We went here on May 18 for the Jeff arcuri show. Didnt realize our tickets were for the next day but Troy and the rest of the staff accommodated us to be able to watch the show. The customer service here is always amazing we will definitely be back.

I dont want to give one star because if this gets fixed, then the place would be a five star venue, but the last couple times I have attended I have had food that was undercooked and got me sick. I attended Randy Feltface on 4/21 of this year and ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwhich and an IPA. I have been sick for the last 2 days with the food uncontrollably leaving my body in both ends. I do not want this to be a dealbreaker as the chefs can easily do better, but if no improvements in the kitchen are made, I will have to stop attending. Be aware of the food and send it back if it looks bad. Its not worth getting sick.

Set up like a tourist trap. They only feature comedians they are representing. And most of them are hacks. Its the same company that owns The Improv, which is much much better. Actual talent and a lounge/bar area where you can meet and drink with comedians. They have Copper Blues, but their open mic had so many rules it wasnt comedy anymore. The only people who like this place, never left their hometown and or are hack comedians who also, never left the town they grew up in.

Totally honest here. Nice venue comedy was good so I can give 4-5 stars. But the food and prices are a 1 star. Do not eat here. Eat before you go. If they have a minimum just grab a couple sodas and enjoy the show.And heckling is part of the comedy world.

Well organized (mostly- I had VIP seating and was directed initially to the general admission area), clean and very friendly support staff. Loved the QR code menu that allowed us to order without waiting for a server. Burger was great!Had the unfortunate luck of having to sit next to the guy who laughs LOUDLY at every comment even when no one else is.

Went to the comedy show with about 7 other friends, we got there at 8:15 and we got in quickly when doors opened . No wait . We were seated and the waiter took our order . It wasnt packed it was ok . The first comedian came on Wich was about 30 minutes long then another comedian came on 30 minutes again, no drinks no food was brought out to us, we waited, and waited . Finally I asked wheres our order, they brought out our drinks, another 1/2 hour passed, food was still missing . Again I asked what is going on I only ordered 1 salad . Waiter said they lost the food ticket . He apologized, by then the last comedian (main comedian ) had already started . Service is horrible . Then a blonde lady came by and instead of apologizing to us she shhhhd us . Rude. Everyone had a great time, things were good except the food and drinks ! The place is pretty big ! We loved the comedy .

First time at the Oxnard Levity and we loved this place. It is off the 101 freeway, located in an the heart of a shopping village. It is also part of a pretty restaurant with live music. So you can come early grab dinner before the show or stay after for more drinks and enjoy the live music. The venue itself is well taken care of, the service was fantastic, and Felipe Esparza was hilarious, we also loved his openers, amazing show. The only negative was the audio was not clear, was muffled which sometimes made it difficult to understand what Felipe Esparza was saying.

Ticket purchases to phone are not reliable but staff rescue you at the door if your tickets didnt download but.you have proof of purchase. Thank you!!Large room, high stage. No seat is bad. The talent is usually good, sometimes but not always great. Food quality is so-so, which is okay because restaurant quality food is not whats expected. Table service is via phone to your table, which is convenient. The sound amplification for performers---microphone to speakers--to me seemed way, way too loud! Hard to pay attention at times because the comedians were painfully loud over the mic.

Great venue for comedy shows. I believe the capacity is about 500, so anywhere you sit is a good view. However, when I visited it felt over crowded. It was a sold out show and they were very understaffed. Staffed struggled to take your order and get you served. I seen people who had tickets get turned away because capacity was full. So get there early, not even a ticket gets you in. If all that wasn’t an issue I’d give them 5 starts.

This place books good comedians, but they pack you in like sardines. Its really uncomfortable unless you pay extra for the booth.I gave it 3 stars because its next door to a bar that has live music. Its difficult to hear the comedians performances over the live music. They should sound proof the shared wall better for drowning out the music.

