This place isn’t just close to home for me but they are super affordable and know exactly what they are doing. Love that it is family owned. I have come here for a radio install and for my alarm system to be fixed. I was in and out super quick and didn’t break the bank. Stop going to Best Buy for radio installs this place will not just save you money but time as well. Highly recommend. Oh they work on classic cars too like my 66 Mustang.

I brought my yellow C5 Corvette here end of last year. Everything still works perfectly! I still have my receipt for lifetime warranty! I financed everything through SNAP Finance. They have a program where you can pay it monthly, 3 months and no interest after 3 months Snap will charge you interest. I got new 4 tires, a double din stereo, alpine sub woofer, alpine speakers, back up camera, and a aftermarket double din center console. (they gave me a discount) I walked in with a budget of $500 but they were glad to help and give me discounts to get what I wanted. Walk out with about $2,000 worth of things not including labor costs. I drop a couple bands for sure lol 😆 I’m pretty spoiled so the work took all day while I sat on my phone and watched their TV. When I went to get food and came back they had my car park in front of the store admiring it. It’s a really classic car and they treated my baby with respect and were really nice. I had an issue the day after my turn light wasn’t working and they gladly fixed it with no charge. Will come again this year for more upgrades since it’s a classic car and I need to “modernize” it a bit more to my taste. I highly recommend these guys! They also got rims and tires!Edit: Went again to add more stuff guys were awesome as always. See you in 2024. Thank you 🙏🏻😎

My one stop shop for tint, rims, and sound systems they truly are the best at what they do. They carry the best products that includes 1 year warranty and lifetime on labor I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issues for that reason I’ve sent them multiple referrals and I really appreciate the work they do highly recommend checking them out

Great job with install and wiring, you can tell these guys know what they are doing, they are passionate and professional. A little on the expensive side but worth every penny. My car did stink of cigarettes after they worked on it.. I havent smoked a day in my life. Thats the only reason they didnt get 5 stars. Still highly recommended.

I have been coming to pacific audio for years now . Came in to get my 2006 gmc sierra lifted . Got a 7 inch rough country suspension lift kit for the same price as a 6 inch that was on special and some nice 2o inch fuel rims with 35 inch off-road tires. Rick the manager was great and walked me thru the whole process and was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal ! Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back for more . I went to multiple shops and got quoted almost double the price for the same product but for a 6 inch lift and didn’t even mention that the 7 inch was on special . Rick guaranteed me that he would give me the best price possible and he did . Next I’m coming back for my audio system. THANK YOU RICK !ASK FOR RICK AND THANK ME LATER.

I came in about two months ago to get a dash cam installed in my car. I drive a Subaru Br-Z and they were able to install it without having any wires hanging out. The dash cam since has been working great.The turn around time ways only a half a day. The service was great and they were able to give me a fair price.ALSO, I had broken my front lip awhile back. I had it in my trunk and was looking for someone to install it. Even though they do not focus on this type of installation, I asked if they were able to do it. They checked out my car and were able to install it. This saved me a huge headache of finding another place.Overall, very pleased with their service.

Just pick my Corvette up and had my windows tinted. I’ve had my windows tinted before. But this was the most sloppy job I have ever had getting my windows tinted. I pick it up and complained about water run lines in my interior and outside my car. I call to complain to Rick and he told me it’s our problem to clean up after them. Them I go to call back and complain about Rick to the owner and come to find out Rick is the owner. I will never come back to this place.NOW THEY OFFER TO WASH MY CAR AND GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. IF YOU WOULD OF DONE THE JOB RIGHT AND HANDLED IT WHEN I FIRST CALLED WE WOULD NOT BE IN THIS SITUATION. YOU TOLD ME IT MY PROBLEM. IM NOT LOOKING FOR FREEBIES. I JUST WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT. Used Pacific Audio on several different occasions. They tinted 3 cars for me. 2004 Mitsubishi Galant, 2004 BMW 325i, and a 1966 Ford Mustang. Amazing customer service and amazing quality each and every time. Communication was top notch throughout the whole process.On the 1966 Ford Mustang they installed a full Alpine Type R sound system for me. Was done quick and came out very professional. Never had an issue since the day it was installed.Will 1000% come back for anything else I need in the future.

Went here couple months back for an upgrade on my stereo system. Bought the 2nd most expensive stereo avaliable for my car and they pretty much crammed the thing in. Scratched up the housing around it and the plastic housing for the radio is flexing, nothing was fitted flush. Display lights for dash and center cluster flicker or half are out and sometimes come back on. Didnt connect steering wheel controls for volume/calls and the radio likes to just turn off randomly or restart while im driving. Sometimes the volume goes up and down on its own. Sold me a good radio just carelessly installed it. Took it to another place so they can clean up after their careless installation. Decent prices on their inventory but bad labor and installation. I work in the automotive industry all I can say is they dont really seem to care how the job gets done. Dont usually take my vehicles in for other people to work on as I can do most on my own but when you work full time on graveyard shift its nice to spend the extra dollar and have a professional take care of the hassle.

