Nick and the team at Overwatch have taken care of us huge. Im pretty tech-y and can figure out a lot of stuff, but all the enterprise and cross-platform things they get to work for us and implement are next level. Any problems, we have a direct line to the team and issues get fixed, tweaked and worked out in a timely manner. Theyve been a huge help at every step and love working with them. Highly recommend.

We have been working with Nick Rigali and his team for over 5 years now.They are hands down THE BEST IT firm I have ever worked with in the 23 years Ive worked. I do not say these things lightly. Their response time and attention to detail is unmatched by any other person/team Ive worked with. This is the first time that I have never had complaints or executives yelling that something isnt being fixed or worked on. They are very patient with everyone who might be experiencing technical difficulties and is able to appease even the most abrasive person. (Weve all been there and/or have witnessed this.) They come up with creative solutions to big ideas or problems which gives us the peace of mind that were working with people who really care about what they do. We hear from these guys regularly by either doing a software update, software patch, recommendation on cyber improvements- thats how you know they are doing their job. They also provide cyber security training too. They respond quickly normally within 15 mins to address any of my IT issues and their staff is friendly.