All I can say is wow..... I just got home from the Anjelah Johnson-Reyes Sunday 8:30 show. My wife has wanted to see her for years, and we finally found a show with tickets available. We made the trip up from Riverside to see her. The line was long to get in and we did not even get into the venue buy the time the show was to start. I can forgive this, since its a popular comedian and they had to sit around 350 people. Three venue itself is nice, but very cramped. The service from the wait staff was great. The food was good, but overpriced as any comedy venue is. The problem that we encountered happened about 3/4 of the way through the show. A manager, I think named Carolyn came up to my wife. She accused my wife of taking pictures of the comedian. My wife had her phone out texting people pictures of my sisters dog who we are trying to find a foster home for. My wife denied the accusations, but the manager kept accusing my wife. My wife showed her the phone and the manger said that she must have erased the pictures. My wife said how could she erase it when she just walked up on her. The manager said well you dont have memory on the phone so the pictures wouldnt save. If that was the case then why would she even take a picture. This occurred all while the lady next to me took over 15 pictures.This ruined the whole test of the show for us. We then asked to speak to the manager and she came back. She was very rude and unprofessional and raised her finger and told me to stop talking and to listen. She said she caught who she caught. We said who did you catch, and she said You. We said you didnt catch us because we didnt do anything. She said we were lying. Maybe if this ghetto azz manager could stop hitting the pookie long enough to get her eyesight straight she would have seen it wasnt my wife and it was the person to my right. This ruined the show for us. I have been to countless comedy shows and have never been treated so rudely and with so much disrespect. I will never ever ever ever ever ever come back to this horrible club. I will also be letting anytime I know to stay away from this establishment.

I personally really like the venue and have enjoyed every comedy show I’ve seen here. The smaller room definitely has made shows feel more intimate and staff have always been accommodating if you are polite. Drinks are good and food is okay, although i don’t know who goes to a comedy show to eat. Would recommend this club to anyone looking to experience comedy or see their favorite headliner. Beware though tickets for big names can sell out quick!

AMAZING food, good drinks, not a bad view in the venue. Service takes a little while if the show is packed. We saw a very popular comedy and it was completely packed. Sharing a table with 4 other couples packed. If you have social anxiety you might want to think about how full the venue will be with whomever you go to see.

Seating situation is terrible. Booths arent able to be purchased unless you buy 4 separate seats. Food is good enough and the comics are simply judged on a day to day basis. If you get a trash seat then you will have a neck breaking experience. And they try to pack you in so just be aware of that. If I could get a booth I would.

Ive seen 4 comic acts here and really enjoyed 3 of them. Ticket prices vary by comic. The food and drinks are pricey but good. The staff do a good job of seating people quickly. I mark down one star because it can get so crowded in the seating. I wish they could change the layout.

Great place for laughs, can’t believe these high profile comedians are making here to Oxnard. All the opening acts are hilarious as well. Came here to see Joykoy two consecutive years, Rex Navarrete, and just recently Russel Peters. There are many shows we have wanted to see but didn’t get a chance to. Looking forward to seeing more greats come our way.Food service is great, our last server made sure we were okay. Food there is delicious.

Very fun, great food, tried the peach punchline so delicious. And when I wasnt so excited about my spicy tacos, they gave me a new 1 free of charge. A lot of funny comedians Francos shows are amazing. Tim Hanlin stood out to me, understood how to make jokes that were political and not loose your audience. Great show! Came all the way from Simi Valley.

Paid for VIP ticket (NO REFUND) yet did not get the seating, not assigned seating so even if you get VIP seating they do not guarantee that seating. Two Item requirement and the waiters force you to buy these items before the show even starts. I recommend buying two water bottles just so you dont have to pay a ridiculous ticket fee plus $10+ for two items you may or may not enjoy or even want. Small venue depending on the event that you are attending and when exiting they close one of the exits to force 50+ people through the smallest exit known to man (probably a fire hazard). Genuinely praying on this places downfall :D.

