I have been putting off getting the screen replaced on my Iphone 12 Pro Max for quite some time now. I was confused on where to go after getting quotes from different places the other morning. After speaking with a gentleman over at Oxnard Wireless I knew that was the business to choose. I’m very happy with the results and hopefully I don’t need my screen replaced again but if so I would return to Oxnard Wireless!

Its a great and friendly place. Not very sure how the acquire their used phones, but every Samsung phone Ive bought through them has had issues with Samsung Pay/Wallet.The issuez cant be fixed because Samsung claims that the phones were not made for the American Region. If the used phone you buy were refurbished/repaired theyre not using authentic parts, but rather whatever fits.Either way you get what you pay for.

I went in with a very bad cracked screen. I was immediately greeted by a worker. He was friendly and let me know he could get fix it in no time. I honestly had no idea how much it would cost but was surprised to find out how fair their prices were. I left my phone with them and they had it ready shortly after. My phone looked brand new and could not be happier with the perfect customer service I received. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their phone fixed!

Very friendly staff that were able to help repair my phone VERY quickly, although another small component was damaged in the process, they did not hesitate or question my activity with the phone when the defect was called out but instead immediately expressed concern and fixed the problem. Im glad I made the decision to support a local business that day!

These guys are great. I dropped my galaxy S5 and the LCD stopped working. I gave them a call and got it repaired the same day within 45 minutes and for only $145. My phone looks brand new now thanks to them. Totally coming back for future repairs.

I was working with Jessie for about 5 days trying to decide which phone I can buy. I traded in my phone got a good price for theirs and now Im happy with my IPhone 7+. I would not recommend this place! I came in because my iPhone speakers were sounding really low when I spoke to someone over the phone he said to bring it in and that I would be free to fix. Once he was done my phone sounded a bit better than before but then almost immediately after leaving it started to get worse and my speakers sounded like they were blown out and making this loud screeching noice. I drove there the next day only to tell me I would have to pay if they fixed my phone after he basically just broke my speakers.Luckily I found out my phone is under insurance. So I’m going to get it fixed the professional way.****My speakers did have an issue but you completely made it so much worse and you took absolutely no accountability for what you did saying it must of been the “sand” that made it sound like that when clearly it was because YOU used pressurized air to my speakers that either detached them or blew them out.

Best price on town, my daughters iPad 6 screen broke and belongs to the school and it was just a simple little crack called several places and they told me 2 to 300 called this place and they fixed it for $80 on the same day when the other places told me it would take them several days ...super fast service super great price highly recommended

I came here for the Yelp reviews and they must be good at other stuff because they suck at phone repair !! They suck to the fullest I took my phone for a screen repair and had to return 5x of why my screen didnt fit correctly and kept charging me for every excuse they had and left my phone button supper out of place.DONT COME HERE waist of money and just take your money!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my iPhone twice to have its screen replaced. First time the screen would just lag or not respond. Took it back a few days later and they told me they couldnt replace it for free because I brought it 30 days later! I showed them my receipt and they still told me I had to pay again, so I did, because I needed my phone. The second time they replaced the screen, it wouldnt respond again so I just stuck with it to avoid any misunderstandings and stress like last time. I will not come back.//////I took my iPhone in twice to have the screen replaced. The first time the screen just stuck or didnt respond. I brought it in a few days later and they told me they couldnt replace it for free because I brought the iPhone in 30 days later. The second time they replaced the screen, it didnt respond again, so I decided to keep the cell phone to avoid misunderstandings and stress like the last time. I wont go back to the store.
