Went in for 4 tires for my dodge challenger wide body I just got my rims refinished I should have known better coming here to this ghetto place they over inflated my tires and my rims were filthy just awful you definitely get what you pay for here bad service and poor craftsmanship he tried to take off my tires when I refuse to pay him for nicking my rear passenger rim I threw the money in his face and demanded they let me out do not bring your car here unless your want your rims damaged and looking like you went off roading in a mud pit they definitely treat Hispanic people better here than they do other races here I witnessed it first hand!

Im starting to belive everyone aint who the pretend to be we been knowing the father for ever an I came in today an forgot my wallet I told him I would come back with the 20$ but he said no because other people didnt come back Im not other people Im the guy you knew as a kid now Im the adult who comes in an tips 5 bucks to get my air checked.. I got a screw in my tire this morning so I came here to fix it only to find out I got bad tires after he told me eighty but I only had six in my Ash tray I left my wallet on accident an he couldnt trust me to come back with metal sticking out my tire an him knowing I have to go pic up my children he had me drive on the bad tire I know its not his responsibility but where is the since of humanity but he taught me a lesson that good business dont come from people you know it comes from good business men an women.. I wont recommend them if your in a bind they lost me as a customer completely all Im gonna say is go where they value you...

Oh yeah I caught a flat on the 405 Going back to San Diego on 5/20/23 and it was about 6:30pm and I got off the freeway on Carson St, it was about 71/2 miles away from Pacheco Tire shop!! I didn’t have a spare and I couldn’t wait for a tow, So I just moved inland away from the industrial area to search for tire shops that whet on google!! And all of them where closed except #1 uno mas Pacheco Tires!! I’m so Grateful to the Men who stayed Opened that Night because when I reached Pachecos Tires it was a line of cars in the same position I was in!! On flat with no spare!!

Had a flat tired late Saturday night, Called early Sunday and Ramiro let me know they could absolutely help me on a Sunday, they had an amazing used tire. $40 and 25 mins later, back on the road! They even put the spare back under my car for me. Really appreciate the staff here!!!! 10/10 Recommend.

Great service, they changed both of my tires within 10 mins they are faster than McDonald s drive thru. I got used quality tires and for a reasonable price. When Im in need for tires again Im going to Pachecos tire shop and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

They are the most expensive and most helpful shop in LA. I live all the way in West LA and will drive to them for any of my tire needs. I will barrow a truck if I have to just to give them my business. They are that good 👍👍

Great service but the owner needs to run it more professionally. Customers walk around smoking weed and they cut the line. He feels the customers should resolve cutting the line issues themselves which could cause a serious issue. Oneday, someone will get hurt or killed here. I felt hispanic customers were a priority over other races.

I went at 7:30pm and bought two new tires off the car to make it easier for them because space is usually tight and I paid 130 for new tires and balance. They couldnt even do their job and take the OLD weights off and the workers were getting high they whole time talk about half the job. I use to work in a tire shop and this is unacceptable WILL NEVER GO BACK

IM BLOWN AWAY!My 18 year old sons wallet full of cash and credit card accidentally fell out of his pocket at Pachecos. Happened around 1pm, he noticed around 7pm. he was sick about it. I said lets drive down and search but he decided to call first. Pacheco said his brother found it and to come on down to pick it up. What??? Serious? We drove 30 minutes to pick it up. He had it in a bag all contents intact. I have HUGE RESPECT for this shop. This speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of thepeople running this place. I HIGHLY recommend Pachecos and will never forget this.

This is my go to for flat tires or used tires. They sell new tires as well. I drive past 3 tire shops to get here although the set up to pull out is a little hard because you have to back up into Alondra Blvd which can be busy. The reason i only come here is because the owners dad, which i believe works at their other location now, didnt charge me once when all i needed was air in my tires. Its been many years since then and i dont remember the exact situation but i do remember feeling like he was being an honest repair man which is rare when it comes to car shops especially for us females. So i really recommend them.

Life Savers!! Popped my tire on a like-size pothole off Atlantic. Checked a few other places and it wasnt until I called this place that they actually carried my tire. They were affordable and quick. Highly recommend this place if youre near by, need a quick fix, or live in the area.

The owner said I ran over a nail but no nail was visible. My tire blew out I took pictures to display the damages to my vehicle, they only replaced the blown out tire. I was refused the authorization code by a person called Pacheco, and his brother, his co-worker was very hostile towards me. They refused to further assist by providing the authorization code.