The Oxnard Levity Live. Just went last night to see Bert Kreischer, the show was great but the place is horrible, way over crowded. They pack you in so tightly that it’s unbearable and painful to enjoy the show. I had more leg room on cheep flights. The drinks are so water down you’re going to need a life vest. The waiters get in the way of the show to the point that it makes it hard to pay attention to what’s happening. There is a two item minimum that they force you to buy on top of paying $60.00 per ticket. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go there again. Worst experience I ever had at a comedy club.

This was a great experience I have never been to a comedy show. Arsenio Hall and his opening Helen Hong were hilarious. Was great to laugh which everyone needs a good laugh every nine and then. Recommend to get there early if you want to have a bite to eat but if just going to have drinks arriving on time or a few min prior is enough time. Show does not begin at exact show time.

Was there for a private event. Service was better than the last 3 times I had been there, not sure if it has gotten better or if it was because it was a private event. Food is ok. Drinks were better than the drinks we got from Copper Blues (attached to levity) before we went into the event. Sat in a booth, and we were comfortable and able to see. If you sit right in front at tables, you may need to be looking up, and the elbow room isnt great.

I was going to Levity Live frequently because I live so close by. I went to a show tonight. I tell you the comedy was fantastic. The service is terrible. You have to wait 20 minutes for your drinks. You wait another 20 minutes for your food. The 2 drink minimum they force down your throat. I am trying to watch the show and they waitress is discussing the 2 purchase minimum with us. I couldnt enjoy the last comedian. I dont recommend it. I will not go there again.

I got tickets for last nights show for my boyfriends bday. We saw Ralph Barbosa and their performance was good & funny. BUT my poor review was on the location. It was hard to concentrate at times because the door on the right side of the stage kept being used for the restroom and kitchen entry. It takes away from the show !! The music coming through those doors was super loud. They should really add a 3rd door further away towards the restaurant. & my other complaint how is a waiter going to press on the amount for the Tip. Very unprofessional. We noticed her do it to the people in front of us too ! Smh

On Saturday night (9/2) we will be attending the Faizon Love show. My wife and I love stand up comedy and are pretty excited. It is our first date night since moving to the area from Northern California 2 months ago. I assumed this would be a pretty popular show, so we made sure to secure our tickets well in advance. I got to say that its pretty disappointing to see the same GA tickets that we purchased weeks ago are now being given away for free. Not sure how this entry process works, but I assume the free tickets will potentially have better seats than paying patrons if they get to the venue earlier and stand in line longer? None the less we will keep an open mind and enjoy ourselves either way. I will update this review post show.

Went to see Bert Kreischer on Saturday night late show. 1st.. Bert was funny af while working out his new tour material. If you get a chance, catch him on the road.First time to this club and had company in town from AZ to see the show. Great club! Good sound and all seats seemed great. Managers Tracy, Leonard and Troy were awesome. Our server (Rudy maybe?) was always there when needed and gave good advice. I got the darker the berry to drink and a couple of the desserts which were tasty.Ill be watching the club lineup for future shows to go back since they pull the big names into a local club.

I bought tickets to the Cristela Alonzo show on the 21st of July at 9:15pm. I drove to the show and was really looking forward to seeing her performance. Just to arrive and find out it canceled with no notification. Very disappointed in the service. I asked while I was there if I was going to be refunded and was assured I would be. I have not received my refund as of yet or any apologies for the inconvenience of bringing out of town guest to her show. I would have thought that a refund and maybe future tickets to another performance at a future date would have been appropriate especially since Ive been to almost a dozen shows in the past. Went to the Bert Kreischer show on a Sunday night. Bert was decent, the opener was awesome, but the cramped seating and food service were just OK. Our waitress kept forgetting our waters despite asking 3x and in the end we just stopped asking. She made us feel less than for our required food and drink selections (You really want the house Gin? Saw Ben Brainard here & had an absolute blast. Food was tasty, drinks were good & the set was fantastic. Only thing I wasnt a huge fan of was the seating arrangements. Unless you spring for a private table for 4, youll be seated at one of several longer communal tables with strangers. Makes ordering/eating/getting food/etc kinda awkward & would be a concern for anyone not ok getting cozy with strangers.

