice and cozy with all new appliances and the amenities are great! There’s a beautiful dog park, indoor pool and gym. There’s a new package system that is really nice! It’s a very pet friendly area so you will hear barking often if you have your windows open. I personally only have one big issue! the internet. I hear it’s complicated, because the city has to vote what areas get better internet first or something to that nature. Your only two options are, AT&T and San Bruno Cable. Both only offer 100 mbs, maximum. For most people who only use apps on there phone and stream Netflix, it’s not really a big issue, aside from buffering every now and then. For others who download, upload, play video games or program, the speeds may effect you. AT&T is cheaper, but there customer care is very poor, and there installation times are outrageous! Like three weeks! San Bruno Cable will be there in two days and I haven’t had any issues so far, besides the slow speeds.

Beautiful apartment. As soon as I enter the apartment it felt like home. The managers were amazing at explaining the steps to get the apartment. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new apartment that is calm and clean.

This complex is incredibly clean, has an upscale feeling and overall just a great vibe. Been living here for only a couple weeks but it definitely feels worth it. Will update our review later on as we live here longer. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the high price but may increase to a 5 as we live here longer, we shall see.

Ive lived at Pacific Bay Vistas for 10 months now. The apartment, while a little small for the price, is virtually brand new. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, garage spot (shared so you dont have storage but it beats having to wipe the morning dew of my windshield every day) and an in-unit washer/dryer are key (although the in-unit for the 1 bedroom is really in the closet on the balcony). It definitely gets foggy here but that just makes me appreciate the sun when its out all that much more. The staff is friendly, they offer regular social events allowing you the opportunity to meet your neighbors and the issues that do come up (trash, dog poo poo) are now resolved. My only complaint is the lack of insulation (its a little on the cold side in my place) and the noise from my upstairs neighbor. I cant hear talking/tv but due to the hardwood I am able to hear them walking around at times. Those are minor issues given all the pros. Im unable to comment on the move out process as Im mid-lease and most likely will be renewing at the end of the term.

I just moved in from the “other” complex next door and there is no comparison. The upgrades and amenities are amazing. Did I mention there’s a washer and dryer in the unit? That alone made my mind up. The place smells and looks brand new. Staff are helpful and responsive. A+ service!

Very quite community. perfectly located where you can drive a few minutes and you can be at the beach or mall or San Francisco. Great view and great hiking and walking trails near ball. 24 hours access to gym is a plus especially for someone who works odd hours.

We have lived here since July 2015 (almost 2 months) and it is one of the few large-dog-friendly apartment complexes on the peninsula that we were able to find. Features include a dog-park, new units with washer and dryer in the porch closet (leaves little room for storage however), granite countertops, and laminate wood floors-much easier to keep clean than carpets! Close to Milagra Ridge and the Pacifica beaches for fun; 20 minutes away from San Mateo on the 101 or 280 for work. Hoping the peninsula-wide price-hikes in a years time do not make it unaffordable.

Do not move in here unless you are an Eskimo with no friends. It is freaking COLD inside the building. No matter how high you turn on the heater, the cold air flows in from the power outlets. I have no idea how this building got passed by the San Bruno city inspection.One star is for the appearance. Other than that theres nothing good to say about this place.Parking is a nightmare. $10 / month for the first car, $150 month for each additional, this is insane for a suburb area like San Bruno.Buildings are not good quality and walls are paper thin. I can even hear the sound of opening a tap upstairs. Imagine the rest. This is a horrible place and I would not recommend this place to any human being.I will be out of this place as soon as my lease is up.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I have been in correspondence with Karen since December about getting into a 1 BR 1BTH. I have reached out multiple times to make sure the timelines and dates were correct so I could do my part to get in. I was told I would be put on a waitlist and someone would give me a call, which I never received. I tried reaching out twice, both times I’ve called no one answered the phone. Today I call and find out there are no more rooms available and the man I spoke to claimed he did not know who Karen was and that no one with that name worked there. I never received an apology. I’m not sure who the gentleman’s name was, but he was the least personable person and could really care less that they really screwed with peoples lives here, so now I’m scrambling to find a place to live.

It is unfortunate to write a terrible review.I had the worst experiences here.Reviews in Google Maps are quite artificial. You can see from the responses.I wouldnt recommend this place.Problems are very clear as soon as you sign the lease.1. Package will not be delivered2. Your problems will not be fixed. Maintenance team is fine but they are so overloaded. Average time to response is more than a week3. Guest parking is horrible.4. Guest parked cars will be towed even after registration5. My neighbor had a car break-in issue6. Internet and cell reception is horrible in this apartment.
