Hello, I am a plumber with Security Plumbing & Drains. I am writing this review because I used P&T restoration. I would Like to say that they did outstanding work for me. I felt really safe leaving Phil with my customers. Service was outstanding. The work was clean and neat, their pricing are flexible. Customers were satisfied. The receptionist were great super friendly, quick to respond and great to work with . Thank you guys, will be surly to use P&T Restoration for now on.

I am a professional plumber with security plumbing and I have used P&T restoration for the past 3 years and i can say as being a plumber, having a good restoration company is key because you have to have someone you can trust within your customers home and will ensure the safety of your customers. I’ve used lots of restoration company’s and by far I can say P&T go above and beyond from the call to the end of the service. Phil is an amazing guy, they have an amazing foreman Mitch, and Terry will win your heart with how kind she is. I 100% recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of service they provide.

Over the past 20 years Ive used various restoration companies to repair water damage caused by leaks at both my residence and my rental property. I wouldnt recommend any of them.Two weeks ago my tenants discovered water leaking from the ceiling at my rental property. I found P&T Restoration online and decided to use their services based on the many excellent reviews. Im so glad I did. They were ready to start remediation the minute I called for help and they responded immediately when my tenants discovered a second (unrelated) leak two days after the first one. After Phil set up the equipment he and his team checked the progress on a regular basis. They removed the equipment as soon as the place was dry, rather than leaving it for weeks as other companies have done in the past. In addition to their responsiveness and competence, they are definitely some of the friendliest people Ive ever done business with. Thanks to Phil, Terri and the rest of the P&T team, my experience was as painless as a remediation and restoration project could possibly be. Highly recommend!

P&T came in quickly after a water leak from our refrigerator line. Our regular plumber fixed the faulty valve. P&T was recommended to us by Sherlock. P&T removed damaged drywall, baseboards and carpet. Installed drying machines and prepped everything for the construction which followed. Super job. Very responsive and great crews. Would hire them again (hopefully not for a leak!).

The whole crew at P & T Restoration made everything during the process of the job so quick and simple. From dealing with my insurance directly, took a worry off my shoulders, Terri made sure to keep me updated on every step of that process. Whenever I had questions Phil was one phone call away to answer and help put my mind at ease. All of the employees explained to me everything they were doing and kept me updated the whole process. I would definitely recommend Phil and Terri and their whole crew if you have any water damage problems.

An electrician told us that we had a mold in issue in the attic, so we called P&T to investigate. Phil was the nicest guy and happily explained what he was doing while assessing our situation. He ultimately found that we did not have a mold issue, which was a relief. I apologized for having him come out for nothing, and he said it was nice to give good news every so often! Great guy, great company, and Ill happily call them back if I end up having any restoration needs in the future.

This is the 2nd time Ive used Restoration 911 and though its always been under unfortunate circumstances, it has been an absolute pleasure each time! Phil and Tino are the most prompt, professional, thorough, and amazing individuals. I never planned on needing their services but both times I was faced with potential disaster, they took such great care of me and my family, they turned our frowns upside down! I have referred my family and friends to them several times and will continue to do so because theyre the BEST!!Formerly known as Restoration 911, Phil & Terri at P & T Restoration have been amazing! Phil and his crew really came through with our slab leak and mold issue. We had a hot water slab leak that damaged the drywall in our kitchen, bathroom and hallway and on top of that we had mold growing. It was a super stressful situation. I called Phil at 7pm, on a thursday night after insurance told me were not gone cover this and that and he came the following day to give me an idea of whats needs to be done. Phil is such a great guy. He was very re-assuring and responsive. He worked with my insurance company to get me a fair treatment and I ended up not paying anything out of pocket! I truly am very satisfied and thankful for the work they did

Im in the military and had a rental property in Oceanside. There was water damage in the home and my PM informed me that they had a vendor head out and quoted me over $3,000 for water damage restoration. I have asked my PM to see if there were any vendors with quotes since it was pricey. They did not since that was the PM preferred vendor. So I reached out to various vendors to get some quotes. I googled several restoration companies in the area and one of them was P&T. They head out to the property and provided me their estimate. They noticed additional infrastructure water damage that the other vendors did not notice and provided a quote lower than the one my PM provided me. They immediately start working on this project and completed it within a week. When I called again to pay for the final bill, Terri asked if I was in the military and knocked off a percentage from the total bill. They didnt have to do this since we had already agreed on the final bill, but Im glad they did and were able to SAVE us some extra funds.Thank you P&T Restoration.