This place is a great venue for comedy!We went out last night to see George Lopez and D.L. Hughley and really had a good time! The venue is clean and large, kind of reminded me of a theatre we used to go to in Vegas (but without the smoke!)They open a couple hours before showtime to allow you to eat/drink (theres a 2-item/person minimum but their prices arent outrageous) and it was a comfortable place to wait. I’ve been here twice and the first time was average, but my most recent attendance was incredibly disappointing.First of all this venue is way too crowded and cramped. The tables are so small you hardly have enough room for two drinks and one plate. On top of that all the seats and tables are so close together you’re bumping elbows with people on every side and hardly have space for your legs. Mind you I’m not very tall at 5’7” and I’m about average build. So if you’re taller than 5’7” or larger in size it’s probably going to be even worse. You’ll also have to be bobbing and weaving around the people in front of you to be able to see the performers if you’re sitting at any of the non-VIP seats.Ordering food and drinks is also a pain. If you want water they only offer bottled for $5. So be prepared to pay Disneyland prices for water. The electronic ordering never works. I tried everything I could and just kept getting system errors. Happened with multiple cards and phones, so definitely not user error. I then had to wait about 45 minutes trying to get someone’s attention before I was able to order. My waiter had to ask numerous times what I wanted, even though I only ordered a drink and one entree. They then came back 10 minutes later and asked again. After all that my food that was brought out wasn’t what I ordered. They ended up bringing me my check before my correct food came out. They didn’t give me any utensils either. I ended up just asking for a box and taking it home since the show was essentially over at that point.Overall, I really can’t recommend this place. The entertainment is great, but you’re better off making the drive to LA since whoever you’re seeing will probably be doing a show there anyways.

Weve been to several sites here, and its always a good time. The drinks are really good, but the food could use some help. The sliders were dry and overcooked. The street tacos were tiny. Its still worth going. Since theres a two item minimum, eat at home and just order the drinks. (Soda counts as an item!)

This was the 2nd time attending Bert’s performance in the last 3-4 years, and he did not disappoint! The cool thing this time tho, was that the opening acts were all pretty funny as well! I don’t remember their names but the comic from NYC focused a good portion of his set on gluten, u know, the stuff that holds most foods together (it’s in almost everything people eat!) the TV series Southpark even has a dedicated episode about it! The strange and serendipitous part about it was, that before the show I had just been talking with my friend who came with me about gluten, but I couldn’t remember the what it was called! Then outa nowhere the opening act goes and does like 19 mins all focused on gluten! lol As soon as he said the word gluten, I nudged Shelby and said, that’s the word I was trying to remember from the southpark episode I was telling u about before the show, which made his 10 dedicated minutes about gluten so much funnier for me! The 2nd opener was pretty funny too, he was from Los Angeles tho saying things about his two moms and how they raised him as lesbian parents without needing a male role model to make the family dynamic work! For me tho, the part that stood out about him was that he looked like Michael J. Fox from the 90’s in Back To the Future, but with a completely different take on life in general since he had been raised with 2 female parents instead of the normal Mom and Dad dynamic, which was pretty funny to think about since I had no context besides his point of view! Then Bert came on as the headliner and killed it like he always does! This show was just as good as when I’d seen him 3 years ago right after doing his Netflix special called The Machine which is a great story set mainly in Russia during his college days while attending college down in Florida and the crazy misadventures he ended up being involved in all to get his language credit in Russian even tho he didn’t learn to speak hardly a word of Russian the entire 4 years! Bert’s account of the story is much better than how I’m summarizing it. But enough about the acts who performed, the Levity Live venue is probably one of, if not the nicest performance arenas that anyone could ask for, both for the audience and also for the acts who are performing! The staff was great from start to finish, along with the food and drinks that were both top shelf, and served perfectly by the staff without disrupting the flow of the show in any way at all (so a huge thanks to all the Levity Live staff that every other club and restaurant should strive to be as good as!)! The one gripe that I have, and I knew about the costs before coming to the venue (because they tell u when u buy tickets) that there is a mandatory 2 item min purchase per person, but I think they need to reduce the prices of the drinks or increase the portions of the food for how much it costs. I think I paid close to $60 for 2 beers, a jack and coke, and a flat French bread pizza, which seems expensive to me! Plus the cost of the shows tickets and service fee which came out to around $120, one night of awesome comedy totaled almost $200 for 2 people, which I guess isn’t that bad looking back! Keep on setting the bar high and see who competes! Thanks for the laughs Levity Live, I’ll be back for another show soon!

