2021-10-28 14:06:01Ive worked with Ozonetel for the past 18 months now. We were looking to transition from an in-house call center to a virtual environment due to COVID and were in the market for a cloud-based call center software. After weeks of research, we decided to try Ozonetel. We tried some other softwares as well but Ozonetel seamlessly integrated with our Hubspot sales platform and Ozonetels support team was extremely helpful and responsive. After a quick consultation, it was almost plug-and-play. Our inbound and outbound teams love how intuitive the software is and. I have definitely seen an improvement in our sales and customer support teams performance over the past few months!
