2024-02-24 20:52:40Amit has been our realtor for more than 10 yrs now. He has helped us to close our primary residence as well as investment property in the Bay Area. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate market and often guided us in house purchasing process. He is an expert negotiator as well. He understands how to deal with buyer contingencies in order to prepare the best deal for his clients. In one occurrence, we ended up paying almost 10% less than the our original offer because of his negotiating skills. Finding cash flow positive deals in Bay Area is not that common. But Amit’s help has been very invaluable, to find such a deals in which cap rate is much higher than any ordinary deals. Another quality of Amit which is I really admire is that he is not just looking for his commission as a real estate agent but always looks out for well being of his clients. He has educated us on the deals which look good on paper but after further analysis din’t make sense. In such scenarios, he advised us to stay away from those. If you are looking for a realtor who can really take care of your family’s needs and also educate you about real estate market in Bay Area then Amit is your man!

They advised us throughout the whole process and every decision made along the way. Made sure that all contingencies were taken care of and everything that needed to be fixed was fixed. We closed in 21 days instead of 30.So of course, we will and have recommended Amit to our friends, who also bought homes through him. I think the meeting went very well because we talked about our eligibility, pre-approval, loan process & neighborhood selection. Amit gave us a realistic expectations on affordability, helped us narrow down the neighborhoods and finally getting us a beautiful home the whole family had liked.He made us realize the challenges in home buying as well as financing and what can go wrong and that helped a lot.2016 - was a hot market. The Webinar surely gave us the confidence to go for it and buy. After a great experience purchasing our own home with Amit, I have recommended so many other friends to Amit because he is a professional and results oriented Realtor.His other strength is his professionalism in responding to questions and the time he invests in your home buying process.We had our initial consultation with Amit which was good. After discussion, Amit laid out the numbers, what else we needed for pre-approval and the area selection. We also discussed on how to put an offer. We were that ready.2016 was a very Hot market, everyone was putting extra on top of the listing price and that is where Amits expertise in negotiation came handy for us.