I understand the pack em in mentality, but there really needs to be one less chair per side of table. Its so tight. Drinks/water are pretty expensive. Food was decent. The poor wait staff (all very kind) has to continually squeeze in between people n tables and talk to customers, really disrupting the show. Its not their fault, its just the way this works... but its annoying.

My first time going to this place was last week and let me say I’m newish to Oxnard but out all the places we have found and gone to. THIS IS MY FAVORITE! The food and the comedy show was 11/10 both ! They charge a service charge even if you’re paying with cash! This place used to be really friendly. I have given them five stars in the past, but new Management is really bad. They give away a bunch of “free tickets” but with the two item purchases you’re lucky to get out of there for $40-$50. If you want water they don’t serve water in a glass you have to pay $5.50 for bottled water. I love Stand Up Comedy I hate to see the greed of this club, give people the wrong impression of the art of Stand Up Comedy. There are lots of locally produced shows that you can go to if you want to see good comedy that doesn’t have the $5.50 water or the $18 water down margarita or the $26 cheeseburger sliders it’s a shame this once great comedy club has become a profit before anything including making people wait in line in the rain with no cover because they had “free vip tickets” and if he would give them $10 they would let you wait in the line inside the building. I hope somebody from the improv organization reads this because the management at Liberty live in Oxnard does not care for the customers. There used to be good managers at levity live, but they are no longer there.

Let me start off by saying that I took about a month to calm down before I decided to actually go through with writing this review. The performers were absolutely fantastic, but I cannot say the same about the staff or the mouthy manager. Apparently its their policy not to offer free tap water if thats what you request. Im sorry, but if Im buying 2 entrees, and 4 alcoholic beverages, Im not paying for water. Is that even legal??! 4-22-2023. We were visiting from out of town and was invited to attend a show with friends. My husband who recently suffered several strokes and walking with a cane started to feel sick due to the strobe lights near the stage. We moved to a booth in the back which was away from the lights and much more comfortable for him. We were told by the staff to move back to our original seats or be escorted out by security. I could understand if they were crowded but this place was empty except for the first 2 rows right at the stage. I hope theyre proud of themselves. Security stood by watching until my frail elderly husband left the premises.