P and T Restoration is an outstanding company! I met them when a friend of mine needed some help with a water issue. Ever since then Ive been Team Phil and Terri!Ive been referring them to friends and family for years. When I had a water issue it was a no-brainer. The people that run it are what make it so amazing. Phil and Terri run a tight ship, they are the owners and let me tell you. I wouldnt ever think to use another restoration company.Tino and Clint were our restoration specialists who came within a timely manner of our issue!My wife and I were scheduled to go to the hospital the very next oh, we were scheduled for an induction to give birth to our child. It took that very serious and made sure that everything was sealed off 100%! We are now in our home with that containment system setup and we are good to go. No one is having any issues from the mold.We had a leak for days and didnt even know it mold started growing and I got super sick. Tino and Clint came over with the quickness and sealed off that area. I do amazing work and I cant wait to see what the finished result looks like. I would definitely recommend giving them a call. Theyre not like those big companies that will charge you really big if insurance doesnt cover it. Theyre honest, reasonable and very punctual. You do a great job and you will not be disappointed.

I came home from work Friday night at about eleven-thirty to find my upstairs condo flooded. I went online and found Restoration 911 and they had awesome reviews so i trusted the reviews and took a chance on calling Restoration 911 in Vista. I live in Poway and Phil was still there within thirty minutes, he explained the process that needed to take place and how insurance works and walked us through step by step on what we needed to do. Phil, Dennis and Tino got the soaking carpet pad out of our living room, hallway and bedrooms and set up drying equipment. Not only did they get our place drying that night they also went to my down stairs neighbor and got them drying out as well. They came back early the next morning and finished removing the affected materials in our condo and our neighbors. Restoration 911 made a nightmare of a situation seem much simpler then I ever imagined. I would not have any problem referring family and friends to call Restoration 911 with any water damage situation.

Great company! Phil and crew helped the Boys & Girls Club of Vista with a very major drainage pipe break that flooded our preschool and gamesroom. They responded in a timely fashion and got everything done the right way in a professional manner. Due to their quick response, we were able to avoid mold and a bigger repair problem. I hope we dont have another water disaster but I know who to call if we should. Thanks Restoration 911.

I had a horrible leak, there was approximately 600 gallons of water under my home. I had a lot of anxiety. PT came right away, gave me a fair estimate and eliminated the water. They clearly knew what they were doing. Company was not trying to turn the problem into something bigger thaPTn it was. Other quotes were inflated and I didnt trust them. Small

I wish I could add more than five stars as the service by Restoration 911 exceeded my highest expectations.When our built-in refrigerator developed a slow leak in the icemaker line, the repair people pulled the refrigerator out and found some mold. After online research, I crossed my fingers and called Restoration 911. Phil, the owner, was in the house within hours and he brought an air-cleansing machine that would trap any mold spores that might fly off the infected areas as it dried. The next day, a team arrived with antibiotic solution and the refrigerator and its cubicle were totally cleansed in less than two hours. A second machine was added to keep the humidity down in the kitchen. The team returned the following day and again cleansed the refrigerator and its cubicle. The machines were left on for a final twenty-four hours and then removed, leaving everything spotless.All members of the team were highly skilled, courteous and arrived on time. The price was very reasonable and we deeply appreciated the care and concern by the owner.

So my daughter wakes me up Friday morning and tells me dad come take a look at the bathroom Im thinking why would I want to look at her bathroom? Thats when I realized I was standing in about an inch of water. I panicked, I had to find the source of the water leak, thats when I looked at the toilet bowl and saw the water running down the side of the bowl. I thought to myself, found it. I quickly turned the water off, started to clean up and called my insurance company. They directed me to Servpro and when I called Servpro they told me it would be 4 hours before they can get to me. I panicked again. I knew I needed a plumber and when I called Mike from Proactive Plumbing, I explained my situation to him and Mike tells me call Phill at Restoration 911. I did just that and within 30 minutes Phill was at my house, ready to go. Phill and Dennis, quickly assessed the problem, informed me and my wife of the problem and I gave them the okay to commence work. Phill and Dennis were so thorough and professional, I felt so at ease. They took care of the leak and subsequent damage it was almost painless. I can not recommend Phill, Dennis and restoration 911 enough. They make a difficult situation bearable.

Phil at Restoration 911 has gone above and beyond in helping me find the source of Stachybotrys Chartarum in my place of business. The landlords insurance company hired a big chain to come out and do the remediation, and not only did they fail to find out why I still had black mold spores after they remediated my place twice, but they stopped answering my inquiries into why my shop couldnt get a clean bill of health. I asked Bill from AMI whose company handled the mold testing whom he would recommend, and without hesitation he gave me Restoration 911s number. The difference in professionalism between the chain and Phils company was shocking. Phil is very knowledgeable and has taken the extra step to explain the situation to the property manager. I have to add that he did all of this to help me out without asking for a single cent. He is a solid and honest professional and offered his help in identifying the second location of the black mold because he cares about the health of public buildings and the unsuspecting public. Clint came out on same day of plumbing leak in our house. Immediately assessed situation and helped mediate our problem. Source of need came from a cracked shower pan that leaked from 3rd floor bathroom to 2nd floor hallway light fixtures. We had water in walls and needed work done asap. Promptly resolved and set us up with equipment to fix and prevent further damage. Also, set us up with referral for handyman services. Thanks!