These guys are very dishonest. I have never left feedback for any business before but felt I should here! Gave me really good prices from the start so I chose to use their service. Completed the job everything looked great. After only 1 day ran into nothing but problems. Found myself going back there every week to fix something. They started getting tired of me coming in to fix their own problems and started insulting me. After that I took it to a different shop on cherry and Carson (great guys, very honest) after inspecting every they said it was a very poor installation job. Said they had never seen such a cheap job before, and that it looked like whoever did the installation didnt know much. Just wanted to let that be known to everyone! Dont go here!!

Don’t have a business if you’re going to talk to people like that and not listen to anything they have to say.Came here to pacific audio and they where able to take care of the problem. They where very kind and friendly. The owner was kind enough to allow my mom to change the tv to her Spanish program while we waited for the radio to get worked on. The whole experience was a NIGHTMARE. I called and made an appointment and they said an hour. I waited over 5 1/2 hours before they finally did the install which they rushed and did in under 10 minutes. The father and two sons were very rude. It worked until I drove my vehicle twice and the back speakers quit working. I went back and they told me too bad and wont reconnect them. Find any other place.

Service was great. Gilbert was very accommodating and made good and economical suggestions. In our initial encounter, he gave us great prices on a Kenwood head unit w/ built-in Bluetooth, sat radio, remote and all the bells and whistles; combine that with full tinting on my sons Toyota Corolla. Service was done as scheduled and finished as promised. After that I had tints jobs done on our BMW X1 and X3. Great Job!

Had them install some dynamat on the top of my trunk it reduced the vibration by about 70%. They also troubleshot why my air conditioning was making static I new it was related to my sound system was just a adjustment of the amp. Was a bit over priced even though I talked him down a bit. Did a good job though so not to mad. I see some bad reviews but my exsperience overall was pretty solid and I am sure these guys have learned from past mistakes from these reviews give them a shot and you are the only one to blame for not doing research and getting multiple quotes before pulling the trigger on a place to get car audio work done.

Came in around 12pm to get my Windows tinted and I asked how long it would be, the guy said about two hrs for mine but they were finishing up another car then they would start mine. 4 hours later Im still here waiting for my car. And the guy here wants to give me a stupid answer when I tell him its been a long time it was suppose to be done. He said if I wanted he could just tell the guy working on my car to finish what hes doing and I can take it half done. Worst service ever.

When you buy it he says you get lifetime warranty now that the tint has failed (it started coming up on the bottom because their men cant cut propperly) . this same problem happened twice here actually from same shop and they granted me warranty one month after but now being 3 months he says he wants $40 for the fix. That good sit is noy lifetime warranty. The first time free of charge he fixed his mistake. Now 3 months later my lifetime warranty has expired. lmao this place is a joke. all their tint is cheapest quality on the market and each and everyone of their audio products are from china amd very very cheaply produced..

Went here to get speakers, radio, and alarm installed, they said it would only take a few hours but took 2 days. The alarm system worked for about a month they had the wires just laying across the engine block. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bad service, They do not care for customers well being. The quality of work is sub-par. They installed my speakers, within 2 months I had to go back and demand they fix, an installers wiring error. They also overcharger their products thats why they are so willing to bargain the price, so be aware of outstanding prices. Online stores, has everything they offer for but cheaper.This review has been held back and finally after 4 consecutive visits of my questions/needs not being fullfilled I had to give the review.Find another audio shop, there are definately more out there

Im giving them one star, because apparently you have to give something. I explicitly heard the first sales rep say for an extra amount, they wouldnt cut my dash. I agreed to it, thinking how nice it would look to have a DDIN stereo in my truck, and make it look original! Can you believe what I felt to see that not only did they cut the dash, but it looks like a kid did it. Very, very disappointed. If you can do the work yourself, by all means, give it a try. Cant be any worse than what they can do.

I came in about 15 minutes before closing and i spoke to the gentleman behind the counter I told him I had just put a system in my truck but I wanted more bass and I was looking into upgrading my kicker cvt 12 for a jl audio tw3 12.I asked him if he could please check out my system since I only wanted to upgrade if it was going to make a big difference. He was kind enough to come check out my system and even went the extra mile and brought out the jl audio tw3 so I can hear the difference myself and boy was their a difference. He ended up leaving it in my truck and i just went inside to pay and went about my day.I really appreciate you going the extra mile thank you!

Went there to get a quote for a 2-din stereo to replace the factory installed. They quoted the head unit and all the accessories higher by at least 70-80% than Amazon prices plus a $50 installation fee. This is a rip off shop, go somewhere else.