Great comics. The food and drinks are delicious and reasonabley priced. You can usually find discount tickets for most shows on their socia media pages. Even the Regular price tickets are priced very inexpensive and worth every penny. Just be prepared to purchase two drinks or food items per person. But, That is the standard In all comedy clubs. My one gripe is with the comedy club waitresses. They are loud, and disruptive to the show. So much so, that I have seen comics take notice and comment about it during the show. They need to handle themselves more professionally. Update: I updated this review after management responded. They acknowledge my issue and said they would address it. Saturday the 28th, me and 7 other friends went to Levity Live. about 3/4 of the way through the final show, my Fiancé decided to film a video. We were unaware of the House rules stating no filming. immediately, a man in plain clothes came over and grabbed the phone from my Fiancés hand, shouted lets go and began to walk off. We both got up and asked what for? when he informed us of the no filming policy, we offered to delete the video, but he was extremely hostile and verbal. He attempted to grab my arm. after a few more words she deleted the file and we went back to our seats. When the show was over, we went to complain to the Gm and Eric the security guard came over again and would not allow us to speak with the GM. He lied and said he was the GM then again grabbed me and tried to forcibly remove me from the establishment. We all left and went next door to Cooper blues. We ordered a round of drinks and noticed my Fiance never came back from the restroom. Apparently, Eric decided to have Copper Blues security kick us out for no reason. We dropped almost $2000.00 that evening and were not treated respectfully. Id suggest terminating Eric, since he is a liability for your establishment. He could have handle the situation differently by coming over and letting us know there was no filming allowed and we would have stopped and deleted the file immediately.We Stayed calm and tried not to escalate the situation by raising our voice, but the ignorant Security guard, was getting verbally or physically abusive, and otherwise being rude.We Calmly and politely asked the guard he confiscated our phone. It was a rule you were unaware of, we offered to turn it off and delete the fileHe even refused to allow us to speak with Management. She later came outside and acknowledged his rudeness and gave us a few free tickets, but to be honest, why would we want to go back and have the same idiot kick us and ruin our evening again.

Loved the show I saw here. Overall, good experience at the club. Staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell they have a system in place for “turning over” the club for the next show. The show I went to see started a little late because the previous comedian went long, which was a little frustrating, but I suppose that’s part of the business. I then ordered a coke no ice they brought me a coke with ice. I then ordered water and never got it. During the show there was annoying lady who was heckling the comic Nick Guerra. At one point the comic became visibly upset that the staff failed to intervene. It made for an uncomfortable valentines date night. I would suggest management train thier staff in controlling unruly patrons and not leave it up to the entertainer. Other comics may take note and make the journey up from LA if this continues. Lastly, we were made to sit in very close proximity to other patrons. What happened to social distancing. It was not a packed crowd and there were plenty of seats. I over heard patrons asking to sit else were and I over heard the staff saying the had to seat us in the front.

Also the service was awful, the waitress whom didnt give us her name told us that the bottomless fountain drink included free refills all night, and it was worth it for double the price. So now I was out 6 more bucks then I needed to spend and no novelty glass which was included. I found that the waitress charged the whole thing on the card and must have pocketed the $20! This was the worst service I have ever seen in a dining establishment, as well as the mediocre comedians. They dont tell you in advance that theres a two item minimum in addition to ticket prices. They can be ridged with some rules but it really depends on what you look like. I have friends that go and have regularly been granted exceptions for things that they wont budge on for me.

The comedians were great but the service there sucked. Ordered a beer and never got it 4 comedians went on stage and nothing I let one of the waiters know that I hadnt received my drink and he said ok Ill let your waiter know. I finally saw my waiter let him know that I have been waiting for my drink and he was like ok ill get it for you, I told him to cancel it because by the time he was bringing it to me they were already getting ready for last call, that how long they took, was thinking of ordering food but judging by they way they took so long with my drink I was like forget it. Never again will I go there or would I recommend it, if I could give negative stars I would, the waiter didnt even apologize.

I feel like any time I go to Levity live I hope the service or the food will get better. I go to see comedy but they have a 2 item minimum. So you have to buy stuff. Then you end up spending like $25 per person on food/drinks. I would love to be able to order food there and have it be right on the first go. Sometimes weve hit the jackpot and had bad food and bad service.They need to stop requiring a 2 item minimum or start having better standards for their food. Today I had to ask for the avocado (paste) and the bacon jalapeño jam that was supposed to be in my chicken sandwich!! I showed the server that my sandwich was pretty empty. First I got the avocado paste but it was still bland so then I told the server it was missing the jam as well. The waitress was attentive but she forgot the jam for a while so I just kept eating my fries. By the time I had finished adding the avocado and jam to my sandwich I felt pretty full and only got a couple of bites in. I felt disappointed again and I decided if I had to pay full price for half a sandwich that I had to put together myself then the server didnt really need a tip. I want to help the local scene but I find it harder and harder to return to this place because of the food requirement. The comedian tonight was Felipe Esparza and he was freaking hilarious!! But the ticket is $30 and then another $26 for the disappointing meal. Thats not sustainable. $56 for one person. I dont have the money to spend that kind of money and be disappointed.

This place is fantastic. Saw my first comedy show here and I was so impressed. Hella cool atmosphere, great service and plenty of tasty food options to enjoy while you sit back, relax with a drink, and laugh your butt off at whoever is on stage. I wanna come here more often! I made a post earlier about how I thought a waitress may have added a tip without my knowledge. Apparently when you use certain cards, it will hold a 20% tip until the next business day. Since we used a Visa gift card we noticed right away so assumed the worst. I feel horrible because the waitress did nothing wrong, they just have a bad system when using cards. Please let your customers know this in the future, so we dont assume the worst about your staff.

The security there is a joke. Forced my group to throw away unopened bottles of water, then it took 45 minutes to get service inside. One of the people in my party got yelled at by security because they thought she was taking a picture of the show. Her phone was in her lap and it wasnt untio he had her go through the phone did he stop.If that wasnt bad enough, saw people openly smoking both cigarettes and weed inside and outside, which is against their own policy. Security did not care when I told them about it.Never going back. First and last time there. Horrible experience.

Jokes were hit and miss, service was absolutely horrible...ordered sparkling cranberry juice at the start of the show...$12 didnt even receive it until 10 mins before the show was over. Had a security gaurd come up to the table and ask us to keep it down.... We were already very quiet especially compared to the rest of the crowd yelling shouting laughing... Its a comedy show....you serve alcohol ... Is want people to be able to laugh if it were me up on stage ....anyways...let down big time wont be coming back to waste my time or money again.

Ill never forget coming here to watch one of my favorite comedians since I was a child, Carlos Mencia! I was so excited about the show I went early and got seats up in the front! The service was good but the prices for food was a little bit high... No big deal Im here to watch Carlos make me laugh. The show starts off with other minor comedians doing their but first before the main event, its no big deal Carlos is coming! Throughout the whole show even in Carlos bits I was part of the joke, either to voice my opinion or get made fun of since I was in the front... 10/10 would come here again!

I have been to several comedy shows here but tonight the show with Shuler King and crew was by far the best comedy show that I have ever been to anywhere. I have never laughed so much.Thank you Levity Live. The chicken wings were the smallest I have ever bought but it didnt matter because the show was great, I also bought garlic fries and a Cobb salad the salad was okay but they didnt give me enough salad dressing.

Levity Live had engaging performers. We saw Helen Hong and Arsenior Hall. Both fantastic. I would venture to say Helen Hong was more charismatic, but that could be contributed to lower expectations. Service was good but low attention to detail. Specialty drinks are sweet even when ordered less sweet. Don’t expect servers to clear dirty dishes, but they are beyond pleasant. Going for some laughs led to a humongous disappointment. Seventy-five dollars for tickets to Marlon Wayans comedy skit, with sixty dollars in a two drink minimum, led to a one-sided political speech, of which to us, was no longer funny. Totally not wanting to be held hostage to this one-sided view of which we were all supposedly needing to laugh and agree with, we decided to leave, and in doing so, we were heckled by Marlon Wayans as we quietly left the room. This was a huge disappointment for no longer thinking we were in a place of neutrality, to laugh and not think of all the outside problems we are all now facing, but to laugh and enjoy someone that can take us away from all of that, led us to believing we had spent not only our money to hear a political speech, but to be demeaned by the one person we trusted to take us away from the realities of life and get us to laugh at just being human.I am so sorry that politics are such a main consumption of humor now-a-days. I cant wait till we are able to laugh because life really is just funny, that is what comedy should be. Im sorry we spent the money to hear how a paid comedian will spend his talent in detesting part of the audience because he felt he needed to.
